Her storytelling, humor, and extensive knowledge of our destinations (Banff National Park, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, and more), history, food, culture, wildlife, and more kept us engaged throughout the trip - I gained a wealth of knowledge in just one day. Wholesome trip!

This was a perfect day trip to explore the lakes while travelling with senior parents and younger children who don’t want to do rigorous trails but still experience the beauty of the destinations offered. Stunning visit to Banff Gondola!

Prior to boarding, we were able to visit Starbucks and the lovely gift shop. The amenities included in the Banff Gondola FAR EXCEEDED our expectations. At the top of the gondola is a LARGE, GORGEOUS visitor center with a beautiful restaurant and a fun bar--both offering GREAT views! There are multiple viewing sites, seating, games, refreshments, binoculars, firepits, and maps detailing the surrounding mountains. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!!

A great day out

Had a great time, Brooke was very knowledgeable, warm and had a good sense of humour. She gave good suggestions for how to beat the crowd at Lake Louise and recommended the rockpile at Moraine Lake, which gave great views. I wouldn’t rely on seeing Downtown Banff only on this tour, as the hour only really covers eating, but if you have time to return another day like I did, that’s completely fine and the timings are all laid out in advance. It was good to see the waterfall as I wouldn’t have known it was there. Would recommend as a solo traveller!

The Columbia Icefield ... A Definite Must See

It was a long day from Calgary but it was worth it! Our guide, Kamal, made sure we were able to see all the best sights on the trip, and he got us back in time for our dinner reservations. We ate at the Icefield fast food restaurant but the sit down restaurant looked very nice and other travelers in our group said the food was delicious. Our guide to the glacier was funny. Getting to walk on the ice and see it up close was so amazing! Overall a very good trip.

Great hassle free family experience

Our experience with this package tour was amazing. Our tour guide Ankit was amazing, Knowledgeable and knew the right spots. We visited right after the wild fires and some of the views were not as expected. But Ankit ensured he took us to the best spots where we could still have good views and make great memories. Over all a very good experience that was hassle free and also worth every $ spent

A fantastic tour that...

A fantastic tour that takes you through the wonders of the spectacular Rocky Mountains First stop Emerald Lake, the colours of this natural wonder are amazing, off to Natural Bridge a beautiful stop to explore the wonders of the earths formations. Next stop Lake Louise village, grab a bite to eat and find somewhere outside to eat. Then lake Louise, stunning, however be prepared for the crowds. Stop at the most beautiful Lake Mouraine, make that climb up to the rock pile, the views are breathtaking. Final stop Johnstone Canyon we walked to the first falls and that leaves enough time to get back on the bus. A beautiful little trek and beautiful clear stunning water . The highlight of the trip, a small bus and a massive 5 stars to our guide Nivaan! He was excellent Thank you

Great service, would recommend.

The tour bus was great. On time and no problems. The bus played a guided tour while driving which told interesting facts while on the drive. Would definitely recommend if you don't want the wait for the Parks Canada buses. 1 and a half hours at each lake was good too, especially if you want to rent a canoe for an hour.

The Madeleines Were the BEST!

Even with a smoky haze we had a wonderful trip on the Lake Minnewanka cruise! Both our tour guide and our captain (both Madeleines) were fantastic and made the morning very enjoyable! We learned a lot and the ride was nice and smooth. We got to see a bald eagle and other wildlife back on the shore as well! Would recommend for all ages if you're looking for something a little different outside of hikes and bus tours!
