We had an excellent guide who made the day very enjoyable. She was very friendly and had good knowledge of the areas we went to. The time passed really quickly. Lunch was also great.
Would totally recommend this trip to anyone who goes to Jeju Island.

It was a fantastic tour covering the highlights in South West Jeju. Our guide Ms. Elin was wonderful, very friendly and helpful and super energetic. Her enthusiasm made the day memorable despite the pouring rain throughout the day. She kept checking with everyone and was like a real "mama" for the day.

It was a well organized day tour. It was a pleasure to have Elin as our guide. She was fun, taught us some korean words, took great photos of us and was very caring about everybody.
Also, our driver, Mr. Choi, did a very good job. Usually, I get car sick very fast, but I felt very good during all the day.

We were going with our tour guide Zin for the trip. The trip is well structured and I have a really good time. We got to try the local buffet, some tangerine and even though the weather is not the best we got to see everything in the trip. Really like the tour and shout out to Zin taking so many good photos of us. The group is small and everyone is nice. Our last stop is the market and all south and north gems are covered. Yay!

The tour with Zin was a great day in Jeju, especially as a solo traveller with no vehicle - it enabled me to tick off all my Jeju bucket list items. Even though on our tour it was raining all day, Zin was very kind and helped us make the most of it - taking atmospheric photos, taking us to buy hot warm coffee, lending us his umbrella, and taking us to the most delicious Korean buffet ever! Food was fantastic. At the tea museum, the green tea desserts were some of the freshest I've ever sampled. Also, make sure to get off at the Dongmun traditional market to try some tasty street food and find cute souvenirs if you want a memento of your Jeju trip.
If you only have time to do 1 Jeju tour, I would pick this tour if you have good weather and would like to see more nature-oriented parts of Jeju. If you prefer a mixture of sight-seeing, hiking, history and culture, I would recommend the East Jeju tour.

We had a great time on our South & West Jeju tour with Haley! Lunch was amazing, views were great, and the tangerine picking was such a fun experience that I would recommend to anyone visiting Jeju.
Despite snowy weather and changing conditions, Haley did an excellent job managing time and smoothly pivoting the itinerary so we were still able to get through everything. As a Jeju local, she’s very knowledgeable and shared great insights about the island along with fantastic dinner recommendations. Haley truly made the experience enjoyable from start to finish, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to explore Jeju without a car.

It was full of amazing scenic places.

It was a full day, logistics went smooth, very friendly and nice guide who did a good job, stops were scenic but not that interesting. The first stop at the wetlands was a filler and total waste of time. Other stops had nice views but nothing exciting or historic. Lunch was just ok.
Seats on the bus were small. Last stop at the tea plantation was just a sales opportunity at a large green tea facility. A very strong push was given to rate the trip a 5 or not rate it at all. I believe that's why this excursion has been "overrated".

The tour was excellent, and our guide Elin made the day super fun. Elin was super involved and you can tell she loves what she does. The tour was amazing and we had great weather which definitely helped. The restaurant you go to for lunch has very fresh and delicious food, probably some of the best Korean food I have had on my trip thus far. Thanks again Elin!

Mama Jeju (Elin) was our best tour guide during our 2 months trip to Asia. We visited the beautiful island of jeju and Elin made the whole experience even better.
You will visit stunning places such as the Jeju stone park or some amazing views with the Haenyeo fishing.
Elin will entertain you with games in the bus, giving you small gifts and typical food from jeju, guiding you and taking pictures in the best spots of the island.
MUST DO In Korea and Jeju!!!

The South West Jeju tour was really beautiful with many stops to see including the lush green tea plantations, the coastline, temples and the wetlands. Our tour guide Elin (aka Jeju Mama) was so kind, funny, and helpful. She explained everything in detail, took lots of photos and also was very easy to understand which helped a lot for the tour.
