We had some idea of what we wanted to see in Jeju (mostly nature and scenic viewpoints), so it wasn't a big deal that our driver didn't speak much English.
He was waiting for us when we exited the cruise terminal and he had planned out our itinerary based on my requested sightseeing stops. At each stop, he walked us to the entrance and helped us purchase entry tickets and then waited in the car for us to finish.
I loved that we were able to customize the itinerary timings to our needs. We included a black pork lunch in Seogwipo, and when we were ahead of schedule after lunch, our driver even took us to an additional attraction before driving us back to the cruise port.

David is a very experienced and careful driver with a comfortable car. Everything went through smoothly. His English was sometimes a bit hard to understand, but overall he had very good knowledge. We had a very good day.

We took NCL Spirit cruise, which included a stop in Jeju. Our driver/guide in Jeju was Jimmy. He was excellent. He reached out a few days before to ask about our preferences. He was very quick with responding to questions. We visited the Eastern side of the island, includig Folk Village, Lava Cave, and Sunrise Peak. We were hoping to see the Women divers, but they didn't have a show that day. Jimmy also took us a great restaurant for lunch. He was also very helpful with a family member in a wheelchair. I highly recommend that you book a tour with Jimmy. We did all the activities in 5.5 hours, with enough time to have a leisurely return to the cruise ship. Thank you Jimmy for a very memorable experience in Jeju!

Great! We booked the night before the trip and even at 11pm got a confirmation from the company. Jimmy our driver was very friendly and capable and was able to create a driving route to see things within the time we had and get us back to our cruise ship on time. Van was modern, air conditioned and very comfortable. Thanks!

We booked the Jeju Personal Driver Tour for a family day trip, and it was one of the best decisions of our entire Korea trip. Having a knowledgeable, friendly local driver made all the difference. From the moment we were picked up, everything felt relaxed and seamless, and we were able to customize our itinerary a bit and ended up exploring the southern part of Jeju—stunning waterfalls, dramatic lava cliffs.
The car was clean, air-conditioned, and comfortable for our family. No stress about directions or parking—just pure enjoyment.
Highly recommend this experience, especially if you're short on time and want to see a lot in one day without rushing.

Our tour guide was Jessica. She contacted me the day before to ask what kinds of activity we wanted to do, then picked us up from our hotel at 09:00hrs. We saw lots of sights/did lots of activities, including temples, scenic walks, a tea plantation, an acrobatic circus, and delicious food. We were able to go at our own pace (which was quick), so we were able to cram a lot in.

Jessica was very accommodating to our family. She arrived early and worked an hour and a half overtime to try to fit in all the places we wanted to visit. We ended up covering numerous places across North and South of Jeju in one day thanks to Jessica. During the day, she also gave detailed explanations of Jeju’s historical context, and its influence on current day lifestyles, environments, and attitudes of Jeju people. She offered to take lots of photos of our family at every landmark, and tried her best to make the most of the minimal time we had in Jeju. I would highly recommend booking with Jessica on your next visit to Jeju!

What a wonderful day in Jeju. We had an amazing time with Amy as our guide. She was incredible attentive and friendly, she recommended attractions to make our day fantastic. What made it even better was how she explained some really interesting parts of Jeju’s history as we drove. It was an unforgettable experience.

Our driver-guide Micheal was really lovely and accommodating regarding to our request. He took us to a cafe overlooking the sea, a mural village as well as some spectacular Jeju sights. He also recommended black pork noddles for lunch which was amazing. He is a safe driver and took us lots of photos for us. We really enjoyed the tour in Jeju. Will highly recommend this private tour to anyone who wants to visit Jeju!
