Despite the driver's effort, we couldn't communicate, as he had no knowledge of the English language. He was only with us at 3 points and although we tried to communicate to get us to other points, we couldn't!

To mitigate the need to communicate, we do plan the itinerary ahead of time, so all the driver has to do is drive from point to point. We sent you the itinerary via message on Viator: Hi Dulce Maria, This is a reminder for your 1 day Jeju transfer on 15th May. Your driver will be waiting at Jeju port Cruise terminal at 9am. The cruise ship will dock at 9am so the meet up time would be about 9:30am. The driver will be waiting for you with a name board. - 'Dulce Maria'. We have checked the schedule for Norwegian Spirit and it will dock at 9am and departure at 5pm. We will drop you off at Jeju port by 3:30pm.For the itinerary, the recommended itinerary is as below. I know 3 sites might not seem like much, but you were visiting on a cruise ship excursion with limited time with pick up at 9:30am and drop off at 3:30pm. That is 6 hours total. Minus about 2.5 hours for driving from place to place, that is about 3.5 hours of touring time. Covering 3 sites in that time is pretty standard. Sorry again to hear you were not satisfied.
