The food was mediocre and quite bland. The roads had many seashells causing it to be a very bumpy ride especially for the back to the bus, which made it very unpleasant. Our guides English wasn't the best.

Jeju Mama (Elin) is the best tour guide ever! Seriously. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable of the various tour destinations, but she also ensures the tour runs without issue and on time every step of the way. She is a great communicator and has an amazing spirit :) Honestly, I wish every tour guide were more like her!

This tour was very well organized and planned. Our guide, Zin, made sure everyone knew exactly how much time we had at each stop, which helped the day run smoothly. We were able to visit many beautiful attractions in a single day without feeling rushed.
We also did the Eastern Jeju tour with the same company and enjoyed both experiences. The lunch fee is very reasonable. Personally, I preferred the stir-fried pork served on the Eastern tour, which was absolutely delicious. The boiled pork offered on this tour wasn’t quite to my taste and didn’t compare to the lunch we had on the Eastern route.
Overall, it was an excellent tour, and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to see a lot of Jeju’s southwest highlights in one day

This was an excellent tour that included a variety of sights in the southern and western parts of Jeju Island. The trip was very well organized and allowed sufficient time at each stop. Our tour guide Elin (MamaJeju) was excellent and guided us with ease and fun and made it a most enjoyable day. Even though it was a full bus, we didn’t feel herded around. It was a great way to see the natural beauty of Jeju Island.

The tour was four stars, but the tour guide Elin was five stars. She set the tone for the day, very happy and energetic. She remembered everybody's names and kept us all on track from destination to destination. We saw a waterfall, beach, marsh with sounds of frogs, a temple, the tea museum (best matcha latte) and a lava tunnel. The lunch was mediocre, the tour should choose a different restaurant.

This tour was great. There were so many places visited and Clara our tour guide showed great organisation to ferry us all around safely and happily showed us some stunning sights. She was very helpful and friendly and shared her love and knowledge of Jeju island with us throughout the tour. It was a really nice day.

I did this as a day trip from Seoul, so I caught an early morning flight and arrived at the airport at 7:30 a.m. Pick-up was at 8:30 a.m., but note that it's across the street from Gate 4 and not in front of Gate 4. Our tour guide, Haley, hails from Jeju and used to work for the Jeju Tourism Board. She was great—very friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable about the island. You would be lucky if you had her. If it's your first time to Jeju, I would recommend this tour. The bus ride was comfortable, and our driver, Mr Kim was also great. My only small "gripe" was the tour description mentioned a bbq Jeju black pork lunch, and we didn't have that. We had bossam. Also, the meat didn't seem to be that marbled. But the banchan was very good.
Lastly, and this has nothing to do with the quality of this tour, but I would not recommend the day trip from Seoul. This is almost nine hours, so you really get your money's worth, but if you do do a day trip, make sure you go with an airline that has flights that depart around 7 p.m. so you are not too tired.

We had an excellent guide who made the day very enjoyable. She was very friendly and had good knowledge of the areas we went to. The time passed really quickly. Lunch was also great.
Would totally recommend this trip to anyone who goes to Jeju Island.

It was a fantastic tour covering the highlights in South West Jeju. Our guide Ms. Elin was wonderful, very friendly and helpful and super energetic. Her enthusiasm made the day memorable despite the pouring rain throughout the day. She kept checking with everyone and was like a real "mama" for the day.

It was a well organized day tour. It was a pleasure to have Elin as our guide. She was fun, taught us some korean words, took great photos of us and was very caring about everybody.
Also, our driver, Mr. Choi, did a very good job. Usually, I get car sick very fast, but I felt very good during all the day.

We were going with our tour guide Zin for the trip. The trip is well structured and I have a really good time. We got to try the local buffet, some tangerine and even though the weather is not the best we got to see everything in the trip. Really like the tour and shout out to Zin taking so many good photos of us. The group is small and everyone is nice. Our last stop is the market and all south and north gems are covered. Yay!
