Jeju Mama was the best tour guide
Jeju Mama (Elin) was the absolute best tour guide. She was very easy to understand, very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. She did a great job at getting everybody involved in the traditional games and everybody seemed to have a great time. Definitely one of the best tour guides we've ever had out of any country we've visited.

Peter went above and beyond - fantastic tour!
We were a group of 5 women and our guide for the day on the Jeju tour was Peter. He was so good at English and communication was very easy. We had an ambitious itinerary for the day - he not only guided us but stretched himself and made it happen for us! He told us so many stories about Jeju and its history and was always very patient and helpful when it came to recommendations on where to eat, spots for a quick scenic stop over etc … we came away with beautiful memories of Jeju island, thanks to Peter! Highly recommend this tour !!!!

**A Phenomenal Jeju Experience with an Exceptional Team Leader — Elin**
Our Jeju tour was a truly phenomenal experience from beginning to end. With her warmth, professionalism, and thoughtful guidance, Elin made the entire journey exceptionally enjoyable, memorable, and special. Elin is remarkably knowledgeable, engaging, and attentive. Her wonderful sense of humor and genuine care created a welcoming atmosphere in which everyone felt comfortable, encouraged, and excited throughout the day. Her deep passion for Jeju, together with her extensive knowledge of the island, made every destination more meaningful and every moment more enriching. What made the experience particularly memorable was the delightful sense of discovery. Each stop brought something interesting and unexpected, adding an element of surprise and making the day feel like a beautifully curated adventure rather than an ordinary tour. Elin did far more than guide us through Jeju; she brought the island to life. Her enthusiasm, warmth, and professionalism elevated the entire experience, leaving us with lasting memories of both the places we visited and the exceptional person who introduced them to us. It is rare to encounter someone who combines such expertise and professionalism with genuine kindness, humor, and enthusiasm. Elin is truly exceptional, and we feel very fortunate to have had her as our team leader. Thank you, Elin, for an unforgettable Day Two and for making our Jeju journey so extraordinary. We will cherish the memories for years to come.

Great way to enjoy Jeju’s nature
I went on the tour with Clara, the tour guide, and Mr. Kim, the driver. The tour was designed well to start with the 1100 Altitude Wetlands (a little walk but mostly chance to have a quick breakfast at the convenience store with the observation deck) and highlighted the southern Jeju spots and a little bit of eastern by the way of O’sulloc Museum. I specifically took this tour to be able to visit O’sulloc Museum, which is not easy to do as a solo traveler who doesn’t want to drive. It was nice to be able to see a lot of Seogwipo area as someone staying in Jeju city. The tour was paced well for me, I felt we had enough time at each stop. There were no weird sales stops along the way. Clara was very informative as a native Jeju dweller to highlight the reasons why we were making each stop. It is a bit of a hike involved in many stops, as Jeju is just a very hilly place with lots of steps and walking to see a good amount of these stops. Clara also took great photos, another plus for going on a group tour as a solo traveler. The tour is a bit longer than eight hours by the time you get to Jeju city area, so flights or other next itinerary should be planned accordingly.

Compared to the South Korean mainland, Jeju Island may look relatively small. It’s the country’s largest island, though, and it’s a very popular tourist destination for locals and foreign tourists alike. The volcanic terrain lends itself to a variety of outdoor adventures, and the itineraries of most Jeju tours reflect this. There are mountains to explore, as well as waterfalls, lakes, beaches, caves, and surreal lava tubes left by the underwater volcano eruption that created the island some 2 million years ago. You may also get to visit a tea museum for a taste of what can come from such rich volcanic soil.
