Great way to get to Casablanca airport from Marrakech! Driver was right on time at our hotel, communications were good in advance, the car was extremely comfortable, we stopped for coffee/bathroom break, and we arrived in just under three hours (it's about 140 miles and road is excellent)...if you need/want to fly from Casablanca and you are in Marrakech, this is the way to go

Seamless Pickup and Great Service

Amine picked us up from the airport and was super polite and professional. He messaged us as soon as we landed and was right there waiting after customs. The car was nice, clean, and cool. There was a 10 euro extra charge for our hotel's location, but we were totally fine with that given the quality of the ride. Will absolutely use the service again!

Very Safe & Reliable Transfer

Youssef was awesome! He was very responsive on WhatsApp and even shared a pin drop for meeting spot (we stayed in the Medina where no cars are allowed). He even shared his live location as he was near the pick up spot so it was very easy to locate one another. He was a very safe driver with a nice car which was very clean and stopped along the way for a break and toilets and was happy to stop at the argon oil coop for us too! Our return transfer back to Marrakech functioned just as efficiently. He was even kind enough to coordinate our airport transfer for another day when we need to return home!

We were travelling with a family of 5 (2 children 7 and 9, mom, dad and grandma) We booked the tour 1,5 hours before the start. They contacted us via phone to ask if we could take a tour earlier, which was no problem. Due to the booking being moved we could not find our guide easily. But the organisation made sure we got to the right place. The guide was very easily understandable, good English, French and German. He was very friendly towards the kids and took the time to get to know them. The overall tour had a cosy vibe. The places we visited were places we would not naturally find as a tourist. So we were very pleased to see this side of the medina. Foods were adjusted for the children when possible. In the first stop we got bread with spices, which was a challenge for our seven year old. The guide arranged a slice of cake for her instead. The walking pace was easy to folllow, even with the children. There was no rush and the guide took the time to engage with everyone on the tour. There was an overload of food of course so the last dish was packed to go. The leftovers from the biscuits and olives were offered to us to take home. Overall a very pleasant experience I would recommend to families even with small children. The tour started at 18:00 and ended back at the starting point at 21:45.

Great

Travelling to valeria madina club resort is a bit further than is included in this booking price so i paid extra in cash but at a good rate. Booked for 8pm and walked out of the airport 5 mins early and driver was already there with a name card for me. The driver walked us to the taxi and helped with all our suitcases on and off.

Easiest way to travel to/from the aiport

Not only was the driver early, he was keen for me to take my time and happy to wait. The car was clean, I was offered bottled water for the journey and the price was very reasonable (1/4 of the price my Riad offered). Best of all it was a pleasure driving to the airport with him as he was a very kind man and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with him. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone and will definitely contact him again when I return to Morocco.

Great transport service

Brahim was excellent. He picked me up on time and get me to my apartment in the Palmeraie. He was able to give me some education about Marrakesh and the different areas and advice when traveling alone. Would trust him for a future ride without hesitation. The company was also excellent reaching out to me when I landed in the airport. Word of advice; make sure you have data or an international plan as communication is typically through Whats App. If you don't the airport wifi is very good and can hold you over until you get picked up outside.
