Great tour of the main Barcelona highlights

We enjoyed this tour very much. Vale was our tour guide and took us on a 90 minute walking tour the three parts of old town Barcelona. Then we got on a bus and went to Montjuic where we had about a 15 minute photo stop. Along the way, Vale recommended places where we should use the restroom as well as get something to eat. Next, we bussed to Park Guell and on that ride, received a lot of history of Barcelona and particularly Gaudi. We had about one hour of free time there. Then we.bussed to an area near Sagrada Família where Vale gave us suggestions for lunch. From there, we took a brief walk to the church. She gave us some additional information about the façades and how they are still under construction if you can believe it. From there, we were given a timed skip the line ticket inside. Be aware, there is airport style security you have to go through. At that point the official tour ended, and we could stay inside as long as we wanted to. It was simply stunning and the highlight of the tour. Great job.Vale!

Well worth the time and money.

What a wonderful tour, we had no idea how cool Montserrat is,v this trip was well worth the time and money. The bus was awesome with a glass roof, perfect for viewing the mountain and even better was Carol and Rafa with their story telling, humor, and guidance throughout the excursion, highly recommended.

I highly recommend this tour. I was unable to reserve tickets in advance so this tour gave me the option to visit the Sagrada Família last-minute in peak summer. I enjoyed the historic analysis from the guide and the ability to stay in the church after the tour completed.

Lovely Day Trip

Lovely day trip with our guide. Once on site, you’ll have free time to look around but not a lot so decide before hand what you’d like to focus on at Montserrat. There are many good options for snacks including a little farmers market and a very nice shop for buying cheeses, wine, etc. there is also a basic cafeteria style place to get food. No need to pack snacks. Wine tour and tapas was fun- you’ll sit at a big table with your group so there is a small window of opportunity to meet people. Go around the to the back to take a photo with the warthog sculpture.

Gaudi’s Parc Guell and La Sagrada Experience INCREDIBLE

The company Viator uses for this particular experience has a high degree of expertise in everything about Parc Guell and La Sagrada. This company’s communication with me was perfect, and because of their communication, I was able to easily locate their guides in a crowd of hundreds at the entrance to Parc Guell. This company also divided the total number of people booked for the experience into 3 smaller groups and assigned a guide to each smaller group. The guide to my group, Alex, was so good! He made the entire experience special for every person. and had a personality that was pleasant and professional. Alex not only relayed details of so many things about each of these sites, but also had an iPad showing relevant historical facts.

We had such an amazing experience touring Sagrada Familia with Jorge. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and made the entire tour so enjoyable. What I really appreciated was how he took his time explaining the history and the meaning behind all the beautiful details of Sagrada Familia. There were so many things we would’ve never noticed or understood if we had explored on our own. He was so kind and even took the time to help us take pictures which we really appreciated. Great tour by a knowledgeable Chef who took us to the Market as explained how to buy seafood as he picked up our supplies for our class. We walked to his cooking kitchen whee cooked a complete Paella and ate our meal with a lot of Sangria. We finished a wonderful day with our class made almond cake. ***** stars.

Our guide was very good. I wish I could remember her name. But the best part of our experience is that we arrived at Park GUELL without a ticket. The told us they were sold out. I pulled up the Viator app and was able to purchase a tour at 3:15pm that started at 3:30pm. We didn’t even have to wait. Thank you Viator!

The best parts of Catalonia all in 1 day!

Yes, this is an alil-day tour, but you have 60-90 minutes of downtime on the bus between each site on the tour. Each of these destinations was entirely different from the others…what a beautiful day full of history and beauty. Christopher and Delph were friendly, informative, and found a way to connect with everyone on the bus. Highly recommend!!
