My sister and I recently did the Bamboo Rafting & Limestone Massage experience at Great River in Lethe District, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Jamaica! The experience was absolutely amazing, and a huge part of that was because of our raft captain, Jerome. From the moment we arrived, Jerome was professional, polite, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable right away and took the time to ensure we had everything we needed throughout the entire experience. His customer service was exceptional, and he truly went above and beyond to make our rafting trip memorable. Not only was Jerome an excellent raft captain, but he also gave one of the best limestone leg and foot massages! The massage was relaxing, refreshing, and exactly what we needed while enjoying the beautiful scenery along the river. On top of that, Jerome kept us laughing the entire time. His personality, sense of humor, and positive energy made the experience even more enjoyable. What stood out most was how attentive and accommodating he was. He made sure we were comfortable, answered our questions, shared information about the area, and created a fun, laid-back atmosphere that made us feel like we were spending time with a friend rather than just a tour guide. Let's Run It Back!!!

This was the first time on this excursion and it was The Best time my sister and I had. The experience was beautiful, the atmosphere was excellent and our guide (KEVIN) WAS THE BOMB. ASK FOR HIM. He was such a gentleman from the Hello to the See you next time. He made this experience comfortable and made this a memorable snapshot of our trip. There’s not many reviews from those who had a cruise and booked this excursion. We docked at Falmouth which was over an hour to get there. Ronaldo our driver and Benji our guide made sure we were comfortable and okay the whole time. There was much traffic coming and going so we unfortunately weren’t able to have lunch, but besides that the whole experience was 10/10. Im very grateful they were considerate that we had to make it back to the ship on time. Communication was clear from the beginning on where to meet to the itinerary, from beginning to end. Had a great time, would recommend.

Jermaine and Syan at Reddie Travel were beyond amazing. Easy to ask questions to and very accommodating. Communication was excellent with both of them, they let us know when they were coming to pick us up and when they arrived. They helped us navigate each site so it was flawless and not confusing. The drive there included discussion about the history and the current status of Jamaica. It was wonderful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ask for the blue hole, Weezy was amazing. He took us to each site and insured. We were all safe, including my daughter. That was important. He eased any concerns. Would highly recommend. As for Dunns River Falls, this was equally a good experience. I have no regrets going on either excursion. Highly highly highly recommend REDDIE, specifically.Jermaine and Syan!!!!!!!!

An Amazing Day at Seven Mile Beach & Rick’s Café

We had an amazing experience with our driver during our tour to Seven Mile Beach and Rick’s Café. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about the area. She never rushed us and made sure we had enough time to truly enjoy each stop, while also giving us clear and helpful information about the excursions. We had a great time snorkeling and even got to enjoy cliff jumping at Rick’s Café, which made the experience even more memorable. Her professionalism and warm personality made the entire trip enjoyable and stress-free. I would strongly recommend her to anyone visiting Jamaica, and I would definitely choose to tour with her again whenever I return.

From the moment we were picked up, our transport driver Ramon made us feel comfortable and safe on the journey. He was professional, friendly, and set a positive tone for the day. Once on the water, our tour guides Randy and Duran were phenomenal. They were knowledgeable, fun, and made sure everyone felt relaxed and included. They kept the energy high with great music, laughter, and a true Jamaican vibe. The snorkeling spot was breathtaking crystal-clear waters, colorful fish, and the kind of scenery you see on postcards.
