Transnistria is a must place to visit if you are interested in the history of the USSR in Moldova. This "dissident republic" is still politically and economically aligned with Russia and feels very different from other parts of Moldova. Visit the town of Tighina with its medieval fortress, Chitcani and its religious complex, and Tiraspol with its Soviet architecture. As this is a private tour, you can ask plenty of questions throughout the tour and enjoy a more personalized experience.

Discover Moldova's rich winemaking history as you embark on a wine tasting tour to two prestigious vineyards. Visit an underground wine cellar in Cricova for a tour of the maturing and sparkling wine sections and enjoy a tasting with snacks. Then, head to Milestii Mici Winery, home to the world's largest wine collection, where you learn even more about wine and enjoy a guided tasting.

Visit Moldova’s two top cities and the Castel Mimi Wine Resort on a full-day, private tour that offers the personal service of a private guide. Guided tours of Chisinau and Tiraspol feature each city’s key highlights, and an included wine tasting at Castel Mimi is a great introduction to Moldovan wines.

Just 12 miles (20 kilometers) south of Moldova’s capital Chișinău lies Milestii Mici, a vast wine cellar said to accommodate about 2 million bottles. With this tour, a driver takes the wheel, ferrying guests to and around the underground complex. On a guided tour of the cellar, learn about Moldovan viticulture, and sample three different wines as well as typical Moldovan dishes.

Embrace luxury with a private wine tasting tour. Visit this underground wine cellar to develop your understanding of wine. Visit maturing areas, sample the beverages on offer and enjoy a plentiful supply of nuts, biscuits and water. Explore multiple locations while roaming rambling underground streets and the Moldovan country side in style in your own private air-conditioned vehicle.
