Our tour guide Haley was superb, she was presentable, professional and her English was excellent. The timing of the trip was specific to our cruise ship arrival and departure and she kept us all on track! We enjoyed our day in Jeju.

The tour was great and our tour guide Elin AKA Jeju Mama was even better. If you are able to hike up the 600ish stairs to the top of sunrise peak you should.

It started with us looking for a tour that would be cruise passenger friendly (picked up and drop off at port on time), fun, relevant, and honestly better price performance than on the ship.
Well, we hit the jackpot!
The tour is well balanced and organized.
What made the difference? ELIN, our tour guide - we’ve been very fortunate to travel the world - done tours with the cruise lines, Viator, large and small groups, private groups. We’ve experienced some of the best and knowledgeable tour guides.
ELIN, she is the BEST tour guide we’ve ever had. Her communication was flawless even before the tour started but she went above and beyond any possible expectation that we could have had. She proudly shared Jeju with us and it started with a typical gift and the cookies came out, the island delicious and famous mandarins and she kept surprising us with the next and the next. Super entertaining engaging, and enthusiastic she made us laugh through the tour and it was one of the most memorable and enjoyable days she provided my family.

The driver was very good and Hayley was a wonderful English speaking guide who taught us lots of facts about Jeju.
It was a very rainy day but Hayley made it a good experience.
Went to traditional village and unesco WH site formed by volcanic rock and great views.
Lunch was amazing authentic food!

Haley our guide gets 5 stars plus!!! Our frustration was how much was crammed in so that each stop was rushed. The tea factory was a waste of time and felt like a commercial stop. It would have been great to have more time at the camellia garden and waterfall.

Elin was amazing! She gave us so much great information and was so enjoyable. We left with so many goodies that she and her company provided. What a great day tour in Jeju, made even more enjoyable by our wonderful tour guide, Haley. Haley not only, imparted great local facts and Jeju/Korean history, but made everyone on the tour so welcome. Aside from being fortunate enough to have Haley, as our guide, we also had Kevin, who was our very reliable and safe driver throughout the day. This tour booked via Viator, cost a fraction of what your cruise company would charge you. We had a great lunch at a local village, which cost all of 12,000 WON or 6.00 GBP each, which also included, wine and coffee. So, if you're coming to Jeju on a cruise ship, book this tour and if you're lucky, you might even get Haley and Kevin, as your wonderful guide and driver. The tour was really good. Haley, who is our tour guide really did her best to make our experience unforgettable. She is so amazing and very hospitable. One of the highlight of our trip was the authentic korean lunch that we really enjoyed a lot. Everything that she planned for us on our trip was amazing and those beautiful places were breathtaking. Haley did a great job showing us around. And most of all we didn't expect was her excellent English! Although we had lived in Korea for six years prior, she made us feel like a local. From the waterfall to the market, every moment was breath taking. Our next trip to Jeju, we will ask for Haley for our tour guide!

It was such a great experience touring with Yeha. Jeju mama Elin took extremely good care of us from the start despite us arriving late due to immigration issue at the cruise terminal, she kept contact with us constantly, checking how the progress was. During the tours she made sure to accompany all her tour people and kept us informed of the traditions of Jeju even acting as our photographer. Her explanation was clear and she was also funny. Will definitely use viator again for our holiday tours.
