I booked the tour for Tulum and it turns out the experience with Omar and Yaris was the best part. Yaris was so kind toward my son. She was so helpful in the cenote and the ocean. Both Omar and Yaris are gems and they truly made the experience. Tulum was beautiful and the cenote was mystical. I wanted to spend time just floating in the dark. And Yaris passion towards biology made it all the more rewarding. The cenote really was the highlight but swimming with the turtles was amazing too. Overall this was one of the best experiences I have ever had and again it was due to the amazing destinations and the kindness of Yaris. Simply amazing and highly recommended. Very fair price for all that you get to do. If you are on the fence don’t be. Book this tour!

Great tour with none of the added extras

This is the tour to choose if you want to visit Chichen Itza and that's it. No forced stops a souvenir shops or other towns. Pickup is early so that you are there before all the big tour busses. We were back at our resort by 3:30. Our tour guide, Paula, did a great job explaining the cultural site and Mayan history. The group was small (maybe 12-14). Highly recommend.

BOOK THIS! After we got picked up at our hotel, we made our way to the Buggy Tour place. We got a simple run down of what to do/expect and then we were off! We rode through the dusty trails to a cenote that was breathtaking. It was not difficult to navigate the trails at all even though the were rocky. I was even able to climb up and jump off the rock formations into the cenote. We spent a lot of time there relaxing and taking in the beauty. We returned to our ATVs and rode more and visited a place to eat empenadas and drink horchata, which were both delicious! Once we were done there, we rode a little more and then returned back to the buggy place. Matteo and his buddy were fantastic! Kind and informational. It was a beautiful way to spend the day. Wear your bathing suit as there is a place to change at the Buggy Tour but no place else.

Great experience! Go for it

Great adventure and fun, really glad we did it. Negative reviews give some useful practical suggestions, but some must be down to expectations. Keep an open mind and go for it! Raphael was a great guide and kept it moving along. Not everyone in a group responds in the same way but he was very patient. Bear in mind this is in the middle of the forest/jungle - paths are rocky and rooty, steps to platforms can be uneven but take your time. The chain came off one ATV but they got it sorted quickly. No other issues.

Straight up MAGICAL!

We got lucky and had the most INCREDIBLE day! It’s easy to say trust the tour when we were the lucky ones to see what we saw. Vanessa is an incredible guide (I do hope my memory isn’t failing me, but she’s Portuguese, and she’s a naturalist BEAST!). Her passion for the rules and care of the animals was unparalleled, for which I’m thankful. The swim and the whole experience was just magical. We got so lucky and had a few whale sharks, and just a little boats. We got multiple swims, incredible pictures (yes, it was a worth it add on!), and the most amazing team. We were so happy with our full experience. My husband and I went back to the hotel so happy we couldn’t even. Strongly recommend if you set your expectations straight

We had an unfortunate incident where our flight was cancelled and we couldn't make it to Cancun until the next day. We were all devastated. Best adventure park!

This was an awesome park. We thought no way would there be enough to do for the whole day, and to our surprise there was. The subterranean cenote experience was beautiful, I’m even a little claustrophobic and I wasn’t uncomfortable at all. I was in awe at what an incredible experience it was. The zip lining was totally worth the little wait we had to wait. I’ve been zip lining many times and this was definitely my favorite. Very smooth and seamless. The best part is the park is so big even when there was a wait it was very brief. Like 15 minutes tops. The lunch buffet was also delicious and a great way to get more energy for more xploring! Happy adventures friends, just go!
