Great day out, our...

Great day out, our guide/driver was called Achraf. Achraf was polite throughout, good English and knowledgeable. For the waterfall, we had a different guide, he was also very respectful, ensuring our safety at all times on ascent and decent. Meal was really nice and location was amazing by the river, flies and bees were annoying but hayho, theres balance in everything! 🐫 ride was ok, flies had a good meal on me 🙄 like to think I gave something back 😂 Overall a great day out and the personal service was top drawer!

An unforgettable experience from Marrakech to the Merzouga dunes. Charaf was an amazing guide who shared so much knowledge and made the trip enjoyable every step of the way, from teaching us words and phrases along the journey to singing along with Berber music during the drive. Outran was a fantastic driver who kept us safe and comfortable throughout the long journey. The trip truly exceeded expectations because of the care and effort they both put into making sure everyone had a great experience. The landscapes were beautiful, the camp was amazing, and the whole tour felt authentic, welcoming, and full of great memories. Thank you both for such a memorable adventure across Morocco. If I come back again, I would absolutely book with them again and will definitely recommend this experience to others visiting Morocco.

What an incredible experience from start to finish 🌅🐪 We went as a family and everything was so well organised from the moment we were picked up. Our driver Aziz 🚗 was punctual, friendly, and made the journey smooth and comfortable. He really set the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable day. Once we arrived, our tour guide Abde 🌟 was absolutely outstanding. He was welcoming, attentive, and took the time to learn everyone’s names and where we were from, which made the whole group feel instantly at ease. He also guided us through each part of the experience with great energy and care. From learning how to tie a traditional head scarf 🧣 and discovering more about argan oil 🌿, to the unforgettable camel ride 🐪 at sunset, everything felt authentic and well thought out. The quad biking was a real highlight ⚡—about 30 minutes of pure fun with stunning desert views all around us. Clear safety instructions were given, and there was even time for photos 📸 which made it even better. To finish, we enjoyed a delicious three-course meal 🍽️ at the camp followed by a fantastic live show 🎶🔥 that really brought the evening to life. Honestly, this experience is amazing value for money 💰✨ and I can’t recommend it enough. Just remember to bring some small change for tips. Good tour of old & new city

We enjoyed this tour of the old & new city. Our guide picked us up on time at our riad & was very knowledgeable about the sites we visited. The garden was lovely and we enjoyed everything we saw (it was everything listed). The driver was really good getting through some tight spots! Our favorite thing was the snake charmers 😊 Highly recommend this tour!

From “Absolutely Not” to “Can We Go Higher?” 🎈

As someone who is genuinely afraid of heights, I was incredibly nervous going into this experience — and it ended up being one of the most beautiful, peaceful things I’ve ever done. The entire team was kind, patient, welcoming, and accommodating from start to finish, which made such a difference for my nerves. The breakfast was wonderful, and I really loved getting to meet and talk with other travelers after the flight. Once we lifted off, I was shocked by how smooth and gentle the ride felt. It was so calm that I honestly didn’t even realize how high we’d gotten. Instead of feeling scared, I found myself completely taking in the views and enjoying every second of it. By the end, I was wishing we could go even higher and stay in the air longer — which is something I never thought I’d say. Truly a magical experience and easily one of the highlights of my trip. 10/10, absolutely would do again.

Hot Air Balloon - amazing experience

We had a great experience. Our driver picked us up and we had tea or coffee on arrival at the site. The balloons look so beautiful floating around. Our pilot made us feel very safe. He was informative and funny too. The flight was so serene, a really magical experience. The Berber breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of food. After breakfast our driver dropped us back to our Riad. I would highly recommend this experience with Palms Ballooning.

Exceeded expectations and very attentive!

Just do this!! We had an amazing trip with Wallid and his driver Hassan. They were the best guides who gave us special attention. I was traveling with my somewhat elderly mother and they were very attentive. Very professional and great planners. The tour has a LOT of driving so be prepared for that. But they do stop around every 2 hours for an attraction, meal or bathroom break. The bus only holds 16 so the groups are small and we quickly became friends. The camel ride was something we’ll never forget. 1 hr sunset ride across a corner of the desert to camp where we got dinner and music. The next day starts at 5 am with breakfast and then we set out on the camel ride again to get back to the bus. Then up to Fes, but stopped to visit monkeys and “Switzerland”. Defining a highlight of our Moroccan adventure!!

Worth Every 4AM Wake-Up, A Magical and Unforgettable Experience

An absolutely unbelievable experience. It was everything I imagined, and honestly even better. Completely worth the 4:00 a.m. wake-up call. The hot air balloon ride over the Atlas Mountains at sunrise was pure magic. Watching the sun come up from the balloon was one of those moments you don’t forget. The entire experience felt well organized, special, and worth every minute. The fire pits in the early morning waiting area were a great touch and definitely appreciated with the chilly start. My only suggestion would be to add a bit more lighting near the coffee and breakfast area, since it was still dark and a little hard to see what I was eating or pouring. The camel ride afterward was so much fun, and the guides were fantastic. They were helpful, friendly, and took some amazing photos and videos for our group, which made the experience even better. Breakfast was delicious as well. My only small note would be that I would have loved a few more protein options. Overall, an unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of my trip. Highly recommend.

Mehdi our guide was excellent explaining the food and fruit juices we had on the trip. Arrive hungry because there's plenty of food to eat. One of the highlights of our stay in Marrakech.

Received WhatsApp message day before flight telling where to get pickup and time Driver on morning sent message to confirm pickup and picture of van and reg of vehicle. Everyone was so kind and professional and breakfast was also good. Balloon flight was fantastic and would highly recommended it to anyone.

Fantastic!! Went on the sunrise trip. Welcomed with hot drink and croissant. Taken to balloons and watched them inflate. Helped into basket and in the air for 40/45mins. Best time above the clouds - with the sun!! Back to a traditional breakfast (shoes must be removed) and a great trip!!
