This was a great tour! Jina was our guide and she did a great job explaining everything. I highly recommend this tour if visiting Jeju on your cruise! We opted to hike to the top of the crater and the views were 100% worth it. It’s about a half mile with 500 feet of elevation to the top. It took us 25 minutes to get to the top with plenty of rest breaks.

Saw alot of Jeju sights - guide was lovely - no stops for food except Market which was too crowded - otherwise great day!

Lots of vertical hiking on this day trip from Jeju Port. Wear comfy shoes, bring water, and prepare to sweat! But the views were beautiful and worth the climb. Our guide Eun-sun was very friendly and knowledgeable! Pro Tip: when you get to the traditional village stay with the guide or else you may miss out on the actual experience!

Tour was busy but good! Groups were very large so we had to take two buses. The sights were amazing though - the cliffs were the best in our opinion

Our day was shortened by bad weather but our guide Peter made the most of our day and we had a great time! Our group of 4 adults and 2 teens enjoyed our tour to waterfall, nature park, and the market. Maybe next time we can see more of the area!

We had an amazing day at Jeju thanks to the great coordination of this company. Pick up was promptly at the cruise port and we left right on time. Because of the bad weather & early on boarding at the ship, the trip was modified so can't really comment much since we only had time to go to 3 places which weren't really memorable.

It was exceptional as we were just a small group of three Jina was able to add in a couple of extra stops to personalize it for things we were interested in. Not something that could have happened if it had been a larger group or later in the year. One of the stops she added was a Buddhist temple and she told us how to behave while we were there. She was personally involved to make sure that the experience was the best it could possibly be

Our guide, Jina, was excellent. She had great knowledge of all the sites we visited and kept the tour interesting throughout. She also showed us where to find great local street food and good shopping spots. Her communication was clear, and her English was very good.

Very convenient to have a ride to these destinations but very poorly scheduled itinerary and the guide didn't share any facts about each destination. It's more of a bus tour where you hop on and off.

Our trip around Jeju island with Chloe was amazing. Chloe told us a great deal about the history and people of Jeju. We especially liked our climb to the top of Seongsan Ilchulbong, and our visit to Dongmun Market.

Viator failed to advise the name of the local tour company. This resulted in us being late for the tour. Luckily the local guide waited for us. We arrived in the cruise departure area 30 minutes before the tour, expecting to see a Viator sign

A very well organised 7 hour tour scheduled to fit around the cruise stop by the Celebrity Millennium ship.
We were met promptly upon disembarking and guided to our air conditioned coach. Here we met by our local guide, who turned out to be very knowledgeable and personable.
We had a great time visiting four different sites and would recommend this tour to anyone stopping off at this port for the day.
We were promptly returned at the end of the tour to the embarkation point in time for boarding and departure.

The walk to the top of the volcano is rough. You should really be in good shape to do it especially in the heat.

We loved this tour! We were met at the cruise port and boarded a comfortable bus. The tour guide highlighted local history and sites that we would not have been exposed to if we had toured on our own. Overall a fabulous experience.
