Our driver/guide (Harrison) met us at the port with a very nicely appointed van. Although we had scheduled an 8-hour tour, our ship rescheduled to leave early and our guide worked with us to redesign our tour around our last minute schedule changes. Harrison’s English was excellent and his insights were welcomed. We enjoyed our time in JeJu very much.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Harrison as our guide on Jeju Island. From the very first minute, it was clear we were in great hands.
What impressed us most was his incredible flexibility. That morning, we decided we wanted to extend our tour from one day to two — and without missing a beat, Harrison checked the car availability, reorganized the entire route, and packed in as many activities as possible. Not a single moment felt rushed or wasted.
Harrison's English is flawless - genuinely native level. After days in Korea struggling with communication, it was such a relief to finally have someone we could talk to effortlessly. We could ask anything and get a real, detailed answer — not just surface-level tourist info, but the kind of knowledge that only comes from truly knowing the island.
The highlight for us was the hidden gems he took us to — quiet, breathtaking spots with no other tourists in sight. These were places we never would have found on our own, and they ended up being the most memorable moments of our entire trip.
And here's the thing — without even trying, Harrison convinced us that we need to come back to Jeju. His passion for the island is so genuine that by the end of the tour we were already thinking about our next visit, just to see all the places we didn't manage to cover this time.
If you're visiting Jeju and want more than a standard sightseeing run, Harrison is your person. We're a family with young kids and teenagers, and he made the day perfect for everyone. Absolutely recommend!

I am going to be honest in this review. John, the owner, was difficult to interact with in terms of the itinerary,. Please note there is a $50 surcharge for pickup outside Jeju City. Mr. Jung is very nice but does not speak great English. He picked us up in an “Uber Taxi” vehicle.
In actuality, the tour was of natural wonders with one Temple. He dropped us off with directions and waited outside each place. For such an expensive tour, the “guide” did not explain much and since he left us, we didn’t even have anyone to consistently take photos of us. Also, for a tour of this cost, we were left to pay all of our entrance fees (2000 SKW pp generally at multiple locations, so while not costly, I felt nickle-and-dimed). In summary, for a $300 tour ($250 + $50), we did not get the service expected from a guided tour but instead essentially got a driver and the small entrance fees were not included. Finally, we were sent to a tourist trap disguised as a museum, called Ossullac. I heard another tourist asking her guide where the museum was, or was it only a store? It had an observatory upstairs for the tea plantations, but was mainly a coffee shop with gift items. We were advised to go to the Innisfree cosmetic shop afterwards—more shopping.
At the airport in Jeju, there was an information Kiosk which had phone numbers of driver services to the travel locations. I would recommend this instead, as it seems equivalent and cheaper.

You choosed the product for jeju city pick up but your hotel was 45 km away from airport there was another option for out of jeju city pick up
Mr jung has lots of good reviews and this is first time he has bad review

Mr Hong was fantastic! We had a great day travelling around Jeju Island with Mr Hong. Mr Hong’s car was immaculate, and he always ensured all family members were looked after as they entered and exited the van. He also made sure he took our family photos at all the best locations making lovely memories for us.
Jeju Stone Park was a highlight with Mr Hong sharing his knowledge of the history of the stones and volcanic background of the island. We toured other places including unesco world heritage sites and looking along the coast to try to see some of the women divers in action.
Mr Hong helped us order from a local Jeju Island seafood restaurant, allowing us to try fresh seafood such as abalone, octopus, crab as well as black pork.
We thoroughly enjoyed our private tour and highly recommend Mr Hong!

We had an excellent experience on our South Jeju private tour with John. He was nice and friendly, making us feel comfortable. His knowledge of the area was impressive, and he explained everything clearly in excellent English, which made the tour even more enjoyable.
John handled everything very efficiently—from smoothly managing entry into tourist attractions that required tickets to organizing a quick and hassle-free funch. His driving and navigation skills were also top-notch, allowing us to cover all the highlights without feeling rushed.
Overall, the entire experience was seamless and well-organized. We highly recommend this tour, especially with John as your guide!

We booked a full‑day tour (8h) for 4 people, clearly requesting an English‑speaking guide and an appropriate vehicle for our group. Instead, a small car arrived, which was uncomfortable and did not match what we expected for a group of four adults. The driver, while extremely kind and trying his best, did not speak English at all.
The tour was advertised as being conducted in English, yet there was no English‑speaking guide. The driver relied on his phone to translate almost every sentence during nearly eight hours of driving around Jeju Island, which was neither effective nor safe while on the road. This completely defeated the purpose of booking a guided tour.
To make matters worse, when the car picked us up at 9:00 a.m., the organizer’s phone was switched off, and the driver could not explain anything about the situation with a car. Only several hours later did the organizer finally respond, with a dismissive message saying there was heavy traffic and that he could not provide a larger vehicle and that if we were not happy, we should have booked a van. This attitude is utterly unprofessional and shows a total lack of respect for customers.
Although Jeju itself is beautiful and definitely worth visiting, this company’s service seriously spoiled our experience. I would strongly advise other travelers to avoid this organizer and look for a more reliable tour provider.

We have 15 drivers drive various cars nomal sedan van & minibus
I fetched Hyundai ionic5 electric car which is largest spaces for 4 people with your luggages as you selected nomal sedan
We do check English capabilities when we hire drivers and provide training as well but that driver is not with us any more

Overall a great experience, would have given 5 stars had we been informed that our guide did not speak very much English prior to the start of the tour (description listed an English speaking tour guide). Despite this our guide Mr. Son was a great driver and knew all the best spots on the island and did his best to make our experience top notch.

It is a taxi company with some English speaking driver and tour guide. My tour guide’s name was Ken Han. He was funny and adaptable to all our needs, perfect private tour in Jeju. Instead of dropping off somewhere and waiting us for the return, he accompanied us to all places to make sure we did not miss any photo spots. He took all the interesting photos for us. We felt like we were on a honeymoon. Had a great time.

Amazing experience! I originally booked while planning to solo travel but my friend joined my trip last minute. My friend had a few places he wanted to visit that weren't on my original itinerary but despite the surprise change of plans everything

We had a wonderful time exploring the east side of Jeju Island. Our guide, Harrison, made our experience fun, memorable, and smooth. Harrison was a safe driver and clear communicator. He thoughtfully provided an itinerary for us that hit some of the top sites on the island as well as a few off-the-beaten-path spots. We had lunch at a wonderful local restaurant where we had one of the best meals of our entire trip in South Korea. Harrison also took great photos of us, which will help us remember our honeymoon to South Korea for years to come. Thank you, Harrison!

Great tour! We were picked up directly at the cruise terminal. We saw lots of sights in the limited time we had on the island. He also took us to a great abalone restaurant for lunch.

I recently did an all-day taxi tour that I booked on Viator. The driver's name was Ken and he was excellent. The tour itself started when we were picked up at the airport and then we drove to various different places that were listed in the booking. It was very convenient to have a driver bringing us to where we wanted. Ken himself was extremely helpful. He walked with us in most of the areas we went to, explaining some things to us as well as taking numerous pictures with our phone. At one point we walked out on the beach and he took pictures and videos with his camera and them sent them to us through WhatsApp later. He also recommended a place for what he called Korean soul food for lunch and it too was excellent. We had a great time and would highly recommend this tour, especially with Ken.

John took my daughter and I on a wonderful 2 day tour of the south and east side of Jeju. John is well versed on the history of Jeju and took great care in tailoring our itinerary. Unfortunately, I sprained my knee a few days before our trip. John was able
to tailor the sites to those with flat trails and minimal stairs. He also took great care in dropping us off as close as possible to the entrances to minimize the amount of walking. I wanted a lot of mother daughter photos so he made
sure to stop off at many picturesque beaches and places for photo ops. John also took us to the best grilled black pork and fresh grilled seafood restaurants. We hope to come back again (injury free) and wouldn't hesitate to ask John to take us around again.

We had a great time exploring Jeju with John. Despite the rain on the first day he made sure that we made most of our time and were able to visit the main sights on our wish list. He went out of his way to accompany us on the second day as well to ensure that our trip was a great one. His knowledge of Jeju and its history are incredible! He is very thoughtful, patient, funny, speaks English well and knows all the right spots for great pictures. He also had amazing local restaurant choices for us on both days. Our family had a great experience on our private full day tour of the Eastside of Jeju with our friendly guide, Steve. Steve was born and raised on Jeju and was knowledgeable about much of the history of the island. Communication in English via What’s app before the trip was easy, pick up from the hotel was prompt and Steve dropped us off directly at the airport at the end of day.
We visited (in order): 1) kimnyung beach 2)woljeong beach 3) sea woman diver's village & museum and 4) sungsan sunrise peak (UNESCO heritage site). The Manjang caves were still closed for renovation so we were offered Seopjikoji beach as a 5th stop which we skipped since we were catching a flight out that evening. We were free to spend as much or as little time at every location. Would highly recommend this trip to anyone.

We had Mr. Cho as our driver. He was very friendly and a great driver, but I would not call this a "guided tour," just a private taxi ride. He did not provide any details about Jeju in general or the sites, so it was generally a very silent ride. I wish we could have learned more about the island throughout our tour, but luckily it is such a beautiful place and the sites on the tour were perfect.

My family was able to visit all the main sights we wanted to visit, without being stressed about the time or worried about anything. Our tour guide, John, even added a couple of awesome spots to our 2-day tour. He arranged everything, including entrance tickets and food. It was really a smooth trip! John also speaks perfect English and is knowledgeable about various Jeju and other info - importantly too, he takes the best photos! We hope to be back!

As a solo traveler, I flew to Jeju for a day trip and took the tour with John. He made everything very easy. He communicates quite well even before the tour started so meeting him at the airport was a breeze. The entire tour was enjoyable. John was extremely knowledgeable about the area. He is fluent in its local history, rich culture, and the nature and science of it all. For each stop, he gives a background of the spot that compliments well to prepare you to see each amazing sights. Unlike big tour bus companies, John facilitated a no-pressure touring. I took my time for each sight and left whenever I was done and ready. For lunch, he took me to a local restaurant for a good taste of local home cooking, food was amazing. During my day tour, I saw the ocean water and mountain snow all in a day—the mysteries and wonders of it all. Thanks for a memorable tour John! I will definitely be back to see you with friends and family.
