What are people saying about Marrakech

Great tour - best vacation
Issmail was our tour guide. He went over and beyond what we expected or anticipated. He allowed us to visit the sites and complete the activities and at a relaxed and enjoyable pace. We did so many things on this activity and every place we visited was wonderful. It also helped that our group was small and we were a perfect match with the others who attended. The visit to the Berber villages was one of the highlights of our trips. We could not have conceptualized the heartfelt affect this tour had on us. We'll be back Morocco. Thank you for being so great to us during our visit. Definitely left our heart there.

Great family Atlas Mountains taster
Great way to spend the day in Marrakech and to get a taste of life in the mountains. It is a long day but has regular stops for points of interest and views, great for family’s, camels were great fun. If you have any mobility issues this trip is not for you, even if you miss the waterfall hike there are still lots of steps and uneven paths. Our guide lahcen was great and the hospitality throughout was lovely.. bathroom options were more than acceptable, even at the market,

Great day with a patient guide
Our family really enjoyed our trip to the Atlas Mountains. In particular, Mustapha (our guide once we got to the Altas mountains) was very patient with our 80-year old dad, who really wanted to climb to the peak. (He was able to climb all the way up and Mustapha provided opportunities for him to catch his breath, as well as assistance with navigating some tricky areas such as bridges when we go closer to the waterfalls). I also appreciate that Mustapha shared some Berber phrases with us! All in all, a really great trip! Disclaimer--I would consider it a hike with some steep areas and a couple of log bridges--so plan accordingly!

Worth it!
We had Youssef Z as our driver, and he was a very good driver. The tour was wonderful and definitely worth the price. Lots of hours on the road, but it pays off because of the amazing sites and stops along the way. Some things you have to pay extra for that weren’t mentioned beforehand, but we were happy to pay the small amount for the extra experiences and people that gave them.

Worthy experience with great guide
The guide Hicham was very helpful and understanding. The van came to pick us up from our riad and briefed us for the day. The camel ride was around 20-25 mins and quad bike was the best thing in this which spanned approximately 1hr 30 mins-1hr 45 mins. The camel and quad rides can be bit tiring and it was very windy so do pack some warm clothes and coverings for face. Overall 9.7/10 experience, highly recommend this.

Birthday bucket list adventure in the Sahara
We had a great experience on our recent 3-day trip to Merzouga (the Sahara) from Marrakesh. Our guide, Ismael, and our fellow adventurers made the long drive over the Atlas Mountains and the cool spots we visited along the way quite enjoyable. Highlights were the stop over at Ait-Ben-Haddou, UNESCO heritage site and backdrop for dozens of famous movies, the Tundra gorge, Palm oases, and the mountain scenery as we crossed over into the desert. Once we arrived in Merzouga, the trip became EPIC. We boarded our camels, mine was named Bob Marley, and began our trek to the high end tent camp. Great food, beautiful accommodations, sand boarding, stars for days, and even a working shower! The tour guides even surprised me on my birthday with a cake they somehow procured in the desert. The next morning we rode back to the highway on ATVs in a surreal sunrise Mad Max-esque experience. Our fellow adventurers from Canada, Germany, Italy, and France made for a great group. Ismael spoke everyone's language! Impressive all around - highly recommend.

My family of 5 had an...
My family of 5 had an amazing experience at agafay mainly due to our guide Abdeljalil. I have done many tours all over the world and he is one of the best tour guides I have ever had! He really took care of my entire family including my 2 kids and my elderly dad. He accomodated every request I had including stopping at an atm, specific dropoff, unplanned quad rides for my kids etc...He served us dinner, led our camel ride, took pictures for us, helped my dad walk on rough terrain, tied scarves on my kids heads for the quad ride, etc..He went above and beyond! The tour itself was fun and dinner was great! The fire show was also spectacular! Overall this was my kids' favorite part of our trip and an amazing way to end a wonderful journey through Morocco.

Great experience
This was a wonderful experience! Communication with the driver was easy and we were picked up on time. The staff were great and provided great service. We rented a quad for 1 hr and really enjoyed that. You can't go off on your own, which is to be expected. The live show and dinner were really great as well. You are fed course by course while the show is going on. We had a deluxe tent and it was great! Nice and toasty warm with the heat on. The shower was great and the bed was comfy. 10/10 experience!

A must see!
The tour to the Ouzoud waterfalls is a must see! The trip started with a tour through the beautiful Moroccan countryside and when we got to the Waterfall it was breathtaking. Our guide was very friendly and took us through the area with many interesting facts.

Great quad bike experience overall
We had a great quad bike experience overall and would definitely recommend it, especially thanks to the professionalism and kindness of the team.
Said, our driver, was excellent — he picked us up from our hotel and dropped us back exactly as promised, always respecting the times he gave us. He was a true professional, very polite, and an absolute gentleman throughout the whole experience.
The quad bike ride itself was really enjoyable, and we had a lot of fun. The only downside was that we unfortunately lost some time during the journey due to several quad bikes needing repairs. Luckily, our quad bike was in great condition and we had no issues at all. Although there were slight delays, we still managed to enjoy ourselves and made the most of it — using the extra time to drive around, pick up speed, and really have fun with the ride.
That being said, our guide was truly amazing — caring, attentive, and constantly checking in on everyone to make sure we were safe and enjoying ourselves. Such a kind and genuine person, and we were really happy to have met him through this experience.
As a lovely extra (and not originally part of the plan), we were also offered traditional Moroccan tea served with homemade bread, honey with argan oil, and delicious olives — everything was unexpectedly tasty and such a beautiful touch.
Even though we stayed longer than expected, Said waited patiently for all of us and made sure everyone was taken care of. Both the driver and the guide were professional, warm, and genuinely caring, and they truly made the experience memorable.

Great tour option
Great tour option for getting to Essaouria. Pick up starts around 7:30am and you get back around 8pm. You spend around 4 hours there which feels like plenty of time. This includes 2 bathroom/snack tops on the drive. They make a stop at a argon oil workshop which I don’t think many people were interested in, but it only takes about 20 minutes & I’m sure it’s helpful for the ladies putting it on. Communication on pickup was easy. My road was too tight into the Medina so I just had to walk about 5 minutes to their pickup spot. My guides name was Norte. Friendly guy.

Wonderful waterfalls with the monkeys of Ouzoud.
What a day the waterfalls, the boat ride, the monkeys, the lunch with a beautiful back drop. Brilliant trip. Our guide was Yousef and he was brilliant and a great laugh. Ando tours reached out to us the day before the trip and everything was spot on 10/10. If you have heart problems or struggle with fitness there is a LOT of climbing up and down slops & steps but there was plenty of breaks for fresh fruit drinks and pictures. Fantastic job to the tour guides.
