Top Tahiti Snorkeling

Nico and his captain did a great job of taking us to three different locations for snorkeling. A wet suit is required to be worn which they supply along with other snorkeling equipment. You can bring your own snorkeling equipment if you want. We got touch a manta ray and see a large turtle! Nico takes pictures and videos of everyone throughout the snorkeling experience. At the end he will show you the footage on a TV. The prices are as follows: $100 (10,000 francs) for pictures only. $100 (10,000 francs) for videos only. $120 (120,000 francs) for pictures and videos. You can try taking your own photos throughout the experience, but I doubt your photos will be as good as Nico's. They will send you a link via email the morning after the excursion to download the files which are very large. Using a sea scooter is a huge advantage because you preserve your energy and get to see a larger area! Highly recommend booking with these guys for snorkeling!

Damon was fantastic. He showed us the island but more importantly he taught us about the culture, traditions and so much about the different flowers and trees. He was very attentive to our time limitations and was so personable as well as a gentleman.

What an amazing experience, in fact it rates as one of the best tours we have done of all the destinations we have visited. We got to interact with Kitty the stingray and being such animal lovers this was such a special time for us. Kitty is always in the area and comes to see the tour hosts Vincent, Sylvain & Aude when she hears the boats engine. To watch her interact with Sylvain & Aude is just wonderful, Kitty truly loves and trusts these guys so much. My wife has missed out on so many past snorkelling & scuba experiences because of her fear of putting her head under water. This Aqua Blue experience has changed that and she now snorkels alongside which is very strange because your head, although under the water is encased in an air fed and water free globe for want of a better explanation but of course you can see that from their pictures. Aude takes photos and a video which you get to view as soon as you arrive back at the mooring and you can purchase as a keep sake, memories we will cherish. This truly is a must do activity.

This sea scooter tour in Moorea was easily one of the most incredible experiences of our entire trip. From start to finish, the guides were friendly, professional, and made everyone feel comfortable in the water. Even my mom, who is usually nervous about anything adventurous, gradually gained confidence with the sea scooter thanks to their patience and encouragement. By the end, she was having a great time, however, she still remained hesitant about going into the deeper water. The guides patiently led her back to the boat, where she enjoyed the view of rays up close while my father and I swam in the deep end. Using the sea scooter felt like entering a completely different world. The water was crystal clear, and we were able to explore areas and see marine life in a way that would have been impossible otherwise. Beyond the rays that the guides feed, I was thrilled to spot a spotted eagle ray gliding through the water and several beautiful sea turtles swimming in the wild. Seeing these animals in their natural habitat was absolutely unforgettable. If you're visiting Moorea, this tour is a must-do. Five stars all the way!

This tour was great and fun. If you are a big complainer in general do not take this tour. The terrain is rough. I enjoyed every mi Ute of it. The views are magnificent and the tour guide was great. Bring a swimsuit and swim under a waterfall. I recommend this tour

This was an absolute fabulous experience. It is an owner operated boat so the service was exceptional. He took so much pride in snorkeling with us and teaching us about this beautiful snorkel area. There was communication prior to arrival with specific directions on where to meet. Very thorough. Once we got on the boat his instructions were very explicit with safety as a priority. Before entering the water ensured that we were very comfortable swimming and snorkeling. Once we were in the water he showed us the shipwreck, the plane wreck, the heart made from stones, and swam through the coral reef and pointed out various sea animals. He really takes pride and just loves what he does. The best part is there will never be more than 5 people on the excursion which makes it a very intimate group. .

Tama was an excellent guide and an even better driver. Felt very safe on some sketchy terrain to/from Magic Mountain. He took us to beautiful lookout points and explained the history and significance of each. Lunch at the private beach spot was truly delicious, and now I need to figure out how to make Poisson Cru Chinois myself! Enjoyed a lovely swim in crystal clear water exploring the coral while lunch was prepared. Unfortunately, it is rainy season, so the skies opened up on us with a tropical downpour when we were half way up the waterfall trail. The trail was already uneven and muddy/slippery and the downpour was only going to make it worse, so we decided to turn back. Really appreciated Tama’s concern for our safety and showing us the safest places for our feet on the way down. If you want an open air tour to places air-conditioned busses can’t go with an authentic local guide, you can’t do better than Tama and Enjoy Moorea tours.

Passionate captain and guide. We did a bit of cruising around before the whales were spotted by another guide boat, who called our crew to let them know where to steer. (While waiting, we saw spinner dolphins playing around the boat as we left harbor) Once we got into the water, we were able to swim parallel with a mom and juvenile humpback whales. It was incredible! Our guide even heard a whale surfacing behind us. We were just in time to see a third whale join mama and baby, swimming right below us.
