The drive up to Milford sound was slightly scary, but once we got there it was amazing. The company staff were knowledgeable and fun! It was beautiful scenery and a smooth ride. Waterfall was super cold, but it was the end of winter for them! 100% recommend!

Steamship/lunch/sheep dog adventure

Fun adventure on a 1912 steamship to Walter Peak. The boat ride across the lake was scenic, and educational if you take advantage of going below deck to see the inner working of the ship - very hot down there but worth it to see for a few minutes. The BBQ lunch was plentiful and excellent. You won’t leave hungry. The “farm” really started the sheep dog - who was excellent. We did not see a shearing demo, but was quite fun to see the sheep dog herd those sheep!

Gliding Under Stars 🌟 it was such a beautiful experience - walking through the caves and learning about their formation, and changes and the glow worms was so interesting. Our guide Steven was so funny and knowledgeable, we had an amazing time! The walk through the caves and getting onto and off of the boat was very easy and supported. Walking from the river up to the cafe and exit was a little steep but railings were provided for support and only took about 5 minutes. It was a great experience! I would do this every time I visit!

As beautiful as the pictures! It was a lovely walk through the movie set, we had an incredible guide who was extremely helpful and informative- she made the experience so much fun! We got there a bit early for our booking and were able to attend an earlier time with worked great for us! We had lots of photo opportunities and learnt so much about the set. There was a steep section of the track but the walk up was only about 5 minutes so it wasn't too difficult. Our guide was very patient and kept checking on all of us!

The combination of flying through this spectacular landscape and then seeing Milford Sound from the water was just unforgettable. This was an amazing trip in which we saw beautiful country on the way to Milford Sound. Driver provided commentary along the way which was very informative and helpful. Love it.

At first, I was really nervous because I was worried I might get thrown out of the boat, especially when it started turning! But once I found my bearings and got comfortable, I was able to relax and really enjoy the experience. By the end, I was even confident enough to put my arms up while the boat was turning! Such a fun and thrilling experience! I’d definitely do it again!
