Excellent 6.5-hour Mumbai Tour - Highly Recommended!

We had an amazing full-day tour in Mumbai today with the same great team throughout the day. I want to specifically note that they never asked us to leave a review. I am writing this because the quality was genuinely very high and deserves to be recognized. Our guide Ganesh was outstanding — fluent English, very knowledgeable, smart, and engaging. You can tell he really loves his city and knows the history behind every place. He explained everything clearly and answered all our questions. The highlight was the *Dharavi slum tour* — an unforgettable experience. I expected chaos, but it was surprisingly efficiently organized. It’s not about poverty, it’s about hard work, small industries, and incredible entrepreneurship. Very eye-opening and done in a respectful way. Our driver Mohammed Islam was also excellent — very safe driving in Mumbai traffic, which is not easy! The car was clean, with good AC. It’s not brand new, but very well maintained and comfortable. The whole excursion took about 6.5 hours and we covered every single attraction mentioned in the program. Be ready to walk — we did around 9,000 steps, but this is the best way to really see more. Fantastic Tour Package & Service

We had a fantastic experience with Aiza Travels on their Taj Mahal Sunrise Tour, including pickup and drop-off from our hotel in Delhi. Our guide, Rajnikant, provided valuable historical information and fascinating anecdotes, and also helped us get faster access through the gates, which made the experience even smoother. Our cab driver, Veeru, was punctual, professional, and very accommodating—he even allowed us the flexibility to make a lunch pitstop while he was refuelling the car with CNG. The entire tour was hassle-free and wonderfully organised. Seeing the Taj Mahal at sunrise with minimal crowds was truly breathtaking. The experience was beautifully complemented by a sumptuous breakfast at DoubleTree by Hilton Agra, followed by witnessing live Dardozi embroidery and traditional marble inlay work by craftsmen from families carrying on the same lineage of craftsmanship from the Mughal era. Overall, a memorable and highly enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this tour and Aiza Travels to anyone visiting the Taj Mahal from Delhi!

Mankuu was amazing!!!!

I did a solo guided tour, and was so pleased to be paired with my new friend Mankuu. “Mac” was so patient and kind with me. He showed me all over the city, including a two hour tour through Dharavi. We paired up with a local resident, and I learned so much from both of them. They took me places I never would have entered alone, and the experience was unbelievable. I cannot say enough about this tour and highly recommend it, especially with Mac!!!!

Best Layover Ever

I had a 20+ hour layover in Mumbai and decided to see what I could see. Yash and Sudam helped me make the most of this time, and sold me on planning an actual trip to India. I won’t lie, I was super nervous traveling alone in a country I didn’t know much about, but I am so happy I took a chance on this tour. Yash gave great insights into Mumbai, and was really flexible on the places we visited. The local guide at the caves was also equally enthusiastic about sharing the history of the UNESCO majestic stone statues, and it’s definitely something that shouldn’t be missed. Great Intro to Mumbai

My family and I were in Mumbai for a long layover and decided to take a tour to get a feel for the city. Everything worked great!

Several moving parts to this trip and they all worked well. VERY EARLY morning pick up at cruise ship pier, transfer to airport, flight, pick up and transfer to the Taj Mahal. Excellent WhatsApp communication throughout. Drivers and guide were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. It was quite a long day, but a really, really wonderful experience.
