Make your own way to XXXX Brewery to meet your guide in the visitor center. Start with an introduction to the history of beer making, then witness one of Queensland’s most renowned breweries at work.
Your guide provides safety gear before leading you through the historic site. Check out the machinery that brews and bottles beer as you enter the Packaging Hall (open most weekdays) and watch thousands of beer bottles whizz past you on a distribution line. XXXX employs a state-of-the-art packaging operation, and most breweries don't allow visitors to get this close.
After seeing the inner workings of the brewery, stroll into the XXXX Restaurant and Bar, where professional bartenders demonstrate how to pour the perfect glass of beer. Taste delicious XXXX brews as your guide provides insight into the distinctive flavors. Chat with your guide and fellow beer aficionados until your tour wraps up.
Feel free to linger in the bar and enjoy XXXX's legendary beers before making your way to your next destination in Brisbane. If you upgraded, you can also finish up with a hearty burger lunch.

- Flat, enclosed footwear must be worn
- Minimum age to do tour is 18 years
- Bags and loose items cannot be taken on tour (free locker hire is available)
- Guests must not have consumed any alcohol prior to tour
- Packaging lines are not in operation from Friday midday until Sunday, however you will still tour through this area
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 25 travelers

A real insight into the history’s of not just Xxxx but beer in general.
Guide had a passion for brewing and the company which really came across,
3 good size tastings after and the food option was good value. Opted for the burger and chips but actually got a choice to pre order.
If you are moving on to another activity it is worth knowing that it actually lasts longer than 1 hour 30.

We have lived in Brisbane all our lives but had never done the XXXX tour. So glad we did it. However on the day we booked, the bottling department was not working. Apparently only works certain days, so make sure you check that when you book. Make sure that you book lunch at the finish it was delicious.

I recently went on the XXXX Brewery tour with Paul, and it was a fantastic experience! Paul’s deep knowledge about the brewery and its history really stood out unsurprising, given how long he’s worked there. His expertise was matched by his sense of humor; his dad jokes had everyone laughing, which paired perfectly with the laid-back vibe and, of course, the beer!
The tour was informative and fun, and the tasting session was a definite highlight. I’ve officially found a new favorite in XXXX Gold! To top it all off, the burgers at the end were absolutely delicious, the perfect way to wrap up a great tour.
If you’re a beer lover or just looking for a fun and informative activity, I highly recommend this tour. Paul’s enthusiasm and humor made the experience memorable. Cheers! 🍻

Great tour that covers the history of brewing, the story of XXXX, all of their advances and initiatives, and they still invite you to their tasting room at the end too. The burger and fries are amazing and the other orders looked just as delicious. Ken is a great guide. Thank-you for returning to the brewery to lead these tours. You add great context balanced with the fun of seeing the end to end workflow and rounded out with some beer.

Fabulous tour! We were given plenty of knowledge about how the beer is made and shown all the different areas in the factory plus many facts about its history. I would recommend the burger at the end, really tasty and enjoyable!

It was a shame the factory was all but closed for our tour so we didn’t get to the see moving components. However, our guide although a little dull and monotone was very informative. Definitely open for the burger package as they were delicious.

I was a little worried as my husband wanted to do the tour and I’m gluten intolerant, so I thought what’s the point. How wrong I was.
The tour was amazing, informative and had a great time. I chose the tour with food and I was given a plant based burger on a gluten free bun and a gluten free beer to try at the end of the tour. It’s nice to feel included and many thanks to the whole staff who have been welcoming and accomodating.

We actually enjoyed the tour. I forgot the name of the older gentleman but he was very knowledgeable. We came from Los Angeles and really enjoyed their beer. Very light and crisp. And the food they serve was delicious
