I loved the 5 hour tour with Vetea. He was very friendly and picked me up right on time. I got lucky and had 4 other very friendly passengers and we all got along famously. I was spending a few days in Tahiti before going on to Pitcairn, and he understood how exciting that was for me. He made a special point of showing me a breadfruit tree and discussing it - explaining it's importance to the Bounty story to the other folks. He also noticed my slight limp when I walk and offered me a hand when we approached some uneven stairs at a waterfall. He stopped and bought some fresh pineapple and pomelo for us to try, both of which were great! None of our group had ever eaten pomelo before - what a treat. When we reached Venus Point, he explained the Marlon Brando marker stone, and made sure I noticed the names of the Bounty crew on the back. Vetea asked me if I wanted to be dropped back at my hotel, or perhaps somewhere else for convenience, and asked the two passengers from the cruise port if they wanted to be dropped back off at the port or somewhere else near there, since they were spending the rest of the day in Papeete while waiting for their evening flight. Highly recommend Vetea and this 5 hour around the island tour.

The team are exceptional. The understated attention to safety and us was next level without it being overwhelming. My wife is very anxious at times and these people had her raving about the experience underwater. We also enjoyed the personal time to snorkel the crystal clear waters and reef and see all the different types of fish. This was outstanding. Put it on your list of things to do.

An unforgettable snorkeling experience! Swimming alongside stingrays and blacktip sharks was incredible, and the crew made everything feel safe, fun, and well-organized. The water was crystal clear and absolutely beautiful—truly a highlight of the trip. Highly recommend this adventure to anyone visiting!
