Best tour guide ever - Vincent Lee!

We had a fantastic trip with YOLO/ Vincent Lee. He was punctual, knowledgeable and one of the nicest guides we have ever been on a trip with! He shared a lot of information about Taiwan and its culture. The tour was so well organised, spaced out, and informative. He had extra fans, rain jackets, water bottles etc. ready for us to use. Vincent took the best photos throughout the trip, offered to stand in line for us near the queen’s head, took us to the shops we wanted to go to in Jiufen, and went the extra mile every step of the way. Cannot recommend the tour and Vincent Lee enough!

A great half day tour

Thank you to Molly for a wonderful tour! It was a pleasant drive out to Thousand Island Lake. We had lots of time to take in the beautiful views from different vantage points. From there we continued on to Pinglin where we had a lovely tasting of 3 local teas at Mr Huang’s tea shop. Then we finished at the Pinglin Tea Museum, which gives lots of interesting facts about the rituals of tea. This is a great way to spend an afternoon outside the city and especially so if you enjoy tea!

Unique sightseeing tour with highly skilled tour guide

My husband and I had a fantastic day with our tour guide, Nicolas Ying. Nicolas started communicating with us a few days before the tour and was well prepared for the day: umbrellas, bottled water, and a carefully timed agenda. His English was very, very good too. Our tour was on a busy Saturday, but Nicolas easily navigated us through the traffic and busy attractions. Be prepared to wear your most comfortable shoes. You will walk a lot and there are several staircases. We came home with a ton of stunning photos and videos, thanks to our experienced tour guide who knew just where to stand for the perfect angle. This tour does not disappoint and gets you outside of the city for some unique sightseeing. Highly recommend!

A fun way to experience the beauty of Taiwan!

The trip was great! We were picked up from our hotel and met up with the rest of the group on Monday morning. There were about 28 people in our group and our guide Ciao and driver Eason did a fantastic job of showing us around the entire island and navigating winding and mountainous roads. It's a great opportunity to see different regions of Taiwan beyond Taipei. There are some days that involve walking uphill but there are always alternative options. The lodging is great. Recommend bringing some cash but most hotels and convenience stores have ATMs.

Pauline was a great tour guide. I was impressed as she did everything in English, Mandarin, and Japanese throughout the day. This is a long day, Pauline gives you history at each stop, and more importantly calls out which food vendors to try and which ones to skip. This was a private tour, actually I was the only one in the tour. Caleb was my tour guide and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable about sites, history and everything in-between. Taroko gorge is amazing and we visited as much as was possible given the construction repairs after the earthquake (about 3 years ago). I highly recommend it!
