We had an amazing, fun and informative Jeju South-West Essentials tour with our guide, Jay Jun. Communication was great. The bus ride was very comfortable. We learned so much about the South West side of Jeju from our passionate guide. We loved all the highlighted locations especially the tea museum and temple and especially enjoyed the lunch buffet. Clara was an incredible guide! She’s a Jeju local and you can really see that she is passionate about you being able to experience the beauty of her home. She was very energetic and enthusiastic throughout the entire day- and she has a great hat collection too! You see some great sights on this tour and it is very convenient especially for solo travellers. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Jeju.

Clara Kim was an excellent tour guide! She immediately connected with everyone in the tour group, which included many solo travelers like myself. I felt like part of the family because several solo tourists had taken another tour with her yesterday and I then had many others to talk, walk, and dine with! She created a group chat the day before which helped with pick ups prior to the start of the tour. At each stop she sent the return to the coach time in the group chat. Additionally, she explained using hand drawn maps what to see and where to go at more crowded stops. Amazingly, she participated in nearly every activity, even when it included big exploration walks up big hills or steps! Her cheerful personality shined through when sharing her story of being born in Jeju as a true native who was thrilled to show us her amazing island. Her communications were clear and accurate. I more fully enjoyed each sight and knew how to explore each stop to its fullest! She offered to take both personal photos and group photos! While the Viator guide said no lunch was included, our bus stopped at a wonderful Korean buffet that cost only 10000 KRW. Definitely worth it. The sights were more geared to seeing the natural beauty of the island and included walks to see wetlands, scenic views, and a temple, to name a few. 6 stops plus another for lunch. Totally recommend!!! I’d give 6 stars if I could! Highly recommend.

Jay Jun was a very good tour guide on our South West Jeju tour. His English is very good and he provides very clear explanations on the destinations as well as clear outlines of where toilets and meeting points/times are which is very helpful for these tours. Was great to be able to eat lunch with the locals in the area and try the food that locals eat.

Wonderful experience with our tour guide, Clara, who was always upbeat; she had a full bus and managed to keep all of us on schedule overall. Mr. Han, our driver, did great too & managed the windy curves up & down the mountains / hills well.

This was another highlight of our time in Jeju! If you enjoy hiking, breathtaking coastal scenery, and experiencing nature up close, this tour is an absolute must. It’s an active tour with plenty of walking and hiking, but every step is rewarded with unforgettable views.
The Daepo Jusangjeolli Cliff was simply incredible. Standing before the towering hexagonal basalt columns, I couldn’t stop wondering how nature created such a magnificent geological wonder. It’s one of the most awe-inspiring landscapes we’ve seen.
Cheonjeyeon Falls truly felt like paradise. Every viewpoint looked like a postcard, with lush greenery, crystal-clear water, and beautiful waterfalls creating a peaceful and picturesque setting.
The hike around Songaksan Mountain was the perfect finish to the day. It was satisfying and offered sweeping views of Jeju’s dramatic coastline and the sparkling ocean.
A special thank you to our guide, Eric, who made the experience even better. He was patient, organized, and gave very clear instructions throughout the day, making everything easy to follow. His English was excellent, and he shared interesting information about each stop while ensuring everyone in the group felt comfortable and stayed together.
If you’re looking for an active tour that showcases some of Jeju’s most spectacular natural scenery, this is the one to book. Between the stunning landscapes and Eric’s excellent guiding, it was an unforgettable experience.

The food was mediocre and quite bland. The roads had many seashells causing it to be a very bumpy ride especially for the back to the bus, which made it very unpleasant. Our guides English wasn't the best.

Jeju Mama (Elin) is the best tour guide ever! Seriously. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable of the various tour destinations, but she also ensures the tour runs without issue and on time every step of the way. This tour was very well organized and planned. Our guide, Zin, made sure everyone knew exactly how much time we had at each stop, which helped the day run smoothly. We were able to visit many beautiful attractions in a single day without feeling rushed.
We also did the Eastern Jeju tour with the same company and enjoyed both experiences. The lunch fee is very reasonable. Personally, I preferred the stir-fried pork served on the Eastern tour, which was absolutely delicious. The boiled pork offered on this tour wasn’t quite to my taste and didn’t compare to the lunch we had on the Eastern route.
Overall, it was an excellent tour, and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to see a lot of Jeju’s southwest highlights in one day

This was an excellent tour that included a variety of sights in the southern and western parts of Jeju Island. The trip was very well organized and allowed sufficient time at each stop. Our tour guide Elin (MamaJeju) was excellent and guided us with ease and fun and made it a most enjoyable day. Even though it was a full bus, we didn’t feel herded around. It was a great way to see the natural beauty of Jeju Island.
