Magical Experience loved it!!!!!

I was absolutly terrified to do this experiance but really wanted to do it. It was the most magical experience and I can say I highly recommend this company we had a very positive experience. They kept turning the balloon around so everyone got the same views. My only complaint was the comunication before. We had to be picked up early but we had to ask a few times what our pickup time was and it was late the night before we knew the time. I would just reccomend to the company to give times in the afternoon maybe if possible because I would assume people go to bed early for such an early rise. Other then that absolutly magical experiance!!! If your worried just do it!!!!

Stop scrolling - you have found THE BEST!

If you're looking at booking a hot air balloon experience in Marrakech, stop scrolling and JUST BOOK!! Youssef and his team are incredible. This is hands down one of the best things I have EVER done and I would not hesitate to do it again. I also need to shout from the rooftops how brilliant an experience you will have if you book with them. I can't disparage other operators and have nothing to compare it too but I DO know that you will experience a level of care, safety and service that would be impossible to beat. From the early morning pick up with a very chirpy Mohamed (who drove very carefully whilst being overtaken at speed by other tour operators) to the warm welcome with drinks and biscuits on arrival, to the fabulous crew responsible for the set up and take down of the balloon. Everyone played a visible part in making our flight smooth, beautiful and incredibly memorable. I always believe that you 'get what you pay for' and we were lucky enough to experience over 45 minutes flying time. The small group will give you a quieter, calmer and more personalised experience. I felt I could 'have a moment' while we were in the air as it was so peaceful. Danni was our pilot for the day and his enthusiasm and passion for what he does shone through. Youssef was a dream to deal with, communicative via WhatsApp, and an absolute trailblazer for the ballooning community in Morocco. He has extensive knowledge and a background in touring and we felt so well looked after. When we landed (smoothly!) we were taken for breakfast back at the base camp and WOW what a spread. We were treated to so much food, it was delicious and another excellent selling point! It was my birthday the morning we flew and Youssef had spotted this from my passport information, they made me feel so special and it was a birthday I will never forget. Thank you SO much Youssef and the team, you deserve ALL the success for the fantastic setup you have and your true customer care, we hope to see you again!

Worth the Money for the amount you pay

Our group consisted of about 11 people from different countries. The first stop for the tour was about a 40 min drive away from where we got picked up. Our stops consisted of Argan Women's Cooperative Factory > Agafay Desert for the Quad Bike (1 hour), Camel Ride (15 mins) > Sunset Dinner with Berber Show + Fire Show. The traditional Moroccan dinner was delicious and there was a little party with both local and international music before the fireshow. Make sure to bring CASH for tips for the tour guide, driver and other guides from the establishments you visit. Also wear protective gear such as a scarf or jacket for the Quad Bike. The drive going home was about an hour but since everyone was super tired, we all took a nap lol. It was super worth it with the money we paid.

Early start but everything works smoothly. Easy pick up process, not a long drive and all is as per the online photos. Not as scary as I thought it might be. We also did the drone footage addition and the video clips looks pretty cool. Wow wow wow sunrise from a hot air balloon

Wow what an amazing start to your day watching the sun rise over the Atlas Mountains from a hot air balloon. Our pilot Tom was very experienced and made everyone feel safe from start to finish. The take off and landing were faultless. The communication was excellent prior and we were picked up from our hotel on time. We were greeted with a hot drink and biscuit prior to taking flight and had a lovely breakfast in the desert afterwards. No unnecessary waiting around, everything timed to perfection. I would 100% recommend booking with this company thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Amazing experience

So much fun! The sunrise hot air balloon ride was stunning. Worth getting up pre-dawn for. The most memorable part of our Marrakesh visit. Our pilot was so professional, had a great music playlist and she even took photos of each group. We loved seeing the traditional breakfast (though enjoyed eating the croissants more). The camel ride was short (which was good, we just wanted to try it) and the young man leading the camels was so gentle with them and took some fantastic photos for us. Highly recommend this tour!

Absolutely unforgettable experience from start to finish. Everything was so well organised—from the warm welcome and traditional breakfast to the seamless setup for the flight itself. The views at sunrise were honestly breathtaking, floating peacefully over the landscape with balloons stretching across the horizon… it didn’t feel real. The highlight of the whole experience was our incredible pilot, Lena. She was not only highly skilled and professional, but also so warm, fun, and reassuring throughout the flight. You could tell immediately you were in safe hands, which made it easy to fully relax and enjoy every second. She also made the experience feel really special, sharing her knowledge and keeping the atmosphere light and exciting. Fantastic experience!

Great company and very well organised. We were picked up promptly and they even rang us when they turned up. It was very chilly at 6am but we were given hot tea and cake and camp fires to keep us warm while the balloons were being inflated. To see about 50 balloons in the sky as the sun rose was a magnificent sight! The journey was amazing and our pilot was good fun and very informative. After landing we were given a gorgeous Berber breakfast of fresh fruit, hot breads and dips sitting in the sunshine. An extremely exhilarating experience I would definitely recommend.

Not to be missed

I am so happy I booked this trip !! I was a bit anxious as I am not so good with hights !! We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the ballon .The pilot was so friendly ,good sense of humour and put us at ease . The view was amazing !! So peaceful i would definitely recommend. We then had breakfast before we returned which was a traditional breakfast,amazing tea ! Amazing trip
