This was my first time in Jamaica and this tour definitely was memorable ! I booked this tour for my birthday and it definitely did not disappoint. My friends and family had so much fun ! The Captain Owen , Reynaldo and Shauna are so professional and made sure they had the great time ! The scenery , vibes and food made this tour a great addition to my birthday trip ! if anyone is thinking about booking do not hesitate ! 🎉 I throughly enjoyed my 30th and I can wait to come back to Montego Bay again ! We paid for the empress yacht b/c according to the pictures it was a little larger and more coverage from the sun. When we showed up it was a different yacht and when asked about it they quickly said it was out of commission and moved on to another subject without answering all my questions. There were still mangled blankets and balloons from a previous tour below deck. We were also introduced to our “personal photographer” once on the yacht. This wasn’t in the description so it was a surprise to us. But we assumed it was included since we weren’t asked before the cruise if we wanted a photographer. By the end of the tour the photographer started showing us the photos and upselling them. We ended up purchasing since we didn’t take many personal pictures. It would have been nice to know ahead of time. The description also said we would stop to snorkel which was one of the main reasons we booked. The captain gave out life jackets to get in the water and when I asked about snorkel gear he said oh there’s no visibility. This was a huge let down since the kids were looking forward to it. Overall, the crew was nice but the tour just didn’t deliver. ( Viator did give us back the difference in the cost of the boat which I appreciate)

Absolutely amazing experience!!! Don’t think about it just book! I booked the birthday yacht for my husband’s birthday and a phenomenal time was had!!! From the Captain, to Hostess, to Lifeguard everyone’s attention to detail and dedication to safety while encouraging fun was unmatched. Very well appointed yacht!!! Food was delicious and drinks were flowing!!! I repeat don’t think, just book for an amazing time!!!!

It was an AMAZING experience, they crew was caring and courteous. I have mobility issues and they made SURE I was comfortable, and made it so I also get my photos taken by the photographer (who by the way was so gentle, professional, and personable. The assured me i was in good hands and they were ABSOLUTELY right. The gentlemen handled me with great strength AND care, and being disabled it's hard for me to comfortable with strangers. The captain tended to all of our needs, kept the drinks and water flowing. The food was GOOD (I especially liked the escovitch fish). The crew decided that there should be a toast in my honor ( my bday), and I just have to say THANK YOU, that was the BEST part of the experience, and the ONE moment during my time in jamaica that I will FOREVER remember. THANK YOU to the crew for providing that moment, the space, and the memory. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS EXPERIENCE!

Sauna, the Captain and boat crew took excellent care of our party and created a memorable birthday celebration!
Cruising the bay, playing music, cocktails and delicious food while enjoying scenic views of Montego Bay was serene! The birthday guests enjoyed jumping into the sea and playing in the water! The sunset view was spectacular! I can’t say enough about this wonderful experience!

Absolutely amazing!!!! We went to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. My husband, my family, my friends thoroughly enjoyed it! This is definitely worth the money! Soma Yachts is the best! The captain and crew rocked it the ENTIRE time! They made us feel safe and very welcomed! Will absolutely do it again! Don't hesitate...book them today!

This was hands down the best part of our trip to the island. We had so much fun, and to have the boat to yourselves was so relaxing! We booked a tour for $1800 and they cancelled 40 minutes before the tour claiming that the captain was afraid because of the weather. We had had light sprinkles that morning but the sun was up and shining when they cancelled and promised that we would be refunded. They never did refund us our money stating that it was non refundable. Even though there was nothing preventing us from.going on the tour. Horrible experience and costumer service! Sad to say but this definitely was a scam.

I traveled solo to Jamaica and had a wonderful time. I did the yacht tour on my birthday and let them know I would be arriving alone they made me feel so special. I enjoyed my mimosas, the snacks, the vibe , the music & the view. They also took lovely pictures of me. Everyone was very nice I highly recommend & I definitely will be returning ❤️

All I can is that this was an amazing tour. My husband and friends had a blast! It's so very hard-to-find pin point one area that was better than the next. From the beginning of the cruise until it came to a close was absolutely amazing! Big respect to our Captain, Our lifeguard Owen, our Serve and Suana from the management team. Definitely would recommend this tour to others, be sure to inform the management team, the purpose of the tour, if you're celebrating a bday etc! They'll make it spectacular.

I struggle to give this five stars as others because the staff were not very friendly as the other reviews mention! The hostess Shauna was conversant in the beginning while were waiting at the dock due to delay, but afterwards they appeared uninterested to make it a good time. The sea was a little chppy, so the trip was cut short (we were never taken to the lagoon/sancutuary), but we were not offered any other options. Although I attempted contacting them prior to the trip through messages in Viator regarding weather, they had never replied. Also, they had snorkeling gear for only two (we booked for five people). They were eventually able to borrrow extra gears from another vessel on the water, and we were able to use them. Finally, they did not consider kids while ordering food. When I mentioned that the kids may not want the buffalo wings or buffalo shrimps, they just replied that food had already been ordered. My kids barely ate anything on the table. Overall, the service was not worth the price tag.

This is excursion was the icing on the cake while celebrating my friends birthday in Jamaica. The professionalism, the cleanliness, the food from Margaritaville and the views!!! It will be the first excursion I book upon returning to Jamaica next year. Job well done!
