Great tour!
Great tour of the history of the Le Chateau Frontenac. The tour guide was dressed as the original architect of the hotel and conducted the tour in character. So interesting and fact filled. It was great to see the areas of the hotel we wouldn’t have seen on our own. Would recommend!

Quebec City Guide was fantastic
Took a tour with Anais of Old Quebec. She was fantastic. Some walking. Took the funicular up to upper part of Old Town. Gave us lots of history. We were there for St Patrick’s Day parade which was great but once she knew that she provided all kinds of Irish history for Quebec. Recommended a great restaurant Bistro Hortus. She was great saw a lot of the old town and what we didn’t she told us the places to go.

Highly Recommend
We had the most wonderful time with the goats, Zen and Raul, and Luna the dog. Most particularly our guide was informative and enjoyable. The scenery was magical and the lunch a treat. Would highly recommend this adventure for anyone who enjoys nature and a fun day out of the city.

Our guide, Mark, was very friendly, entertaining, and knowledgeable. Our tour was all encompassing. We learned about the city's history, architecture, politics, religion, geography, and more. Our day was bitter cold so Mark found us places to shelter from the wind while he talked. Dress warmer than you think you'll need to if you do this in the winter!

Québec City Food Tour Jan 2026
Definetly come with an empty stomache! All the restaurants we went to came with lovely stories, and there were a few stops we made along the way to learn a bit about Quebec's history. The food itself was great, there were lots of meals I may not have ordered myself, so it was fun to try new foods. The portions, in my opinion, are more than enough to fill you up, so I would say don't worry about leaving hungry. Our tour guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating with dietary restrictions. This experience is perfect for couples, friends, or families alike.

Good tour with a great guide!
Jean Francois was a great guide and driver! Very personable and outgoing. We hit four stops- a chocolate factory, a nougat factory, a cider house, and a vineyard/winery. All stops were nice, but fairly short. At the chocolate place, there was no where to even sit- we just stood and ate 3 chocolate samples. No water or drink was offered at that time, although there was a small coffee bar where you could purchase a beverage. Overall, this was a very nice tour and a good way to see the highlights of Ile d’Orleans.

We had the BEST guide - Carole. She was personable, funny, engaging, and knowledgeable. I was worried a private tour might be awkward, but it wasn’t at all. We went at an easy pace, saw tons of interesting places, and throughly enjoyed our guide. Absolutely would tour again with Carole.

Fun night-time tour!
Loved the costumes and our guide was very animated with fun stories. I mis-read the information about the tour and thought we were doing a ghost tour, so it didn't make sense that she wasn't talking about ghosts, but then realized it was a crime tour. Honestly, I would have preferred a ghost tour, but this was fun. It is a LOT of walking down and up steep streets and stairs though, so if you have any problems walking, don't do this tour.

Awesome walking tour!
Keven our guide was awesome! He gave us a great overview of the city and its history. He also included more detailed history of the city’s people and events throughout the centuries. He answered many and all questions asked by our group. We’ve done many walking tours around the world and this quite possibly has been the most enjoyable!

Jean Francois was the best guide ever!
The instructions for the meet up were clear. The photos helped as well. Our guide, Jean Francois, was amazing! Fun, funny, very knowledgeable, and full of incredible stories about Quebec City. I can’t say enough good things about this tour. Even if you have several days to explore the city, this is an excellent starting point. Ten Stars!!

Learn everything about Quebec in a private setting.
The experience gave us a great insight into the history of Quebec, the significance of the St Lawerence and the history of French Catholic culture and British Anglican! I loved the geological and agricultural information of this sub arctic climate! Judith was very informative and friendly! Thank you for sharing with Texas!
