Good service - Don’t trust their discounts

The big bus service was good, the bus was clean. The app works well. It could use some enchantments for find restaurants near stops. The only issue we had was that they said they would give us a discount for tickets to the Capilano suspension bridge. I checked before I purchased from them and their price was actually higher than the attraction price online and at the gate. Make sure you check the prices before you buy from them.

Loved our live personally narrated tour with Sherry.

We have taken a lot of Hop on Hop Off Bus tours in many different places and this was by far the best ever Our wonderful driver was Sherry ( as she always yold everyone—spelled like the Spanish wine :-). She personally narrated live the whole tour and it was really great!! Sooo much better than listening to recorded narration with the little headphones. Was VERY enjoyable!!! Highly recommend your with Sherry!! Vancouver sights were great too!!!

See the city in a day!

This was a great way to see the city in a day! We got off our cruise at 10, stored our luggage nearby, and hopped on the bus. We did wait an hour or more for the bus to arrive at Canada place- not sure if this is normal or not. We also waited a while at another location- that would be the only negative for our experience.
