What are people saying about Brisbane

Lived up to the hype
I read all these glowing tour reviews with a bit of suspicion because how could it be that good? Surprise... It lived up to the hype. Note the Brisbane pickup is not at 10a but 835a. We had near perfect sunny 68F weather making it the ideal day IMHO to walk and see animals. In early August we saw whale after whale. Lots of calves jumping out of the water or slapping their flukes around. Lots of kangaroos, too, including where we stopped for lunch. A mother roo with her joey stopped to graze about 3' away as I ate my prawn and avo roll. My one suggestion is to prepare for 1 hr stop at the beach. I wish I had a towel to dry my feet. The guide had various sports balls and pickleball racquets to play beach games but I just walked 30 mins down the beach then returned back. Capped the night by seeing a lovely sunset and 2 wild koalas. Pickups and dropoffs were right on time. Our guide - his name sounded like Ivy - was one of the best guides in Australia. The van a/c worked great. Ferry ride was enjoyable because the water was like glass. Lots of toilets and able to try the Straddie beer at the onboard cafe.

Great Day Out
I had a great day out with you on my 72nd Birthday. I took around 150 photos and got some great shots including a breach from start to finish in six shots using sports mode on my Cannon camera. Unfortunately, my partner spent her time in the toilet throwing up. This is the second time we have been out with you and are recommending your company to our friends.

Native Australian animals
This blew me away! What an amazing experience- seeing so many Australian native animals/reptiles - some in their natural habitat. A true highlight was feeding the kangaroos in the big, open space - so tame and unafraid! A wonderful experience I will never forget

Brilliant
Our family spent the day on North Stradbroke Island on what was advertised as a wildlife tour — and it truly delivered. Thanks to our incredible guide, Rio, the experience went far beyond our expectations. Rio has an extraordinary gift for spotting wildlife and knowing exactly where to look. Throughout the day he led us to hidden spots and quiet corners of the island, helping us see an amazing variety of animals. We were lucky enough to see kangaroos, owls, and — my personal favourite — several koalas relaxing high up in the trees. One koala even climbed down from his tree and calmly wandered over to a new one — a moment so rare and magical that it’s something our family will never forget. The ocean was just as spectacular. From the cliffs and beaches we watched humpback whales cruising past, spotted playful dolphins, and even saw green turtles gliding through the water. Rio’s knowledge of the island’s land and sea life made every sighting feel special. What made the day even better was how perfectly it suited our whole family — a 40‑year‑old, an 8‑year‑old, and a 78‑year‑old. Every one of us loved it, and the pace was just right. By the end of the day we were happily exhausted from all the excitement and fresh air. Overall, this trip was brilliant — memorable, beautifully organised, and full of unforgettable wildlife moments. We would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Queensland.
