You have to go outside and across the street to find the representative of the transportation company. Not a problem if you know to do that. The gentleman who helped us had a shirt with the logo and made sure we got to the van without any issues. It was pouring rain and I felt safe in the van.

Was amazing, private van shuttle just as advertised. Air conditioning was on and ready for when we got into the van. Everything went smoothly and my wife and I were very happy. Clean vehicle, ac worked, driver was friendly, couldn’t ask for much more.

I had an amazing time on this excursion! The safari-like bus made the trip extra memorable. The ATV tour was an absolute blast, and the added stops really enhanced the experience. The water cave visit was breathtaking, the coffee tasting was delicious, and the beach stop was the perfect way to relax. The friendly staff were also fantastic—they helped make sure we weren’t getting ripped off on souvenirs. Overall, it was a fun-filled adventure I won’t forget! Highly recommend!

The company was very communicative, they offered additional add ons to make our trip special, was very professional, the car was clean, and driver was well informed of various activities to engage in during our trip. The drivers were timely for pick up and drop off. I would definitely use again.

We had a great time on the bugglies, in the cave and at the beach. There were 6 of us in 3 buggies. It rained just before our excursion so it was extra muddy. We were the only ones at the cave and had lots of time to swim. Another group arrived just as we were leaving. The only part of the excursion we disliked was during the tour they really harass you to buy things from them. They even chase you down to your buggie. They were relentless. They also told us not to buy from the little stores when we first arrived. I wish I purchased from them because they were kind and did not harass us.

This excursion was fantastic! The communications before the trip were great as we k ew exactly what time we were being picked up and the name of our driver and van name. The operator kept us updated which was reassuring. Kitson our guide made sure that safety was paramount. We had a family of 5 with the youngest being 12, and it was amazing. The quads and buggies were great. We brought our own goggles and balaclavas which paid dividends! The cave stop was beautiful and then onto the coffee and cacao tasting. What was great was that there wasn't any hassle to buy, so you wanted to buy! Then onto Macao beach which was amazing. Then back through muddy water which my children loved! Value fir money and a great experience. We normally book excursions through our holiday reps, but took a risk this time which really paid off. Thank you to the tour operators.

Charlie and his crew were great! We stayed in Cap Cana area which was a bit further than the other resorts in Punta Cana but Charlie ensured that we made it and from our excursion with no issue. You are guaranteed to have a great time on this boat! 10/10 customer service I will be sure to book this excursion when I return to DR!

All in all good but some things can be off putting. Here’s all I went through and hope it helps if you do book! Booked the round trip mini van to hotels in Uvero Alto. Immediately received my confirmation through Viator. Make sure to save this for later. The day before my trip I used the iMessage number provided by the Viator listing to setup my pickup from the airport (the WhatsApp number for me said the number didn’t exist). The day of my trip, once I arrived at the Punta Cana airport I messaged again letting the company (Best Punta Cana Tours & Transfer) know I had landed (I used the airports free wifi to text them). They replied and said to meet by Refugio Cafeteria once I get my bags. After customs and baggage claim, I found the company. Now this is where it gets a little weird. They had a bunch of names listed but I didn’t see mine anywhere, however I showed the guy working my confirmation through Viator and then he said my driver would be there shortly. I waited for 10-15 minutes before he showed up. Once he did, they packed our bags and then took a picture of us (for confirmation purposes). Our driver spoke little to no English but this wasn’t a big problem communicating. The drive to my hotel (Excellence El Carmen) was about 40 minutes. The driving in Punta Cana can be hectic so if you get motion sickness, maybe take something to help before hand. Got to our hotel safe even though it was definitely an experience lol. The day before we had to leave, I received a text to setup a pickup time from our hotel in the morning and provided them our room number (needed to enter the resort). You are given a 10 minute grace period from that pickup time. The driver showed up on time the morning of but was holding up a sign with a completely different name. I just showed them my confirmation through Viator again and they said it was okay. The driver back to the airport was much calmer probably due to it being morning time and less traffic. Overall, I’d use it again especially now I know what to expect. I hope this helps ease the process!
