Amazing Rental!

My wife and I rented the yacht for two hours and had an amazing experience! Everything was smooth from start to finish, and the crew made sure we were comfortable and having a great time. We were able to snorkel, enjoy the beautiful water, and even bring our own bottle of liquor on board, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It was the perfect way to spend time together and enjoy the water. The staff were wonderful. I couldn’t have asked for a better staff than them. With that being said, it was a long day. One of the stops felt slightly unnecessary, but it was my choice to pick that excursion, so please read the excursion details carefully before selecting one. The Chichen Itza experience felt overwhelming for me. The reason being, I couldn’t fully immerse myself in the experience because of the line of vendors from the beginning of the walkway all the way to the pyramids. For me, I need to be immersed in the culture—experiencing the past while connecting it with the present—not constantly being approached and harassed to purchase items. I felt that the vendors should be stopped at a certain point rather than being allowed all the way around the pyramid.

Family fun

This was so much fun, unfortunately we didn't have enough time to do the zip lines because there was a thunderstorm and it was closed the 1st 2hrs we were there. The food was soooo good never seen an amusement park with this level of variety. Definitely worth the money. It requires a lot of walking so be prepared. Definitely bring some good water shoes you will need them.

Activities were fun. They had a store there too where you can buy extra stuff like sunglasses, bandannas and souvenirs. Included in our ticket was two tacos that we ate at the end. We also ordered more food. Everything was delicious. They offer drinks, alcohol and nonalcoholic beverages, water bottles, Gatorade etc. I highly recommend.

An Unforgettable and Personal Journey Through Mayan History

This tour was such a great experience! It felt incredibly personal, and our guide, Rodrigo, made a genuine effort to get to know everyone in the group. He was patient with us as we walked around, answered all of our questions, made us laugh, and even learned many of our names. He also packed an impressive amount of history into the time we had together without ever making the tour feel rushed. Rodrigo made us feel comfortable exploring an area we had never visited before. He gave us clear directions about where to go, how to interact respectfully with local vendors, and even what we could and couldn't touch at the archaeological sites. His knowledge of Mayan history was incredible, and he made it even more meaningful by sharing some of his own family history and his experience growing up near the archaeological site. Thomas, our other guide, was equally knowledgeable and a wonderful host at the village we visited. He gave us a fascinating explanation of the Mayan calendar and how the Maya recorded dates and history. Both Rodrigo and Thomas were completely bilingual, which made the entire experience easy and accessible for everyone. A huge thank you also goes to Emmanuel, our amazing driver! He kept our belongings safe and secure while we explored the archaeological sites and Chichén Itzá, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the day without worrying about anything. What I appreciated most was that this wasn't simply sightseeing—it was a lesson in Mayan history, culture, and the strength and sophistication of the Mayan people before colonization. The guides brought that history to life in a way that felt respectful, engaging, and personal. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone who loves history and wants an experience that feels more like spending the day with a personal guide than being part of a large tour group. Rodrigo even helped us find the best camera angles so we could leave with some amazing photos and memories! One helpful reminder: this is a group tour with pickups and drop-offs at multiple hotels, so bring a little patience and plan accordingly. They aren’t just picking up your group—guests are collected from several resorts along the route and dropped off in order at the end of the day. It takes a little extra time, but that’s simply part of the logistics of a shared tour and didn’t take away from our experience at all. Thank you, Rodrigo, Thomas, and Emmanuel, for making this such a memorable day!

Great catamaran and snorkling/horrible island full of scammers

The staff was amazing! They were so friendly and provided awesome service! Great snorkling! The current was strong enough you didn't even have to swim! The fish were abundant and diverse, and the reef was beautiful! Isla Mujeres is full of scammers. Our guide, Diego, warned us before we docked and I'm so glad he did. Shopkeepers and golf cart renters will look at your resort wristband and pretend they know you from the property in an attempt to get you to come in their shop or to buy from them. One man must have overheard me say my friend's name in one of the shops because he called out to her and told her he enjoyed serving her at dinner the night before - he was not our waiter. It's so creepy and all the "cat-calling" (lack for a better term) made the shopping so stressful that I will never go back. My friend likened it to how paparazzi antagonize celebrities- incesent and loud (you couldn't carry on a conversation while walking down the street because they wouldn't leave you alone). Avoid the shopping here at all costs. Walk to the top of the island to do some more swimming or sit at a restaurant to have a drink and enjoy the view. Or better yet, ask to stay on the boat!

Best fun for all ages

This was the most fun I’ve had while on vacation. The activities were well organized, the service was great, we felt very safe. This made for a great time, our tour guide was so much fun that I could tell that he had fun watching us have fun. I would definitely recommend this activity for any family. It says 4 and up, but I imagine it would be a lot of work to have a 4 year old do everything, our youngest kid that went is 7, I think 5 or 6 would be the youngest I would bring. Amazing experience, I would definitely do it again.

Great Tour!

Fernando and crew were great! The pickup was smooth and the wait for our boat wasn’t too long. Onboard, the crew made sure we had drinks and as non-alcohol drinkers we had great options. For snorkeling we chose to not do it because it looked pretty tough but if you’re a good swimmer, then I think you should be good (tired but good). On the island, the lunch was delicious and then we chose to rent out the golf cart to go around the island with a few members from the crew for a nice scenic tour. When we came back, we still had a bit of free time so we enjoyed a bit of the beach and then back onboard. Overall this was a nice tour that I would definitely recommend!

Awesome zip lines and ATVs!

This was an awesome experience! It was the perfect level for beginner to intermediate levels of daredevil. It is well organized. Quick responses were provided whenever we reached out with questions before we adventured with them. They have a cute gift shop when you arrive where they will try to sell face coverings, water shoes, etc., as well as other items. We didn’t find them pushy or anything when we said no. They kept things moving from one activity to another, so it felt very efficient with their time (no real waiting around). Our guide, Danny Flow, was personable and friendly. We had a fantastic time overall. I would absolutely recommend this!

Family friendly fun!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional from start to finish. They were especially wonderful with our 4-year-old daughter during the ziplining. She was nervous at first, but thanks to their encouragement, kindness, and patience, she ended up loving it! We also had our 6-year-old son and our 11-year-old with us, and the staff was absolutely amazing with all three of our children. They made everyone feel comfortable, safe, and included throughout the entire experience. The food was delicious and authentic, and they made sure we had plenty of time to rest, cool off, and stay hydrated. We never felt rushed and appreciated how organized everything was. This was easily a 10-star experience in our book. We made unforgettable family memories and will absolutely be back the next time we’re in Cancun. Thank you to the entire team for making our day so special!

Utterly unique, truly incredible!

Breathtakingly beautiful eco-park. Part exotic animal zoo (with some free to roam among the people!), part oceanfront water park, part history/culture museum, part cultural show. And every part was masterfully done. At every turn I was in wonder how they could design and build such a massive yet exquisitely detailed park. The underground river is a must. Watching the flamingo parade, a must. The evening show, a must. (Get the idea?) I'd recommend paying up for the "Plus" package, which includes one buffet + lockers (there is a separate, extremely convenient locker section just for the Plus ticket holders).

Amazing day at Xplor

Absolutely loved all of the attractions, we started off with the most calm (rafts, swimming) and worked our way up to the zip lines and the water slide. The adrenaline rush from the zip lines was amazing and the water slide is nowhere near as scary as it might look, we had so much fun. We loved how long we got to spend on each activity, especially the driving. The food was great with a lot of choice, we didn’t eat until 3pm and everything was still warm/fresh. Everything was easy, staff were friendly and helpful. You need sturdy water shoes, mainly for the underground expedition as flimsy ones do not protect your feet enough. Be prepared to get lots of steps in walking around. The slide had a 1hr queue at the end of the day so try to prioritise activities when they show as “green”.
