Land and take-off on the lake.

Unbelievable scenery on a perfect day!! Saw beautiful lakes, wildlife, and mountain peaks. Landing and taking off on the lake was a wonderful experience. Enjoyed my time taking pictures and soaking in the sun on the lake. This is something to do at least once in a lifetime while vacationing in Alaska. This excursion was expensive, but worth it.

Best wildlife tour I've been on yet!

Our family of 4 (including 2 teen boys) immensely enjoyed this 6 hour tour. Since animal sightings aren't guaranteed, I tried to manage my expectations. But man, we saw the most amazing wildlife! Sea otters, sea lions, harbor seals, porpoises swimming next to the boat, a pretty big family of orcas (about 10-12, including calves!), puffins, and even 2 longback whales. The crew was on a mission to find wildlife for us, and they certainly delivered! The guides were really informative and gave interesting facts and history at a good pace, but didn't talk the entire time, allowing us to enjoy the scenery and each other's company. Naturalists were available around the ship and even though they've probably scene the same animals and scenery so many times, they were still excited. We also got an up-close look at a glacier with tons of harbor seals relaxing in front. So amazing. One of my kids got a little seasick at rhe beginning, and the crew was really attentive, making sure he was okay and giving my ginger ale. This cruise was all around attentive and fantastic; highly recommend!

Great Experience!

From start to finish our experience was outstanding! The shuttle operator was easy to locate once disembarking our ship, right on time we departed for the airport. Once at the airport we weighed in, got our boots and waited for our helicopter to arrive. We were whisked away on an absolutely stunning ride to the glacier. Our pilot, Tim, was friendly and informative. At the dog camp we were assigned a musher and a dog team. Abby, our musher, was excellent. She was so patient with answering our many questions. The adorable dogs loved being petted! We highly recommend this excursion!

Amazing authentic experience

This was well worth doing. First, the helicopter ride out to the glacier and back was exquisite. On a clear day, the views were so beautiful that at one point I had tears in my eyes. Then the husky experience was amazing. The guides are so passionate about the dogs and the sport, riding with them was awesome and listening to their stories while we waited for the chopper to come back was great too.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience touched my heart so much that I couldn’t not share it. What an absolutely extraordinary, once-in-a-lifetime Alaskan adventure! From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by people who were genuinely kind, welcoming, professional, and full of positive energy. Every person we encountered went above and beyond, and it made an already incredible experience feel truly magical. Ashley was our driver, and we absolutely loved having her with us. She was so knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely wonderful to spend time with. She made us feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. Sam was our pilot, and I have to admit, I was nervous! But he was absolutely fantastic. He made the flight feel smooth, safe, and so much fun. I’ll never forget looking out at the breathtaking Alaskan scenery and realizing I was actually experiencing something I had only dreamed about. And then there was Maddie, our dog sled musher. She was AMAZING! She was so cool, so knowledgeable, and such a perfect match for us. We loved her energy and her personality, and you could truly feel the love she has for what she does. Learning from her and experiencing the dogs up close was something I will carry with me for a very long time. Honestly, the scenery was breathtaking, the adventure was unforgettable, and the entire experience was incredible—but it was the PEOPLE who made it truly special. A Once-in-a-Lifetime Floatplane Experience

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Alaska! The floatplane flight over Misty Fjords was absolutely breathtaking. Seeing the dramatic cliffs, waterfalls, pristine lakes, and untouched wilderness from the air gave us a completely different perspective of Alaska's incredible beauty. The pilot was professional, knowledgeable, and made the flight enjoyable from beginning to end. The views were spectacular, and there were so many great opportunities for photos. If you're visiting Ketchikan, this is an experience you shouldn't miss. It was amazing from start to finish and absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

If you want to be treated like family vs just another tourist, this is the tour for you. Staff was friendly and the pilot/tour guide Wes did an amazing job, giving my husband and I a personal excursion. He asked what we wanted to do and see and then delivered. It was by far the most incredible thing we have done. Pictures just don't do it justice, thank you.

Amazing and Unforgetable adventure

We flew up to and on top of the Glacier, got out, and walked around on the glavier. Aron was our pilot. He was an excellent pilot and a wealth of knowledge about the Knik glacier and glaciers in general as well as the entire surrounding area. We saw sheep on the flight as well If you are in the Anchorage area, do not miss this experience. It is simply amazing. And ask for Aron!!

Best experience ever! I highly recommend booking this trip if your budget allows—and book as early as possible, since that gives you flexibility to reschedule if the weather doesn’t permit flying. I’ve been to Alaska three times, taken three glacier trips, and this was by far the best. Alaska is at its most breathtaking when you’re in the sky. You really feel how small you are when surrounded by such splendid nature. The entire experience is great—they had very kind people to accompany you every step of the way. Tom was with us, making sure the suit fit well, until he handed us to the pilot. The flight was super smooth too. Trevor showed us beautiful scenery during the flight, and I didn’t feel motion sickness at all. Our guides, Maty and Galen, were the best I’ve ever had. Not only did they take us to incredible spots and share their knowledge about the glacier, but they were also having fun. They were excited about the glacier and about us having fun, just as we were. You’re encouraged to explore the glacier safely, almost like becoming a child again—bringing your courage and curiosity with you. See nature, feel nature, and live in nature. It was my friend’s first time on a glacier. She also didn’t know how to swim, and yet she felt perfectly safe, even as we explored different routes both with and without water. We got tons of photos taken and laughters throughout the trip. I would love to book again if I'm coming to Alaska again!
