Spiritual Place

It is a beautiful area. Try to get a window seat for photo taking. Bring binoculars. We saw a moose on shore. It is a very spiritual place. Don not let your children throw rocks into the water Kai and Kat were fantastic. Kat is a skilled captain and Kai is very knowledgeable about the area. He spoke with every passenger to make sure we were having a good time asking if we had questions. Excellent host.

Excellent tour!

Excellent experience. Our guide Mukund was extremely smart and knowledgeable. He made the trip lot of fun. Good wild life sighting and the maligne lake boat tour is nice too. You wont spentd much time on spirit island (15 minutes) but its still worth it.

Great Experience

Was better than I expected. Really fun experience. Guide was informative and fun. As a side note (we'll do this next time), there is public parking at the base of the glacier. And, you can hike up on your own. But, I would suggest a guided tour if you don't understand the risks and danger signs on a glacier.

Worth it

We were able to see 3 bear in total! 2 grizzly bears and 1 black bear. It was a great experience. We’re aware that every experience is gonna be different since it’s in the wild but we were lucky to be able to see various wildlife that day. Our tour guide was very knowlegeable and have antlers/horns that was pretty cool! Would recommend 100%

Beautiful Maligne lake and Jasper tour.

This is a great tour. We were able to see some wild animals on the way. The remnants from the wildfires on the previous years is part of the forest beauty. Boat tour on the Maligne lake is beautiful. Spirit island is just gorgeous. I would recommend this tour to everyone.

such happy, friendly and skilled guys they are. we thoroughly enjoyed river rafting. Aki in particular, is a great guide. she was captain of our ship and she even allowed me to use her oars/paddles for some time which was an awesome experience. everyone must try river rafting but only and only with Maligne Rafting Adventures Ltd. (and ask for Aki to be your guide)

Wear a bathing suit under your clothes!

This was our favorite tour of everything we have done in Canada! Molly was an excellent guide. Fred was a great driver and photographer. The rest of the staff was friendly too. When you arrive at the meeting point you board a bus to head to the river. It’s approx 10 min drive. I wish I had known to wear a bathing suit under my clothes. Everyone puts on wetsuits and booties for the tour (water was only 38 degrees F). You could put on the wetsuit over shorts but it doesn’t go over pants easily so your only option is to strip down to your underwear and t-shirt in front of a group of strangers. The people who wore bathing suits had the easiest time with stripping and then putting the wetsuit on over their bathing suits. Everyone was respectful so it wasn’t that big a deal, just a surprise. You leave your clothes, shoes, phone etc on the bus so you don’t have to worry about things getting wet (other than whatever you wear under the wetsuit). They take photos for you. 2 for $20 or $40 to have all emailed to you. I’d highly recommend this tour.

Travel to the top of the world!

A fun ride to the top of the mountain. There are only two trams, moving in opposite directions, and my ride up was quite crowded. At the top, you can choose to hike up a rocky, snowy mountain, so be prepared for that! I opted to have a meal at the restaurant (which only serves food after 5:30). A fun activity and I would highly recommend.

One of the highlights of...

One of the highlights of our trip - we've never done any rafting before, so this was perfect for beginners. It felt like a very easy but fun roller coaster on water with stretches of meditative floating. I went with my parents, who are in their 60s and 70s, and this was doable for them. The water is cold, and at a certain point, they let you go into the water if you want (while holding on). I would recommend a bathing suit as they suggest on their listing - changing while damp and also trying not to expose yourself isn't easy, so I think a one-piece bathing suit would feel less exposing. Molly was a super chill guide with a sense of humour. I want to do Class 3 rapids now! Recommend doing this experience

A must do experience

Amazing experience. The bus driver Sophie and guide Chiara went above and beyond to make the experience special. Every detail was perfect. Walking on the glacier was the highlight of my 13 day trip Sam our ice Bus driver was also terrific. This is a must do and using Brewster company is a must.
