Outstanding experience. Captain and guide were knowledgeable, enthusiastic, kind, and passionate about the animals. With rough surf and strong currents (storms had just passed through) they helped us still get the full experience. Turtles, sharks, rays, and amazing fish. 10/10

Luna and Clem, were absolutely awesome! They were super accommodating, insightful and respectful to the aquatic splendor. We saw spinner dolphins, sharks, rays, turtles and innumerable fish so amazing! I encourage you to go early to beat the crowds.

Our guide Luna made our bucket list trip amazing!! During trip she explained some history of the island, we saw dolphins, sting rays, lots of coral, and also had a nice spread of fruit…She also said ‘this is your trip so anything you need let me know’…..it was great…

This was unreal. The most magical experience we’ve ever had. Luna reached out to see if we wanted to move to an earlier time as they didn’t have anyone booked and there was a cruise coming in. That was the best call ever. We beat every other company/cruise/excursion to all the best sights and saw it all. It did rain at one point but that didn’t get us down. The pictures Luka took with the GoPro were amazing. This was recommended to us by a friend who absolutely raved about it and we will be doing the same.

This is the best snorkelling tour in Moreea! Luna and Clem are so knowledgeable and fun. We swam with turtles, stingrays reef sharks and felt like we were the only people there! Five stars. Highly recommended!

Luna was great. She was knowledgable and kind. While the others with me were experienced snorkelers, I was not. She guided me and made me feel safe in the water. She told us about the island Moorea, as well as pointing out points of interest. The best part was she took pictures (over 100) of us in the water. She then airdropped them to my phone, which we will treasure. It was a memorable experience!

We love Luna!!! She’s very sweet and thoughtful. I told her I wanted to see turtles and she took us to find them and recorded many beautiful videos for us. We were able to play with stingray and feed the butterfly fish. The tour was fun. Highly recommend it!

Our tour with Luna and Clem was simply perfect. They took us much further in the coral gardens than other operators and spent quality time showing our 10 year old unusual fish, starfish and sharks. Plus they take fantastic underwater photos throughout the tour to capture your memories of the trip. We have gone out on snorkel tours with other companies here in Moorea, and Luna and Clem are the best!

Luna and Clement were absolutely delightful hosts for a very memorable day in Mo'orea!! We did some of the best snorkeling we have ever done. Luna documented our unforgettable experience taking over 300 photos we can look back on and share with our families back home. I can't emphasize enough how lovely this pair are and they definitely made our visit to the island so special.

We had an unforgettable experience with Luna and Cam from the mermaid tour company! Their exceptional care and attention made me, a non-swimmer, feel at ease exploring the swallow area with snorkeling. Luna guided us to witness fascinating marine life like butterfly fish, stingrays, and sharks. Luna and Clem are awesome, the tour was highly personalized, and both the hosts took personal care. We are not good swimmers, they took us to a very shallow lagoon (you could stand ), and we saw sharks, petted sting rays. Luna went the extra mile to assure my spouse to get in the water with sting rays (as she does not swim). Another place was a little more deeper, we saw various fishes with pretty colors.
They took us to a place, where there were more than 10 dolphins, the dolphins followed us and were going with the boat, it was amazing. The fruit platter and juices were very refreshing after the snorkeling and swimming.
Highly recommend to anyone wanting a personal experience to visit the lagoons of Moorea, do snorkeling, swim with sharks & sting rays.

Two of us took this tour and it was amazing. Luna & Clement were outstanding hosts. They know all the cool sights to see and to snorkel. They also took several pictures of us during the tour. Highly recommend this tour in Moorea. If you do one excursion, do this one !!

Once in a lifetime experience! Luna and her partner make an amazing team. Luna makes you feel so safe in the water (I am a beginner snorkeler) and they know all of the best spots. Beautiful tour of some of the great snorkeling spots in Moorea. Luna was super nice, very knowledgeable, and took great pictures. I’ve done a number of snorkeling tours in the past and this was definitely one of the best!

Wow! Just wow! This was one of THE most amazing trips we have ever taken. Mermaid Private Boat Tours are a fantastic company, and I highly highly recommend them!!!! They took all the photos during our excursion; about 300 GoPro pics, all of which were of the highest quality as you can see from the few pics I've attached, and they were included in the price of the tour. The couple who operate the tour were so lovely and patient with us too! We could not have asked for better guides; so knowledgeable, friendly, and reassuring. If you only do one tour in Moorea, it has to be this one. You WILL NOT be disappointed!

Sweetest couple will customize your day to what is most important to you, we spent a lot of time in the water as well as touring the islands! Views are incredible! And the snorkeling breathtaking! The amount of photos taken that are immediately shared with you before you even leave the boat blew me away! We’ve done our fair share of snorkelling but this was the best so far. Personal approach and a perfect combination of snorkelling and sightseeing with places and views you’ll never forget. Very up close experience with the stingrays and black fin sharks and got lucky with a very playful pod of dolphins. Was the highlight of the trip and what’s more important is that you feel important and being attended to your individual needs. I would not consider booking someone else.

Luna and Clem were the most amazing guides on this trip! This is truly a must do activity. We snorkeled throughout the coral reefs feeding fish, swam with so many sea turtles, sting rays and sharks. It was truly an unbelievable experience. We were seamlessly picked up from the Hilton dock and they helped us arrange a taxi to pick us up to take us to the ferry station.

Luna and Clem were the best tour guides in French Polynesia! Our kids had a blast swimming with the sharks and getting up close and personal with the Stingrays. Our 12 year old did not want it to end. Interestingly enough, the boat was the perfect size to get out to the coral reefs since bigger boats are not allowed. This was absolutely the highlight of our trip. Thank you Luna and Clem!

Wow this was an amazing experience. If I could give a higher rating I would. We got picked up right from our dock at our hotel on time, they had contacted us asking to move our tour back about 30 min which worked out better. They asked us what we have seen and what we wanted to see . We saw the sharks and sting rays, turtles and so many different fish! Luna was amazing and showed us different spots that we hadn’t seen on other tours. We got to swim further out. Feeding the fish papaya was unforgettable. We also got amazing pictures and videos. And the fresh fruit platter was amazing!!! This is worth the money!!

We have been to three different countries from the snow to the heat and this was the highlight of everything we have done. Luna and her partner are beautiful and if you go on the early morning trip then don’t have to share some beautiful spots. I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to experience the natural feeling and the guides are just the best we have had.

This was our favorite excursion we did on Moorea. Luna and Clem were absolutely fabulous and very attentive. They taught us so much about the island, told us great spots to visit, and took us to some of the most amazing snorkeling spots. When we snorkeled, Luna was in the water with us showing us great things, teaching us about the sea life, and making sure we were all happy and safe. Clem kept an eye on everything above the water to make sure we were safe and always set up with equipment. We loved that they took pics above and below the water, and later shared them with us. We have been on trips with various outfits around the world, and this exceeded all our expectations. We absolutely recommend!!

We had an awesome time with Luna and Clem! They were both incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the island. They made sure to customize the tour for what we were looking for, which was to snorkel and swim with wildlife and explore beautiful reefs. We stopped at three different spots and spent most of our time in the water, which was perfect for us! My favorite part was feeding papaya to tropical fish while snorkeling.
Luna took a bunch of amazing pictures of our experience while guiding us as we explored a great coral reef. I would definitely book with Luna and Clem again! Thanks for a great experience!
