We meet all travelers at their hotel's main lobby. Please arrive at the lobby 5 minutes prior to pickup. Look out for a dark purple mini Bus, the driver will be wearing shirt bearing the Epicvybestourja logo. If you can't find driver please text or call. Your pickup time will fall within the two hours before your tour starts—so if your tour is at 1:00 PM, we'll pick you up between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Keep an eye on your inbox, as we'll email you your exact pickup time 24 hours in advance! Service Areas: Hotel pickup is available only in . Montego Bay . Trelawny . Negril

Jay was our (captain) very nice young man..He was respectful, funny and very informative. Would recommend him and this excursion again.
The vendors outside were a little pushy telling us we NEEDED water shoes...we didnt buy them and definitely didnt need them as we never left the raft.
The limestone massage was amazing as well

This experience was the highlight of my trip to Jamaica our driver Big Mike was so nice and accommodating he let us feel so comfortable and safe we got to take some fantastic videos and pictures, we had coconut water and the famous RUM Punch 🥊 it was punching 😆 The raft guide Derrick was also great, FUN and knowledgeable. I overall give this experience a 10/10 it’s a must do!🤏🏽 Book With Epicvybestourja!

What an AMAZING experience! This was easily one of the highlights of our trip and something we’ll definitely remember.
Our driver, Mike, was professional, friendly, and got us to our excursion quickly and safely.
Bones and Jay were absolutely awesome! They were so much fun, had great energy, and truly made the entire day such a great experience. They kept us laughing and made everything feel fun, relaxed, and memorable.
One of the best parts was getting to enjoy local jerk chicken right on the river — it was SO good and made the experience feel even more authentic and special.
We had such an incredible time from start to finish. If you’re looking for a unique, fun, and unforgettable excursion, I would 100% recommend this one!

Going to the location our driver Mike was great! We were the first group to arrive to the excursion area and we were a bit nervous looking at the area. But our friend Smiley took very good care of us and the experience was very nice! 10/10 recommend

The Bamboo Rafting experience was so peaceful and relaxing. Great River was such a beautiful river and the scenery was perfect! Mike was our driver and he was very friendly and timely. All of the workers at the rafting site were so friendly and accommodating! The limestone massage was just what I needed for the sunburn that I have. I recommend 10/10!!

This was the peaceful and relaxing excursion I needed. Ronaldo was sweet as pie. As soon as he turned on some music I was in the zone. I enjoyed the ride, it was scenic. I hadn't budgeted for photos, but they are a nice keepsake. The limestone massage was great and I loved the smiley face designs. Ronaldo was a great tour guide. Perfect way to start the day!

So much fun! it was a little confusing getting there, but when we got to the location, everybody was super accommodating and really friendly. My friends and I had a great time and we got a bunch of bottles of the rum do you and got to play our own music. they let you set the pace of the tour and spend however long you want to at each spot. the river is beautiful and we were able to jump in whenever we wanted. Shoutout Bobby.

This was the first time on this excursion and it was The Best time my sister and I had. The experience was beautiful, the atmosphere was excellent and our guide (KEVIN) WAS THE BOMB. ASK FOR HIM. He was such a gentleman from the Hello to the See you next time. He made this experience comfortable and made this a memorable snapshot of our trip. I was injured and they tried to charge extra on the site . I actually understood the things that they were saying and no , you can't get over on me because i'm from the united states and I actually wanna refund

Per the inclusion and exclusion list for this activity which is visible on this excursion including your ticket when you booked, massage from the knees to the ankles is included. Full body or half body massage is available at an additional cost, which is why the extra charge was applied for the full body massage you received.
Regarding the injury concern: our raft captain noted that a skin condition was mentioned during the excursion, after the full body massage had begun. While assisting you, small marks became visible on the skin. At that time, you indicated: “Oh oh no worry that happens it’s nothing to worry about it didn’t hurt”
Our staff are trained to provide services as described and to prioritize guest safety. We serve guests from around the world, including many from the United States, it’s very distasteful of the allegations you’re making about the captain wanting to get over on you.
Based on the services provided to the group of 4 people including you on June 1st as outlined and the details noted above, we are unable to approve a refund for this booking.

The who experience from start to finish was awesome. C4 our raft guide was full of personality and the foot massge and music playlist kept the vibes going!!! 10/10 reccommend

Our driver was professional and communicated via text before pickup. He escorted us to the person who was our raft guide. The rafts are very cool. Only drawback is the ride isn’t that far because they have to return back upstream. Unlikely you will get wet but suggest wearing water shoes and not flip flops for stability. All rafts are covered with sun umbrella so you don’t need a hat. Raft guide escorted us back to our driver at the end which was appreciated. Overall recommend this uniquely Jamaican experience

Good experience for a group or solo traveler. Driver was on time and the massage was great. Be prepared to be approached to purchase water shoes or a phone case or fruit or something to drink. I came with water shoes, a drink in my Yeti cup, water, and had a ball!!!! Our guide also took pictures for us so it was a 10/10 for me.
