Great (and yummy!) experience
I loved this! Pierre waa my guide, and he was very friendly and informative. I happened to be the only person on my tour, so I was sent home with LOTS of goodies. It was really interesting to learn about the differences in baguettes and the history behind them. The financiers were also delicious, particularly straight out of the oven.

Great class
Erica was a wonderful host for this activity. Being able to actually make macarons from scratch rather than just fill some pre-made ones. It was a lovely intimate class and Erica was very knowledgeable and also made it a lot of fun for everyone. Would definitely recommend x

Traditional French baking at its best
Fantastic opportunity to be inside of a fully operational Bakery Greeted with a coffee and some delicious pastries and of course croissants Be aware if you’re mobility is a problem the narrow spiral stairs to the lower level could be a challenge The class is for everyone and we made some fanciers cakes including making a brown butter on the hot plate for the mixture And of course we ate the results straight out of the oven (so good) Made and baked a traditional baguette as well as some round rolls We took all our baking home and enjoyed them throughout the day The baker was great and very good and patient and we worked through everything at a comfortable pace So happy to have had the chance to do this

Fun, Informative, and Delicious
Fredric was an amazing host. The class was informative without being stuffy. We were there from 9-3 and time FLEW. the collaborative nature and pacing was perfect. I debated signing up for the croissant class that was happening after this class ended but the food coma wa s too strong. Will definitely take another class in the future.

While anyone can wine and dine their way through the City of Light, Paris Cooking Classes will teach you the secrets of French cuisine so you can create a little bit of Parisian magic back home. Under the guidance of expert chefs, learn how to craft the flakiest croissant or master the art of the macaron while learning the history of the colorful pastry. Whether you go behind the scenes at a boulangerie, embrace your inner chocolatier, or spend the afternoon spinning crepes, you’ll likely walk away with the fruits of your labor. Most classes are taught in English and include non-alcoholic beverages, while cheese-making classes typically include wine.
