You can also join our tour from Kuala Lumpur meeting point namely Malaysia Tourism Centre (MaTic): 109, Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (please wait in front of Harriston Chocolate Boutique on the right side of the main entrance) An additional surcharge of USD 15 per person for hotel pickup outside 5km radius from the city center is applicable and payable on the day of your activity.

Poor Experience

I was unable to redeem tickets provided at the ticketing counter as they required a QR code and not a barcode as provide by you. After about 30mins of admission staff trying to sort for me and assistance from Some very tech savvy helpers the staff decided to let us through as they too could not see any Q code provided in our emails. It was most embarrassing and stressful. Thank goodness for KL Tower staff admissions, for doing their best to help and then making the decision to let us in without charge. Later in the afternoon, well after our allocated time for tour had expired we recieved some QR codes which of course were not utilised.

Unable to redeem tickets

Purchased tickets online, got to the counter at KL Tower to redeem tickets, turned out that the KL Tower required a QR code to redeem the tickets and not a barcode. Made an enquiry on Viator about it, got sent a WhatsApp message and I replied but have been left on read. Meant I had to pay again to enter the tower. Haven’t received any response about a refund.

Don't visit after dark

Don't visit the observation door at night. They leave the lights on high so you can see all the trinkets on sale, making it so you can see very little outside. I'm sure during the day it's probably a fantastic view.

We spent our 1st day of CNY to KL Tower. The counter staff are very cooperative as the E-ticket which I booked came later when I wanted to collect the tickets. She patiently helped me to retrieve the E-tickets.

Viator booking without tickets

When we booked through viator, it gave us a pdf receipt with a barcode that said "this is not your ticket". We clicked on every long trying to get the tickets, and could not. At the KL towers, they staff indicated that we needed to call viator to get our tickets. The person who answered said they could call us back in half an hour. We had an itinerary to stick with, so we purchased new tickets at the tower and requested a refund. There was no line, so no need to book in advance.

Easy and fast entrance,i booked for 2nd of January but the deck was closed bec of wheather condition but they said no problem I can come back any other day. The place is amazing to have very nice photos, also a big thanks for viator team for sending me the voucher so quickly upon my request

Trouble getting tickets

Lucky I had internet and what’s app. I didn’t get the real entry ticket. I had step aside and call a third party tour company who sent them by what’s app. Delayed us about 30 minutes. I could if just bought them at the counter cheaper and much faster.
