We had the best time! If...

We had the best time! If you are going make sure you don’t sit in the back of the van as it is super bumpy but those in front did not have any problems. The pools were perfect and our guide did a great job of keeping us informed and showing us all the different details along the way to make the most of our trip. The breakfast and lunch were phenomenal I didn’t much care for the dinner though. My husband hates long car drives and swimming and even he said he would do it again.

Unique experience, very good price-performance ratio

You have to get up early, bring warm, durable clothing, water, sun protection, money for the non-included admission to the archaeological park (currently 210 pesos), and definitely a camera for beautiful and unique photos or videos. Very friendly, English- and Spanish-speaking staff. This excursion is definitely worth the money.

Exceptional tour by an excellent guide

Arantza Franco was our amazing tour guide. Friendly, extremely knowledgeable, with excellent presentation skills, she walked us all around the Coyoacán neighborhood, three different market visits, including some stops for tastings of delicious local food, and filled us in on the history of the area as well as an overview of Mexican history from the Aztecs on up to present day. Her depth of knowledge of Frida Kahlo was extraordinary (she had worked at the Kahlo Museum for two years) so by the time we arrived at the Museum we were well schooled in everything Frida. One of the best tours I’ve experienced, hands down.

Very interesting trip. The stories of the indigenous peoples already began on the bus, with the guide Laura, who explained many curiosities. We got coffee, water, and a cereal bar, complimentary, which helped a lot because we didn't have time to have breakfast before leaving the accommodation.

Check in for the hot air balloons was super easy with our host Mar and her supporting team, and they had refreshments available while we waited to leave to the take-off site. The hot air balloon ride itself was so cool, and our pilot Abraham was very kind, he even turned our balloon at one point to get the pyramids in the background of pictures we were taking. The whole experience is very efficient, 10/10 would recommend :)

Excellent balloon experience over Teotihuacan

The experience was excellent. The punctual transfers in comfortable vans. The check-in is very fast; they welcome you with coffee, tea, fruit, and cookies. Afterward, they take you to the balloon; the boarding and takeoff process is very calm, the view is very beautiful, and the flight is very smooth. Afterward, you have a Mexican restaurant with mariachis. The whole experience is more than recommended.

Awe-Inspiring

Riding a hot air balloon over the pyramids was so peaceful and beautiful. It brought tears of awe into my eyes. The photo shoot beforehand was so fun. Ruth did a great job putting us at ease and getting us wonderful pictures (for an added cost). Breakfast in the cave was delicious and romantic. The pyramids guided tour was very informative and I enjoyed picking up souvenirs at the shop and the liquor tasting. 10/10 would recommend!
