Whale watching - a must-do trip
We did this excellent trip in February. Very well organised with friendly, welcoming staff and a wonderful commentary. We saw dolphins, several albatross and a sperm whale, which was visible and 'performing' for around 15 minutes. Highly recommend this experience, but you have to accept there is a chance, albeit a small one, that you might not be lucky.

Amazing overnight trip.
Truly excellent experience. Being out in such remote beauty for evening sunset, overnight and early morning is amazing. The crew was excellent, food was very very good, cabins were clean and comfortable. Amazing! Even the bus ride across the pass was entertaining, informative and beautiful.

Wonder and awe
Awesome experience and best way to see New Zealand with limited time but still capture the amazing feeling and wonder of Milford Sound. Having my son sitting in the front of the plane was amazing as I felt he got to experience the full adventure. It was very special.

Great day out
What a fabulous day out. The train ride was great to Arthurs Pass and had a great walk around the area and then the lunch stop at Grassmere was absolutely stunning. Thoroughly enjoyed the sheep shearing demonstration with Trevor & Heather - what great people.
Our driver/guide Pete was sensational. Full of local knowledge and a real joy - he is fantastic.
It was a briliant day out you won't regret. Stunning scenery, great food and fabulous people - what more could you aks for.

First rate tour
Excellent tour with Chris. He took us all around Dunedin to see Baldwin St, railway station and old prison and then a tour around the Ortego Peninsula. Beautiful scenery, seal cub crèche and a walk on a deserted beach. Lovett be in small group rather than a tour bus

Professionally guided tour
The trip is easy going and very relaxed. Not much walking and is good for seniors. However, it won't give you a lot of time to explore things in depth other than the cultural village visit . It was worth noting that Terry who was tour guide/driver had demonstrated his in depth knowledge and attention to every details. He patiently answered every question asked. He really made a difference in this trip!

Lovely Trip
Visiting from the UK, we booked this trip before we arrived in New Zealand. Superb trip - the guy speaking was very knowledgeable about the area. Little cafe on board - although you could do with more staff serving as the poor girl was run off her feet!
All in all, an enjoyable day.

All the fun & thrill but be prepared to get soaked!
Great fun experience, great way to see most of the rivers, lots of donut turns, waves and big splashes. Be prepared to get wet, very wet!! This is no log flume experience. Totally soaked from head down ,too much really when you're spending the day in Queenstown, so only reason for losing 1 star. I'd recommend sitting in centre seats if you want to avoid a total soaking. Anton our driver was great though ,good on safety 👏

Fantastic Tour
We visited Dunedin, New Zealand while on a cruise. It was a fantastic tour. Pick up and drop off was very easy. Our tour guide Asta from Fantails picked us up from the cruise terminal. It was a small group of 4 people on the tour. Our tour guide Asta was very knowledgeable and she gave us a lot of information about Dunedin rich history. Scenic drives overlooking the city were stunning. We went to the Baldwin Street, steepest street in the world. Inside tours of the Olveston historic house with its rich history and inside tour of Larnach Castle with its beautiful gardens were our favorite. We also made short stops at University of Otago, Dunedin Railway Station, Dunedin Botanic Garden and First Church of Otago. It was a great tour, we spent a lovely and a memorable day with Asta. We highly recommend this tour.

The tours were conducted...
The tours were conducted by experienced tour guides, done professionally and was entertaining. Though there was a cancellation due to weather, Leisure Tours was able to reschedule so that I could experience Cape Reigna, 90 mile beach & the Hole in Rock cruise. Views were awesome!

Truly Breathtaking Experience atop an Alpine Glacier
The Helicopter Line is a well-run, professional organization that does its job well. The entire staff was very helpful, they gave us a safety briefing beforehand, and then our pilot James was really adept at flying. This was our first time in a helicopter and it could not have been smoother. To land on and then exit the helicopter onto a glacier is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, I recommend everyone should do this!
