Great Charter! Would definitely use this company again!

Fantastic Crew, Comfortable Boat, Clear water. The snorkeling was our favorite and wish we could have had longer or the option to stay longer exploring a bit. Also recommend definitely bringing a waterproof camera bag and your phone to take pictures. It was our first time and didn’t even think of it. The Island was crowded, over rated, hot, and expensive. But we still had a good time but would have preferred to be there less time. Overall. Great experience!

Great whale shark experience!

It’s was a wonderful day! We swam with numerous whale shark and even a HUGE manta ray! We then had a super tasty lunch of ceviche and guacamole! The crew was great and super helpful in getting us close to the sharks! The only thing I would suggest is even if you don’t normally get seasick, TAKE DRAMAMINE! Everyone on the boat was nauseous and vomiting. My daughter and I scuba all the time and she never has to take Dramamine but this trip was vomiting and couldn’t fully enjoy the trip. I only took one Dramamine and wish I had taken two because I was still nauseous even with the Dramamine. Also take your own towels and wet suite if you have it!

Wish the snorkeling was a little longer, but Alexis and the Super Cat crew were the BEST! Made the experience very enjoyable. Crew was entertaining and funny. Kept the music bumping and the drinks flowing! Did not at all feel like a long dragging day, which was my hesitation for an 8 hour excursion. Would recommend.

They are the best!

This is my 3rd time attending this excursion with this group. They are so fun and professional all at once. They care about the safety of each guest while also allowing them to feel comfortable. My friend rode horses and ziplined for the very first time and enjoyed herself tremendously. I will definitely be back every time I visit Mexico. Thank you all again!

Best Tour guides, ever!

Swimming in the Cenote and visiting Chichen Itza was incredible. the buffet lunch was also great. Out guide, Manual, was the most knowlegable and informative tour guide I have ever had! I used to teach about Mayan history. But, Manual taught me things I, previously, did not know.

Thankful that we decided to book this trip for my entire family. The boat ride was great and we received great care while on board. The boat looks like the pictures they provided. I am also happy they were able to accommodate shuttle transfer for the entire family. Very easy booking.

Amazing Excursion, So Much Fun!

This excursion was amazing! So much fun. We got picked up from our hotel around 7:50. It was a 1.5 hour drive to reach the destination. On the way, we stopped at a gas station / taco stand & had some amazing tacos! We did ATV’s first which was fun. It was mostly driving in a single file line on bumpy terrain, but there was some opportunities to go fast & pass others. Next we did the zip lining which was great! There were 4 lines to do. After, we did a tequila tasting! We had 5 different types of tequilas to try , Blanco, Resposado, Coconut, Mango & Cafe. All were great & 100% agave Azul tequila. After, we did horse back riding! I wish we had more time for this activity , it was only about 15 minutes. I also recommend that they take a few minutes to show people the basics of riding a horse. The horses pretty much are trained for this activity, so there is minimal work for the rider (the horses are walking). I know how to ride a horse though, so I was able to gallop a little which was fun! Lastly, we did the Cenote which was the best activity! We had to take a shower before entering. The Cenote is in a big hole. You get the option to jump in from different heights , or take the steps. We decided to jump! It was maybe a 10-15 feet drop into the water. Everyone gets a life jacket, so it’s okay if you can’t swim. Inside the Cenote was so beautiful! It was nice blue water & very refreshing. It was in a cave & there were actually bats in there! They minded their business though. After the activities , we had 2 pork tacos in the included lunch. There are also options to buy other food such as different tacos, hamburgers & hot dogs. The bar had frozen margaritas & other drinks. Our guide, Danny Rico & the rest of the staff did an amazing job! They were very hospitable & made sure everyone’s needs were attended to. The staff was taking photos & videos throughout the day, so you get the option to purchase them at the end. We purchased the couples package for $89 & we had about 140 photos & 4 videos. They were great pictures & the photographers are real professionals. Overall, this was a great activity & I recommend anyone that wants to have fun to do this activity!

Bucket list item - swimming with whale sharks!!! ✅

This whale shark tour was the best for our group of 8, with 4 kids ranging from 4 to 13. The experience was made even more wonderful by our guide Alma who was nothing short of magical, talking us through and teaching us and coaching us the whole way. We were so lucky to each get two wonderful swims each with a whale shark! Once in a lifetime experience and we bought all the pictures to capture the memories! The snorkel and boat float time were also really nice and we enjoyed our snacks and time in the water. It was a beautiful day, one we won’t soon forget. Also, take the Dramamine!

We loved our experience with Mayan Jungle Rush! Tony took great care of our group of 14, it was hard to pick a favorite activity! We did the zip lines, ATVs, cenote swim, and tequila tasting. Throughout it all, our guides helped me feel super safe and comfortable. Sol was our tequila guide and she really helped us learn the history of tequila while making us laugh the entire time. Super Fun TIme

This activity was packed with fun. Our guide was enthusiastic and full of energy and always giving encouragement to those of us who were a bit nervous (like me on the big zipline). The cenote swim was the best! The kids liked using the zipline to jump into the water, as well as other "dive" or jump off spots. Of course, they did not appreciate the tequila tasting aspect of the tour, but they were glad for the AC in the room, and it didn't last too long. Also, we did not realize that the venue was such a drive from Cancun, but the kids thought it was worth it.

Amazing day at Xplor

Absolutely loved all of the attractions, we started off with the most calm (rafts, swimming) and worked our way up to the zip lines and the water slide. The adrenaline rush from the zip lines was amazing and the water slide is nowhere near as scary as it might look, we had so much fun. We loved how long we got to spend on each activity, especially the driving. The food was great with a lot of choice, we didn’t eat until 3pm and everything was still warm/fresh. Everything was easy, staff were friendly and helpful. You need sturdy water shoes, mainly for the underground expedition as flimsy ones do not protect your feet enough. Be prepared to get lots of steps in walking around. The slide had a 1hr queue at the end of the day so try to prioritise activities when they show as “green”.
