Throughout the tour, we experienced engaging storytelling and wonderful photo ops. It was nice to finish up our time together with fine wines and tasty treats!
Definitely would recommend as a great way to start your visit in Lucerne.

It was a perfect Swiss experience.. lots of chocolates which were delish, walking, wine tasting in a beautiful place with a table set our small group.. a beautiful selection of cheeses were presented as well.. our tour guide Luís was informative, personable and just fun!!

This was a great tour with the perfect blend of history, culture, and of course cheese and chocolate. Our guide Sarah was wonderful! She shared her love of her city and went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. It was so nice to spend the afternoon learning about Lucerne and tasting chocolate/cheese with her!

Fantastic quick tour of Lucerne with great chocolate and cheese. Trip up to Gustch with incredible views. Cozy room for the wine and cheese tasting. Luis was the perfect tour guide - fun and informative. You can tell he enjoys giving these tours.

This tour was excellent! I typically HATE tour groups, but this was definitely an exception. Sarah gave us a great tour. It was very personable and really just felt like an old friend was showing us around her home town. She told some great stories about the town and some of the locations. The chocolate tasting and cheese tasting were delicious. The walk to the chateau was a nice way to walk through some of the old town. If you also add the boat cruise, the guide will wish you well and send you onto the boat so you can take the departure time that works best for you. She also recommended several other sites to visit in Lucerne and the surrounding area. As we were looking through our pictures later that evening, my daughter was disappointed that we didn't take any pictures with our guide, Sarah, because she was one of the highlights of the whole experience. This was a great addition to our stay in Lucerne.

Luís was a great tour guide with so much information. We had a first rate chocolate tasting plus wine and cheese! We also did the one hour optional lake tour which was at the end.

Great introduction to laserne. Our guide met us under arch near train station so Ed learned about the arch and station. Walked in station for 6 chocolate tastings! Walked along river to see tower and bridge. Took tram up to castle of Queen Victoria and saw view. Went to winery for wine and many cheeses

We had a wonderful tour headed by Laszlo. We walked around and learned a lot of history and enjoyed our chocolates and wine with cheese. A definite must due when in Lucerne.

The tour itself was interesting and pleasant. Our tour guide was engaging and knowledgeable. The reason for the low rating is based on unreasonable cost for what was provided. Chocolate tasting was one stop at store in train station and cheese tasting was minimal at best. A comparable and more robust Viator excursion in Verona was one third of the price. We enjoyed this tour but are still asking ourselves why was the price so high.

Dear Terry. You have got all the products and services as described in the tour! This is not a lunch nor dinner with XL portions! This is a tasting experience and the portions are very generous and we offer the best Swiss quality. Beside the 3 different types of cheese and 5 different types of chocolate, you have got two glasses of wine too served in a private wine cellar and you visit the castle, along the tour Laszlo gave you a lot of information about the Swiss history. The services in Switzerland are the best in Europe and therefore you need to pay a higher prices compared to other European countries. Sorry it was too much for your budget. This is a waste of money and especially TIME on your vacation. I would not call this a chocolate and cheese tour. 5 crumbs of chocolate in a train station chocolate shop is a stretch. Whole “tour” uninformative and not fun.

Luis was a wonderful tour guide of the city and I would highly recommend him. His English is perfect. We enjoyed our tour of chocolate, cheese, wine and the castle with him. We took a boat ride of the lake following the tour which was lovely.

My family enjoyed the sightseeing but especially the food tour! We unfortunately had minor rain but not enough to dampen our spirits and we still visited all of the sights. The highlight was the chocolate tasting and the wine/cheese experience…both wonderful and great to hear how each ties into the Swiss culture. Isabella was a great guide…definitely recommend!

A nice little afternoon excursion for our family. This was a tour of one chocolate shop, a tour around the server, and then a stop at a local winery where we sampled cheese and wine together. Our guide Laszlo, had some lovely stories about Lucerne, and we enjoyed an afternoon walking around and taking the site. add on a cruise to the Lucerne River after that. You won’t regret the stunning views of some of the mountains.

Perfect tour of Lucerne with the right mix of food and sightseeing. The group size was also small which allowed everyone to participate and connect with each other. Our guide Luis was amazing. Learned so much information on this tour - it ended up being myself and husband only so it was like receiving a private tour which was nice as opposed to larger groups… got introduced to Swiss chocolate, wines and cheeses while seeing the highlights of Lucern… Luis was a great tour guide!!!

Luis was a fantastic guide, and his enthusiasm and love for the city of Luzern was evident in his talk and tour of the city. After just arriving to the city, his tour was so informative and gave us a true overview of the city we were there to enjoy. The stops included in the tour were spectacular, and the views he showed to us were breathtaking. The four of us were so happy we took this tour with Luis after just arriving in Luzern, to experience the Chocolate, Cheese and wine, Chateau and Chapel Bridge.
