Great Experience!

What an unforgettable experience from start to finish! The team picked us up promptly and transported us to the site in a very comfortable, nice vehicle. Everything was well organized and ran smoothly. There were about 20 people in our balloon, and our pilot, Mustafa, was fantastic. He made sure to rotate the balloon so everyone had the chance to enjoy the breathtaking sunrise views over the mountains and take great photos. The ride itself was incredibly smooth and peaceful. As soon as we landed, the crew was there waiting for us and quickly brought us back for breakfast to wrap up the experience. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a memorable experience!

Amazing experience

So much fun! The sunrise hot air balloon ride was stunning. Worth getting up pre-dawn for. The most memorable part of our Marrakesh visit. Our pilot was so professional, had a great music playlist and she even took photos of each group. We loved seeing the traditional breakfast (though enjoyed eating the croissants more). The camel ride was short (which was good, we just wanted to try it) and the young man leading the camels was so gentle with them and took some fantastic photos for us. Highly recommend this tour!

Fabulous trip

Fabulous experience. Our driver Aziz was also Our pilot who was great from pick up til dropping off at hotel. We were ona small basket of only 5 people which was nice. Would highly recommend. Our price was half of what the people pre paid on our Gate 1 tour. Give it a try.

The driver, the hot air balloon pilot and other helping staff were very friendly and honestly made the whole atmosphere 10 times better. The experience is suitable for people with fear of heights as well(like we are) since the balloon moves very slowly, basket is very sturdy and the whole ride is very pieceful. We definitely recommend this experience especially with this company since everyone was very friendly.

We had the best time hiking and riding camels! Mustafa gave us an experience we will never forget. Be sure to bring sneakers or trail shoes for the hike. This is not a walk on paved sidewalks! There is a lot of crossing streams, jumping rocks and, well, really hiking!

Unbelievable experience

We received a message the day before to confirm the pick up time. The driver was on time and it took 30 minutes from our hotel to the location of the balloon ride. We were greeted with tea, coffee and water by the very friendly staff. Everything was easy and smooth and we were boarding our balloon ride before we knew it. Our balloon pilot was called ABDUL. I must say he was so friendly with everyone, spoke many languages and made sure everyone was having a great time explaining what was happening and threw in a few jokes here and there which made us all laugh. What a pleasure it was to have him in charge of our balloon. The ride was fantastic and a must do experience whilst in Marrakesh. I would highly recommend this trip. We were up there for a full hour and we did go very high too compared to a lot of other ballon’s we could see. Once back on the ground we were met with a drink and breakfast. There are toilet facilities here and they were extremely clean too.

Fantastic experience!

Great company and very well organised. We were picked up promptly and they even rang us when they turned up. It was very chilly at 6am but we were given hot tea and cake and camp fires to keep us warm while the balloons were being inflated. To see about 50 balloons in the sky as the sun rose was a magnificent sight! The journey was amazing and our pilot was good fun and very informative. After landing we were given a gorgeous Berber breakfast of fresh fruit, hot breads and dips sitting in the sunshine. An extremely exhilarating experience I would definitely recommend.

Not to be missed

I am so happy I booked this trip !! I was a bit anxious as I am not so good with hights !! We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the ballon .The pilot was so friendly ,good sense of humour and put us at ease . The view was amazing !! So peaceful i would definitely recommend. We then had breakfast before we returned which was a traditional breakfast,amazing tea ! Amazing trip
