I would love to be your Tahoe local friend and lead you on a 2 mile hike to a beautiful overlook of Emerald Bay and the ENTIRE Lake Tahoe basin. Need more reassurance? In my 25 years of living here, I have explored many of the trails and much of shoreline around Tahoe and this vantage point is one of my favorites. Also available for the sunrise, sunset, and/or moonrise! Great for groups and team building. Intermediate-level hike available too. I am happy to try and accommodate mobility challenged/differently abled folks on the hike. The experience begins with a paved walk on a campground road. Then the trail turns to dirt with a slight incline for about ¼ mile until we get to the lookout point. If you are visiting Tahoe during the winter time, the hike will most likely be covered in snow. Snow boots or hiking boots will be needed. I can bring a sled to help tow the kiddos. The hike may be weather dependent due to heavy snowfall.

Adventure time

Jeff our tour guide and instructor was very patient and encouraging, he is also a pretty darn good camera man, taking many photos and videos of us while we were riding. It was my 1st time riding a dirt bike and it was very beginner friendly, because it was electric with no clutch, it was pretty simple like riding an electric scooter. Some of the trails were a little bumpy, but nothing too crazy to worry about. The views were exceptionally magnificent. Towards the end of the tour, Jeff lead us to a track with ramps so that we had some time to freestyle. Would definitely recommend to any and everyone that comes to visit Lake Tahoe.

Gorgeous views!!!

Plenty of seating onboard, and great views! The only downside was some families with kids that let them run around some and be noisy, where it was hard to hear the tour narration. I get that everyone needs freedom to enjoy, I just wish some parents would be more respectful of others on the tour.

He showed us places around the lake such as Emerald Bay, Godfather II movie house and Secret Beach with great insight and stories about the places we visited. We learned that Chris is a well-known photographer that has images on display at a number of places around the lake including our resort. Highly recommend this tour.

VIP Vibes - Perfect Day on the Lake

We had a group of 6 - which is the absolute perfect size group for this boat and a private tour of the lake. Capt Jack was fabulous! Friendly, fun, knowledgeable! Allowed us to ask a million questions and see parts of the lake we've never seen before. It was perfect weather in Sept for an amazing day. No swimming for us but we got to tour the coastlines, sit in the sun and enjoy the champagne we brought with us. Highly recommend booking this tour!!!

Friendly, Safe, Fun views of South Lake Tahoe

Matt was super friendly and assuring. First time riding a helicopter and it was soooo much fun. Matt gave us informational bits throughout the ride of the views and surroundings. The helicopter was clean, safe, and secure. He gave us clear instructions prior to the ride and answered any questions we had. Would totally recommend to anyone who has never experienced and wants to see some nice views. To be clear it is a 10 mins ride where some reviews state it was not clear. So if you’re reading this… the ride is 10 mins.

Diesel was our guide and he was great; told us about the history of the area and really knew how to raft. He gave us instructions on what we needed to do and it was a fabulous experience. Highly recommend this rafting company. Sorry no pics cause couldn’t take phones or anything that could get wet and you do get wet! We wore water shoes and other folks were strap on sandals or sneakers, but you really do need to keep your toes covered because you have to stick your foot into the raft and you’ll get bruised if you wear flip-flops or some sort of sandal and flip-flops are not recommended for that reason; would suggest you wear a swimsuit in case you want to jump in ( they stopped several times on the trip in common water so people could jump in and swim to cool off ) or at least wear clothes that dry very easily and wear sunscreen if desired because the sun does beat down pretty well on a sunny day. They do have a photographer that takes pics if you want to purchase the pics on a thumb drive. You do need to leave all your belongings in the car or in the case of us we used an Uber and left our stuff in the office.. so just be prepared that you can’t take anything with you on the raft.

This was a great way to see Lake Tahoe on a summer evening. The tour was about 2.5 hours long and we went into Emerald Bay. They served a nice array of appetizers, including shrimp cocktail, a charcuterie board, mini quiches, and more. it was enough for us for a light dinner. There were four selections of wine, and the host poured us a little extra that was left over from the prior tour. Sam was a great bartender! Highly recommend it.
