If you chose the package with transportation, we will pass you between 4:30 and 4:50 a.m., to arrive around 5:30 to Teotihuacan. Upon arrival you will enjoy coffee and cookies, followed by your registration. Balloon flight: approximately 40 to 50 minutes (depending on the weather; remember that the pilot only controls the ascent and descent). Upon landing, we will show you footage captured with professional drones and cameras. Breathtaking adventure with an excellent tour company, well organized

Couldn't be happier or more impressed with this tour and experience. You'll be lucky if you get Danny as a guide-- his jokes, local history, and patient skill at keeping the group organized while still letting us be independent, made the whole day better. And he is friends with all the dogs you meet on the way. Aside from that, everything was paced perfectly, and the tour provides everything you need. The van was comfortable to ride in for the voyage, and we stopped enough times to stretch our legs. I loved this tour and plan to book it again when I return!

Birthday Sunrise in the Sky

The entire trip was well planned, organized, comfortable, and enjoyable. The other people who booked the trip were so fun and it was a great experience to meet people from all over the world! This trip was one of the pricier ones and it was a little disappointing that others on the same trip said they paid less for their trip than we do, but other than that, the hot air balloon ride was amazing- our pilot Jesus was such an expert he landed our basket in the back of the truck trailer, they made it special as it was my birthday, and the breakfast in the cave was so unique and the food was pretty good. The whole trip took about 6-8 hours so we still had a good portion of the day left to explore Mexico City. The ambiance was that of fun and vibrant energies and I would highly recommend this trip to anyone thinking about it!

Waking up at 4am was...

Waking up at 4am was totally worth it for this experience. Our guide, Crystal, was super bright and friendly and was constantly making sure we were having the best time possible. The whole experience was...

The whole experience was amazing Clever and Nat were great! So knowledgeable and incredibly enthusiastic. Clever is an amazing story teller and painted such a good picture of the history before they match. Did the hot air balloon...

Did the hot air balloon experience over Teotihuacan during my solo birthday trip to CDMX and it was honestly one of the coolest experiences I’ve ever had. Seeing the sunrise over the pyramids from the air was unreal and the entire experience felt very organized, safe, and smooth from start to finish. I added the photo/drone package and while I honestly preferred a lot of my own iPhone photos, the photographer herself was SO kind and made my solo birthday feel really special, so I’m still glad I did it. Big tip: dress in layers. It’s pretty cold before takeoff, but once you’re up in the air and the sun comes out, it gets hot very fast. Absolutely worth the early wake-up call and one of the highlights of my CDMX trip.

Super exciting and a lot to see.

This was the highlight of our trip to Mexico City, the tour was very detailed from picking up to the travel time and drop off. This is not a shopping / restaurant tour, this is a tour that you will have plenty of time to see all of Teotihuacan. Amazing tour guides and great bus driver. I believe the guide, which was Spanish and English speaking, was named either Van or Dan. (Could be something completely different). This is worth the cost and time to take the trip. Make sure you wear really comfortable shoes and a good sun hat as you will do a lot of walking and climbing stairs. The tour recommends to take a snack and a good water bottle as you will need both depending on the time of year you go. We did this in April and it wasn't really hot but very sunny. With no shade it can get very exhausting if you're not used to ups and downs. Definitely recommended.

Highly recommend!

We had such a great experience! We booked the hot air balloon and round trip transportation from CDMX, which was seamless. Our driver Hebert was personable and got us to and from safely. I appreciated that they let us get picked up at our Airbnb. The flight itself was incredibly smooth and our pilot Alejandro R. was great. It’s a little chilly that early in the morning so I suggest bringing a light jacket. Seeing so many balloons over the sunrise was incredible. Overall, such a wonderful experience! Certainly worth the trip from CDMX.

We chose the balloon flight only option. They message a day ahead in whatsapp and gave us the address. Its not clear in the description but plan to get to their office around 5:15 am, the balloon flight is around 6 am. We drove there from Mexico city, which was about an hour away. You can park in front of their office if there is space available. The balloon flight itself was about an hour, and goes very high and overlooks the pyramid with sunrise views. Definitely worth it. They can fit more than 10 people in the ballon, but its compartmentalized, so if u are traveling with a group, each compartment could hold like 4 people. They also serve coffee, tea, water and light snacks before the trip. Overall an amazing experience!

Love the experience to see the pyramids from above and take in breath taking scenery in Mexico. Love the drone videos for a small fee of course. Didn’t think I was going to be sharing space with a lot of people (crowded) but overall best experience for my first time being in an hot air balloon.

Beautiful and well organized

This was an amazing tour from start to finish. It is well organized and the staff are professional. We were told what kind of car would be picking us up and they remained in contact regarding arrival. Important note, it is cold in the morning while you wait to board the hot air balloon so bring a jacket or wear layers. I would check the weather for cloudiness because if it is too cloudy they reschedule due to weather, but they were very accommodating with that. The views, the food, the pyramids, and the extra little stop for tequila/liquor tastings was all such a wonderful time. I highly recommend this experience and this company!
