What are people saying about Lucerne

Great day to the top of...
Great day to the top of Mt Rigi. Dress in layers and wear good walking shoes . We went on May 20th and it was cold, foggy and windy at the top, yet much warmer on the lake . You may have the option to walk down to the gondola ride and it is worth it in additional views , yet at times the walk was mildly steep, thus good sneakers or above recommended. You can take the cog railroad down to the gondola drop off point . Views did not disappoint ! If you are in Lucerne, you really should go to the top of Mr Rigi!. Our guide Rokf was very attentive to our group providing great insight and knowledge !

Despite a less than ideal weather with rain and heavy snow, Kid (Tour Guide) lifted the spirits of the entire group with his attention to details and needs of every member in the group. I joined the same tour in Nov 2022 and delighted to have him as our guide again :) It is hard to find a guide like him who goes the extra mile for his guests. Speaks local language and English fluently is an added advantage for him as he really knows the people very well. Thank you Kid for the lovely experience to JungFrauJoch!

Highly recommend.
Wonderful tour experiencing places we would not have gone if not for this tour. The timing of each stop was perfect. The travel van was comfortable and that was mixed with a good amount of walking so we were not just sitting all day. We loved the caves and appreciated that we could see them at our own pace. We captured beautiful photos in each spot. John was a wonderful tour guide and we never felt rushed but definitely made many stops as there is a lot to see. We got our moneys worth on this one!

Definitely a Must-Do!
It was an adventure of a lifetime! The sights were unbelievable!!! And our guide Annett was very good and gave a lot of good information about the sights we were about to see and also in general about Switzerland. My photos were spectacular! It turned out to be a very sunny day; cloudless skies. But on our way down, the clouds started to roll in, so really, there’s a lot of luck involved in planning when to go. The cogwheel rail just boggled my mind! And to think it has been operational since the early 1900s. Those tunnels carved out of the mountain by human hands, I was and still am in awe!
