Great tour, amazing guide!

Our desert tour was an amazing experience! Our guide, Tareq, was incredible from beginning to end. He was extremely attentive, communication was always clear, and he genuinely cared about making sure we were having a great time. He was always happy to answer our questions and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. All the stops and activities were really cool and fun, and everyone we met along the way was so kind and welcoming. Tareq also went the extra mile with thoughtful details, like making sure we had water during the hot weather. It was clear that he truly cared about our experience, not just about doing his job. We had such a great time and would absolutely recommend this tour — and especially Tareq as a guide!

Highly recommend trip.

Fantastic day. Punctual pick-up with great communication beforehand. Lovely air-conditioned minibus for the drive out into the desert. The guides were brilliant and had a great sense of humour, especially when other not so bright travellers were asking about the 'donkeys' (camels) 🤣 They made sure were well looked after and where we were supposed to be despite how busy it was. The quad biking is great fun (make sure you have a scarf and sunglasses for protection against the dust and sand) and the sunset views were spectacular. The food was really tasty and the sunset entertainment and fire show was captivating. A highly recommended trip with these guys.

Amazing!

The driver Fadil was absolutely knowledgeable about the Berber culture as well as a safe driver through the streets and the mountains. The hike guide Abdel knew every safe rock and passage as the hike up can be a bit dangerous. Abdel is such a gentleman and kind person who care so much about his community as well as the earth. Highly recommend these two.

Ali and Ahmed were the literal best tour guides I’ve ever had on a trip! I can’t even begin to tell you how much fun we had. My friends and I had the absolute best time, and our guides were so beyond welcoming and so much fun, I wish everyone could experience this tour with them in this life time! Beyond grateful for this experience, met so many amazing people on this tour. In 2 days, you truly feel like a family with everyone. Ali and Ahmed, and our group for our tour, were the best people we could have ever gotten the chance to meet and spend time with here in Morocco! I recommend to everyone!!!

Amazing people and places!

Unbelievable views in the Sahara, and all the way to it. We had a fantastic experience and it was topped off by our guide Saaid. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. His depth of knowledge of the country and history, as well as his enthusiasm and joking nature made the trip one to remember forever! We loved the experience, the camel ride, the awd in the Sahara (bit expensive but worth it!)! Definitely a must do - it will be hot (even at night during the summer) but would recommend this as a must do in Morocco! Thanks again Saaid!

Great experience overall

Ashraf the driver was very good, and the same for other team members. He went out of his way to drop us off near where we are staying. Very good value for money with everything in the package, I would totally recommend. Only thing to note (also for the company to note in the info) is during summer, the time of pick up and drop off will be different than the time advertised, so you need to double check the timing so you can book other activities accordingly. Overall, very positive experience and I would highly recommend.

Unforgetable

AMAZING is the only word I can use to describe this experience! The hot air balloon ride was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Our balloon pilot was an amazing woman who navigated that balloon like a boss. She made us feel completely safe and confident throughout the flight. We were picked up just down the street from our riad. Since we had a group of 10, we filled most of the shuttle van. The drive from Marrakech was only about 30 minutes, making for an easy early-morning trip. We arrived around 5:30 a.m., just before sunrise, and were welcomed with a light breakfast while we waited to board. Once it was time, we were taken to the launch site, where the balloon had just returned with an earlier group. The basket was divided into four compartments, with five passengers in each section, so everyone had plenty of space and great views. Takeoff was an adventure in itself! The pilot instructed us to hold onto the side rails and squat down as the balloon lifted off. Once we were in the air, the flight was incredibly smooth, peaceful, and absolutely breathtaking. Watching the sunrise over the Moroccan landscape was unforgettable. The landing was just as easy. We once again squatted as instructed, and it was a surprisingly gentle and smooth touchdown. After the flight, we returned for a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast, which was the perfect ending to an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this tour; it was one of the highlights of our trip to Marrakech. Caution: where close-toe shoes. The ground on the walk from the van to the balloon is filled with dried prickly thorn-like plants

Exceeded expectations and very attentive!

Just do this!! We had an amazing trip with Wallid and his driver Hassan. They were the best guides who gave us special attention. I was traveling with my somewhat elderly mother and they were very attentive. Very professional and great planners. The tour has a LOT of driving so be prepared for that. But they do stop around every 2 hours for an attraction, meal or bathroom break. The bus only holds 16 so the groups are small and we quickly became friends. The camel ride was something we’ll never forget. 1 hr sunset ride across a corner of the desert to camp where we got dinner and music. The next day starts at 5 am with breakfast and then we set out on the camel ride again to get back to the bus. Then up to Fes, but stopped to visit monkeys and “Switzerland”. Defining a highlight of our Moroccan adventure!!

Worth Every 4AM Wake-Up, A Magical and Unforgettable Experience

An absolutely unbelievable experience. It was everything I imagined, and honestly even better. Completely worth the 4:00 a.m. wake-up call. The hot air balloon ride over the Atlas Mountains at sunrise was pure magic. Watching the sun come up from the balloon was one of those moments you don’t forget. The entire experience felt well organized, special, and worth every minute. The fire pits in the early morning waiting area were a great touch and definitely appreciated with the chilly start. My only suggestion would be to add a bit more lighting near the coffee and breakfast area, since it was still dark and a little hard to see what I was eating or pouring. The camel ride afterward was so much fun, and the guides were fantastic. They were helpful, friendly, and took some amazing photos and videos for our group, which made the experience even better. Breakfast was delicious as well. My only small note would be that I would have loved a few more protein options. Overall, an unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of my trip. Highly recommend.
