A peaceful and...
A peaceful and informative way to spend a couple of hours. We arrived and a group of knowledgeable women whisked us through the process of picking out and donning kimono - they are clearly experts. We then learned about the tea ceremony and had some sweet treats - very beautiful and tasty. We watched the tea master make the tea, before each of us having some tea. I don’t usually enjoy matcha, but this matcha was very delicious and high quality. Each family had the chance to try making tea. It was a lovely, meditative afternoon.

Really great tour in...
Really great tour in which we saw some amazing shrines, temples and other highlights of Kyoto. Taka was informative and humorous and his English was very good. He was easy to hear and understand and he was able to answer all of our questions. We especially enjoyed the opportunity to take this as a private tour for our group of four. While we were able to use Google Maps to work our way back to our hotel after the tour, we were a little surprised at how abruptly it ended after reaching our final highlight. We didn’t know it would end in a location different from where we started and then just had to figure out how to get back to the hotel. All in all, definitely an amazing tour for anyone visiting Kyoto for the first time.

Great way to explore highlights of Nara and Kyoto
My family and I had a wonderful experience on this tour. Even with one active Senior (77 years old) in our family, everyone in my family was able to keep up with Cicy and the group. We didn’t miss anything and Cicy was very clear in her instructions and patient with the group to make sure we had enough time to see the sights. Even though it was a rainy day, it was a peaceful and enjoyable time to explore on our own.

Fun, easygoing tour with a fantastic guide!
Mizuki was an amazing guide for our visit to the Golden Temple, Fushimi Inari Shrine, and Bamboo Forest. She was super fun, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She got us around smoothly and kept the vibe relaxed and enjoyable. Highly recommend her I and this tour!
