Perfect day

Unforgettable family excursion with Rudolph!

Today we had an incredible excursion in the Cancun area and we can't stop smiling thinking about it! Our excursion included a visit to a stunning cenote and the unforgettable experience of swimming with sea turtles. From the moment we met our tour guide, Rudolph, it was clear that we were in for a treat. He had an amazing ability to connect with everyone in our group, from adults to kids. My 5 year old daughter absolutely adored him! His extra attention and care made her feel special, and it was heartwarming to see how he engaged with her throughout the tour keeping a close watch on her in the ocean, pointing out all the sea life and helping her be included in this experience. One of the sweetest moments was when our youngest daughter became a bit sad as the tour came to an end. She asked Rudolph for a picture, and without hesitation, he pulled over to make her wish come true. That simple act of kindness truly made her day and left a lasting impression on all of us and has been looked at many times since then by her. The cenote was breathtaking, and swimming with the sea turtles was a dream come true. The entire experience was seamless and well-organized, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time without any worries. I highly recommend this excursion to anyone visiting the Cancun area, especially families. If you get the chance, ask for Rudolph as your guide you won’t regret it! Great excursion option.

A very well-planned and highly recommended excursion. The cenote was very beautiful, the Mexican buffet food also had good tacos, a stop in Valladolid, enough time to see Chichen Itza… the guide Beto behaved very well. He gave explanations in English and in Spanish so that everyone would understand. And very nice. Nothing to object to.

10/10 would do it again

We went out on the luxury sailing trip to Isla Mujeres yesterday and the whole experience was awesome. The staff were friendly, attentive, and really knowledgeable, and they gave us great tips for making the most of the island once we got there. Lunch was decent. It's not a five-star meal, but that's not what this trip is about, and it didn't take anything away from the day. The open bar, though? Two thumbs up. Drinks kept coming and the mood stayed great the whole way. Fun, relaxed, and well run from start to finish. We'll definitely be back for another one.

A great experience in Tulum

I recommend it 100%! I was debating between Chichén Itzá and Tulum, but in the end I chose Tulum and I do not regret it at all. It was an excellent decision! I enjoyed the tour a lot! The guide, Luis, was very kind and attentive, and he explained everything clearly and interestingly. Thanks to his explanations, I was able to get to know the history of Tulum better and enjoy the visit even more. Thank you very much for such a beautiful experience!

It's worth it, fun and full of adventures

We went on a special trip to Xcaret, the park is incredible and full of must-see spots! The integration with nature is the highlight! We went on a rainy day but we managed to enjoy a lot! I recommend Rio and Aviary, they were my favorites. I didn't like the closing show. And going by special makes some things easier but restricts the schedule, whoever has the means it is preferable to rent a car or take an Uber.

Excursion today to Tulum for three with guide Luca, very punctual, professional, and clear in his historical explanations in Italian, during the visit to the Tulum archaeological site and subsequently during the visit to the small nearby Mayan community, where we tasted tortillas prepared by ourselves after the explanation from one of the women of the community, accompanied by a hibiscus drink and other liquors prepared by them, and to the Cenote of the same community, where someone even went for a swim, for which you need to go prepared with a swimsuit and towel. Beautiful and recommended experience👍☺️

Great, no frills tour of Chichen Itza!

You’ll have about 2 hours at Chichen Itza - an hour with the guide, an hour on your own. Enough to visit the “main” temples - but not enough if you want to visit the full site. More than enough for us - it was HOT! You’ll also be in a van for about 2-2.5 hours each way since they pick up folks at other resorts. They do make bathroom stops. Lunch is a turkey and ham sandwich that’s not all that good; bring your own food if you don’t want that. Make sure to also check ticket prices; we were asked to pay $50 for our tickets but others on our tour were only asked to pay $35 since they booked through a different agency (through their hotel). Cancun Adventures was the company that actually ran the tour. Overall, recommend this if you just want to see Chichen Itza!

Fantastic experience

Fantastic experience; the guides were super prepared and organized, attentive to every need. After participating in a Mayan ritual, we went swimming in the Xunaán cenote; not to be missed at all. The lunch was nothing special, but it was fully compensated for by everything else. Chichen Itza is spectacular; it left us breathless. The guides also provided us with an umbrella to shield us from the sun and plenty of water bottles. Too bad about the very short stop in Valladolid (30 minutes) because, in my opinion, it deserved to be seen more leisurely.

Different and very fun park

Very different experience from the usual. Xplor Fuego is a park that opens only at 5:30 PM, so the focus of the attractions is on having nighttime environments, with lighting using torches of fire. The park is very extensive, with several themed underground passages and good attractions. The park hours are from 5:30 PM to 11:30 PM and it is possible to do all the attractions if you plan well. For us, the best experience is the Toboganxote, a 5x1 slide that ends in a heated wave pool. All the attraction waters are natural waters (not climate-controlled or heated), but that didn't make a difference, Mexico is super hot in August, even at night. The restaurant is self-service and you get lost among so many options. The food is very tasty and it's worth eating without overdoing it, so as not to miss the attractions. They have the zip-lining circuit, which is the most sought-after attraction. Is it worth starting with it now, so you don't waste time in line later (it's right next to the lockers they provide).

Wonderful experience.

It was a very nice experience. I enjoyed the horses, ATV, Zipline, cenote, Tequila tasting, lunch. There was a lot of organization. Everyone was very attentive. My son forgot his little AirPods case in the van. I called to notify them and they had found it and went to drop it off at the hotel for me. Thanks Ricardo!
