We went on this whale...

We went on this whale watching tour in Early September . It was a fantastic experience The owner and captain of his boat was so friendly and informative. We saw tons of whales sea otters, harbor seals sea lions so much . We were a small group only 10 of us and you could stand outside the front and back. The best was receiving the drome video on a pen drive or directly to your phone . Worth every penny

Ok we went 6Oct25, way...

Ok we went 6Oct25, way late in the season so we knew the quantity of whales would be low but Capt Anise (sp?) did a great job tracking the few remaining whales down. Deckhands Coral and David (who MC’d) were awesome. We saw Sasha and her little one ChaCha as well as Ripper. I can’t remember the others names but we saw 5 total. Shout out to or greeter Roman and bus driver Jordan. This crew did very well given the weather and time of the season. Would highly recommend.

Whale watching!

What can I say about this tour but AMAZING! From start to finish Johnnie our shuttle driver to Dennis and Bill the captains, they made every minute exciting. These guys know their waters and where to find whales. We saw lots of those amazing creatures. The Catch of the Day will not disappoint. We would book them again. And the boat is covered, but you can still go outside for a better viewing. Dennis and Bill are very accommodating.

Just try it!

This excursion was so memorable. Even though we didn’t see any wildlife other than a couple of bald eagles, just riding around in these breathtaking waters was amazing. Our boat guide Danielle was full of information about the area, and Teddy, who drove us to and from Ward’s Cove to the resort where the Zodiacs launched from, was so amazingly friendly and upbeat that we were immediately put at ease for the whole experience. We highly recommend this tour!

Amazing!!

This is a start up company just getting situated with tours in Juneau. Husband and wife also run tours in Hawaii which is super cool! They are in the process of getting social media sites up and running for Juneau tours. With that said, as you research you will come to realize they are indeed legit and beat the prices of others by a long-shot! I hands down recommend them for a whale watch tour. We had an amazing time. The owner picked us up from the port. Easy peasy! Very nice guy. Made sure we were back on time. On our way to the marina, he provided information about Juneau, wild life, the glacier etc. Once we got to the marina he introduced us to our naturalist Aliya. Super knowledgeable! Then we met Libby, our captain. Also extremely knowledgeable. You go girls!! We had a small Group of 12! We had an absolutely amazing time and they answered any questions we had. Tour guides can make or break you excursion. We were very lucky to have them both! We did get to see Sasha and her calf. She’s something else! Iykyk!!! Hide and seek for a few hours but she didn’t not Disappoint! Absolutely mesmerizing to see. If you get the opportunity to do this tour, highly recommended for a wonderful experience. Thank you all be being so accommodating! All the best on your new adventure!!

This was a marvelous excursion! The boat captain and the naturalists were very friendly and knowledgeable. We saw soooo many whales and many other animals - Dall's porpoise, sea lions, otters, eagles and even a black bear on the way back to the ship. I highly recommend this tour and this tour operator!

Awesome whale watching experience

Wow! What an experience! You don't truly understand the size and breadth of a whale until you're up close and personal with one. I enjoyed my time on the water with Lisa Marie and Debbie? Sorry, if I got the name of the woman who was piloting the boat wrong. They were great. The boat pilot was an awesome storyteller and shared a great deal about her indigenous heritage. We got to see whales coming to the surface. None of them jumped out of the water, but just seeing them so close, was amazing! This is a must-do if you're in Hoonah. Thank you.
