3 day trip to Malaga
If you do nothing else when you go to Malaga do not miss out on the opportunity to book Caminito del Rey. Our tour guide on the day was Maria. She had a bright and bubbly personality and was very knowledgeable about the area. The pace was excellent and suited all persons on the walk.

Highly, highly recommended!
A fantastic experience with Emilio. We were a group of eight and, for several of the group, this was their first food tour. Emilio’s energy, engaging style and knowledge made the tour a real highlight of the trip. You see some places you would have never found on your own and the quality of food and drink is awesome. Highly, highly recommended.

Excellent Tour. Fun and informative.
Excellent guide, entertaining and knowledgeable, well paced talks, and gentle walking. Some uphill but not demanding. A mixture of time in the sun and shade - best put on the sun screen and bring a hat. Just the right length. Left me wanting to go back and look again at some places. Great way to get to know these three places and to be informed about lots more in Malaga.

Wonderful experience in Benalmadena
We would recommend this tour for all ages. We booked a tour online on the 1st of June, at 10:00 am. Booking was smooth via Viator, the parking in the marina is comfortable and cheap. Check-in is quick and easy in the parking area. We departed on time. Catamaran New Magic is modern and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had luck and saw couple of small and big dolphins. They stopped also for quick swim in the end of the tour. Overall very nice experience.

A Memorable Journey with Pepe
We had a wonderful journey, and a big part of that was thanks to Pepe. He was an excellent guide—knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging throughout the trip. Pepe shared interesting stories and insights that made the journey much more enjoyable and memorable. His enthusiasm and professionalism kept everyone interested and comfortable. I would highly recommend Pepe to anyone looking for a guide who can make a trip both informative and entertaining.

Good Tour- Great Guide
I’ve been to Malaga two times before and somehow did not see this attraction. I made it a point to do it this time. I’m glad I did. The tour is well worth the fee and I always recommend guides to others for places like this. If yourself guided, there is a lot of information you won’t get and interacting with the guide is part of the experience. Cristina was our guide on this trip. She is a vivacious, young Spanish woman who clearly loves what she does. She speaks near perfect English with a pronounced Andalucian accent (which makes her all the more charming). The views from the top of the Alka Saba are alone worth it even if you don’t enjoy the history as much as I do. This was a great way to spend an hour and a half before descending down and exploring the bustling city.

Very fun tapas crawl in Malaga!
Javier was great, very enthusiastic and engaging. We did a similar tour in Sevilla the week before, which was great, but we were a little worried that this one would be too much like that one. It was completely different however, and we were also fortunate to share the tour with another group who were a very fun bunch.

Stay close to Costa del...
Stay close to Costa del Sol for easier pick-up. Staying in central Malaga means a 3 hr van ride before you get to the ferry. Book the tour first, then see their pick-up options and choose one of those hotels. Our van driver Nicolay was super friendly but was running a bit late for the pick up and had to speed through the highway so we can get to the ferry. We were the last group to board the ferry. As soon as you're on, ask for the forms to fill out for passport control and line up. You'll spend the whole 45 minutes of the ride in line to get your passport stamped which is required once you're on the ground in Tangiers.

Beautiful Scenery
Be ready for a long enjoyable hike at very high supported trail. If you have a fear of heights DO NOT GO. If you enjoy beautiful scenery in deep canyons, this for you.
It is not a difficult trail but just very high. In total it is about 7km. That includes getting to the trail head and the 1.5 after the trail ends. There are no stops and no restrooms, except at the begining and end. We really enjoyed the hike.

Setenil de las Bodegas and Ronda
This trip was excellent. I learned about the very interesting history of both towns. Setenil de las bodegas was very interesting even though it was a very cold and foggy morning, I enjoyed it immensely. Ronda was also very nice. I enjoyed listening to the history of this town. Orson Wells loved Ronda so much that he requested to have his ashes spreaded at a farm he spent his time at. Ernest Hemingway was a frequent visitor to Ronda as well Japanese painter Miki Haruta spent his last days there painting the mountains and an urn with his is at the place where painted at at the end of his life. I highly recommend this tour.

Wonderful experience on the Caminito del Rey!
Wonderful experience. Esmerelda was an absolutely fantastic guide! The scenery is amazing, and the guide and driver were both so skilled and enthusiastic about their work. Esmerelda is so knowledgeable and compassionate. We highly recommend this tour.

Not seeing something you are looking for?
Malaga is full of attractions, from museums to castles to markets. But this city in the south of Spain is also a gateway to highlights of the region and beyond. Tear yourself away from Malaga to explore options for day trips including journeys to Seville, Granada, and Cordoba. Some Malaga day trips also venture beyond the border of Spain to destinations including Tangier in Morocco and Gibraltar. Most day trips include convenient round-trip transportation from Malaga.
