The entire trip was well orchestrated and we saw some beautiful scenery, including a tea plantation. The tea museum was a great stop, very informative. Then the tea ceremony to finish off was really impressive. We learned a lot about tea and taste. There were opportunities to purchase the teas we tasted. Perfect day trip in Taiwan

I had a fantastic day exploring Taiwan with my guide, Chiara, and driver, Song. Chiara was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, making me feel comfortable and welcome throughout the entire trip. Song was an excellent driver, and I always felt safe and relaxed on the road. I enjoyed visiting the Yehliu Geopark, strolling through Jiufen, and launching a lantern in Pingxi. Ending the day at Shifen Waterfall was the perfect finish to a great experience. The tour offered a great mix of natural scenery, local culture, and unique activities. Chiara and Song made the day easy, enjoyable, and completely stress-free for a solo traveler.

Amazing Experience!

Our tour guide, Steven was great! He checked in the day prior, was on time the next day. Safe driver and went at our pace. Every stop was truly special. We visited during the Autumn New Moon festival so every place was PACKED. But we made the most of it. The last city (Jiufren), although a bit strenuous was worth all the stairs. The sunset view is breathtaking.

A fun way to experience the beauty of Taiwan!

The trip was great! We were picked up from our hotel and met up with the rest of the group on Monday morning. There were about 28 people in our group and our guide Ciao and driver Eason did a fantastic job of showing us around the entire island and navigating winding and mountainous roads. It's a great opportunity to see different regions of Taiwan beyond Taipei. There are some days that involve walking uphill but there are always alternative options. The lodging is great. Recommend bringing some cash but most hotels and convenience stores have ATMs.

Pauline was a great tour guide. I was impressed as she did everything in English, Mandarin, and Japanese throughout the day. This is a long day, Pauline gives you history at each stop, and more importantly calls out which food vendors to try and which ones to skip. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolutely wonderful tour experience! We booked this tour last minute, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better driver! From the very beginning, Hicks Wang was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He made our entire day feel effortless and enjoyable. One of the biggest challenges for us was finding food because we are vegan, but he went above and beyond to help us find suitable vegan options and made sure we were able to enjoy local foods without having to worry. He was also amazing at taking photos! He knew all the best spots and angles for photos and patiently helped us capture beautiful memories throughout the day. We got some of our favorite travel photos thanks to him. He even surprised us by buying us local fruit to try, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. It really showed how much he cared about making sure we had a great experience. He was knowledgeable, warm, flexible, and genuinely fun to spend the day with. Even though we booked at the last minute, he made us feel like everything was perfectly planned. We highly recommend this tour and especially our driver guide Hicks! This was a private tour, actually I was the only one in the tour. Caleb was my tour guide and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable about sites, history and everything in-between. Taroko gorge is amazing and we visited as much as was possible given the construction repairs after the earthquake (about 3 years ago). I highly recommend it!

Edison tours is an excellent tour company. Teresa greeted me at the meet point when she saw me walk up, I did not have to ask her. Teresa is great. Jenny, my tour guide was very knowledgeable. She is from Taipei and knew the history of the places we visited from personal experience. Jenny pointed out sites in the Yangmingshan National Park that I would never have seen on my own, or with any other tour group. I recommend Viator and Edison tours to everyone!
