Helpful tips

Eduardo, our tour guide was awesome. Genuinely friendly, very knowledgeable and funny. Driver was also happy and friendly. Standouts were the zip line and caves. Zipline was fast but not too fast. So fun...and for only 300 pesos. Do it!!! The waterfalls and caves were beautiful....EVERYTHING was beautiful. My 20 and 21 yr old kids declared it as the best excursion/experience for our Mexico City vacation. Lunch we paid for but Eduardo ordered and got for us. We picnicked by the river. He recommended the stuffed cactus. It was yummy and something different. Tips: if you don't have a swimsuit, they stop at a place and you can buy one (for a reasonable price) Also get/bring water shoes. Cons: breakfast buffet was mid. Fresh fruits were good. Shuttle ride was challenging. Meaning the seats are uncomfortable and ride is bumpy. You can bring extra stuff you think you need cause you can leave it in the shuttle.

Fun, Friendly, and an Amazing Time

Everything was great. The communication before the event was excellent and u had no question when and where to meet and what to expect. The two taco places were good and I was happy they had vegetarian options. The guides were fun, friendly, and gave us a lot of background information before the fights. The other people in our tour group were also nice. The seats at the fights were in a good location and we could see well and really felt in it. All in all it was a super fun experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent tour and brilliant tour guide. Very knowledgeable. Everything flowed well and ran smoothly. The only thing I found inadequate was they had no one to contact when I lost wallet on the bus. I left messages, rang and did everything I could to get them to check the bus for me. I had no reply.

Do Not Miss This!

This is an EXTRAORDINARY experience and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City. Round trip transportation, hot air balloon ride a sunrise, meals and drinks, shopping, culture, private temple tour. I mean… I’d also like to shout out to our personal guides. They were so wonderful! It was a great experience...

It was a great experience pickup in the morning was right on time and right outside hotel! The experience itself was great they were there to help/answer any and all questions. Our return was little iffy told us return time was 12:10 ended up being more like 1pm not sure the reason and the drop-off was in meeting points not at the hotel like the pickup was but other than that great!

Go on this trip! You won't regret it!

We had an amazing time on our trip and would recommend this to everyone. We did the all-inclusive package. The pick-up from our Airbnb was on time and our driver communicated his plans ahead of time. The balloon portion of the trip was incredible - no one in our party had been in a hot air balloon before and it was more than we could have hoped for. The staff do a great job of making sure you are prepared for the flight and explain everything. You are able to store your belongings in lockers in the office and then you are given a personal photographer who takes photos of everyone that will be going up in your basket, and ours was getting everyone to do fun poses before we got in. Once you get into the basket, away you go! Our pilot was David and he was a pro navigating the balloon around. He did only speak to us in Spanish, and while we aren't fluent, we were able to pick up a majority of what he was pointing out while in the air. The breakfast in the cave was also super cool and the staff there HUSTLE! I've never been in and out so quickly but it was great because we had more to do! They took us to a obsidian/craft location, which was cool, but we did feel like it was just a stop to try and get us to buy souvenirs. Thankfully we weren't there too long before they then took us to our last stop, the tour of the pyramids/temples. Our guide, Diego, and he was an absolute gem! His energy was excellent and he gave us so much information about Teotihuacan, including showing photos of what it would have looked like in it's prime and allowing us to go up the one pyramid. We spent about 2 hours total at Teotihuacan and that was plenty, especially as it was starting to get closer to noon and getting very hot. Once our tour ended, we were taken back to our van and the driver brought us back to the city! I cannot recommend this tour and this company enough - we had so much fun and are so glad we did this!

Very memorable experience - do it if you can

This is a wonderful experience which I would recommend without hesitation. Clear communication around pick-ups and the whole 8/9 hour experience was smooth. Upon arriving at the hot air balloon place it was a smooth operation also and the staff there were brilliant and looked like they were having fun. I had never done a hot air balloon trip before and it was genuinely magical, it felt really peaceful - as I am sure you have seen from photos it's a combination of the pyramids AND the other balloons and the photos if anything do not do it justice - it does look that good if not better. We were left to walk round the site - there were no tours offered - but this was fine. The cave breakfast was delicious - nice range of options. The other people on the trip were lovely and as a solo traveller I felt very included. My only slight gripe and it's more of a - you should be aware - is that there is quite a hard sell to buy photos and videos. That's fine - you gotta make a dollar but you should be ready I think to either stand firm and say no - or go all in and get involved in the drone videos and photos ops. The photos are good but I think the price is per person so if there are a few of you, that's expensive. But - you can say no. Overall brilliant, if you can afford it, do. I also think getting to the pyramids yourself would be a faff from CDMX so nice to have it all done for you.

Ismael was an incredible...

Ismael was an incredible guide and made the trip worth it. The excursion is a lot of fun. We got picked up around 4 am from the center and got back around 2 pm. The hot air balloon ride was the best part. The price of entering the pyramids wasn’t included, so bring 200 mxn with you. The cave was great and there was a show. Definitely bring water with you as it gets hot throughout the day

Amazing experience! Highly recommend!

Everyone from Carlos the driver, Jessica the tour guide, to Alejandro the pilot were super friendly and professional. We were well taken care of. The breakfast in the cave actually exceeded my expectations. And of course the flight was just amazing! We did the trip with our seven year old daughter and she loved it. It's a bit hard for her to see over the rail in the beginning but once we are in the air Alejandro put her on top of the inside railing and she ended up with the best view!

Booze, Music, and Vibes!

Our group of 12 friends had an amazing time. We did the shared boat experience which was fine since there were so many of us in our group. The crew were great communicators and friendly! They did dock the boat halfway through for restroom breaks at a spot with a few shops as well. I’m glad we did the drink package since the boats that sell cocktails were not as frequent as I imagined in a Saturday afternoon. The tacos were really taquitos so some of us were a little surprised. Still give this 5 stars

What a wonderful day! The...

What a wonderful day! The weather cooperated with us. We reached a high altitude of 9,100 feet. At takeoff, we just floated. We never felt a jerking or anything. We had the smoothest ride on the balloon. The pilot landed effortlessly on the back of their trailer. Breakfast was delicious. The cave was cool. The pyramid is steeper than you can imagine and the total area of the sun and moon pyramids is so vast. Truly amazing to think about how an ancient civilization built them with their hands.
