Amazing way to see Interlaken and its two spectacularly beautiful lakes! We loved meeting the farm animals and drinking fresh milk. The farm cheese by the shores of Lake Thunersee was truly heavenly. Maso, our guide, paced the ride perfectly and was very friendly, considerate, and knowledgeable. Awesome adventure during our family vacation in Switzerland!

Best tour in Switzerland.

Our guide George was AWESOME! My wife and I had such a wonderful time. The scenery, waterfalls and picnic were all spectacular. The e-bikes were super easy to use, in great working order, and adjustable to everyone’s liking. My wife is not a biker and found the seat comfortable and liked the tour very much. Honestly, it was the best tour we had during our visit to Switzerland. I am 62 and my wife is 56 and it was no problem. Easy terrain and the assistance of the e-bike made hills effortless. I highly recommend this tour for those who want to avoid a packed tour bus, driving and finding parking and avoiding lines/cues, etc. It also takes you off the beaten path and explores areas you wouldn’t necessarily see or go to. There are plenty of bathroom/WC breaks. George was very knowledgeable, upbeat and made the tour fun for everyone. We had a group of 8 total on the ride. Again we highly recommend.

My husband and I had such a wonderful time on our e-bike tour with Ales. It ended up being one of the highlights of our visit to Interlaken. Ales was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared so much about the area’s history and culture as we rode. The route was spectacular, taking us through beautiful farmland, to impressive castle ruins, and to several breathtaking viewpoints with incredible scenery. Along the way, Ales took photos and even a video of us, which made the experience even more special. I was a little nervous about riding an e-bike at first, but Ales was so patient and encouraging that I quickly felt comfortable and was able to relax and enjoy the ride. Thanks to him, we have wonderful memories and some fantastic pictures to remember our day. If you’re visiting Interlaken, we highly recommend taking this tour with Ales!

This was a very interesting tour. Our guide Cendric was very nice. The 3 hours tour took us all along the most scenic routes including riding along river, along the lake, through the pine forest and across the fields. Cendric gave us lot of information as we rode along. He was very friendly and was made sure each one of us were comfortable and that no one was left behind. This tour is one of the best views to see the beauty of Interlaken and adjacent regions.

Luke was a great guide! Views were amazing. We were even able to do some acrobatic maneuvers. 100% recommend this excursion to anyone. Pick up is in Mürren and I had to buy a ticket up to Birg via the gondola. 15 minute little hike from the Birg station to where we took off from.

Such a great way to see more than just the centre of Interlaken. David our guide was excellent, pointing out things and spots you would miss on your own and probably wouldn't even find, no map reading required! The whole ride was relaxed and very enjoyable, seeing countryside, farms, old villages along with insight from David on life around Interlaken. The Electric bike made the ride much easier than I thought it might be. Would definitely recommend this bike tour.

From the first safety briefing to the last rappel, the whole experience was equal parts thrilling and reassuring. Rayno was fantastic. He’s clearly a pro: super knowledgeable about the canyon, patient with first-timers, and had an uncanny ability to know exactly when to crack a joke to calm the nerves before a big jump. He tailored everything to our group’s comfort level, pointed out hidden rock features and little waterfalls you’d totally miss on your own, and made safety feel effortless without ever killing the vibe. The route itself was stunning — crystal-clear pools, natural slides, and a few abseils that gave us all bragging rights. But what made it 5-stars was Rayno’s energy. He’s encouraging, hilarious, and genuinely stoked to share his love for the canyon. We walked away feeling like we’d conquered something epic and made a friend. Can’t recommend this experience — and Rayno — enough. 10/10, would jump off cliffs with him again.

My wife and I did this...

My wife and I did this experience in May. The location was very easy to get to, either from the bus stop or walking (also driving). Since it was still May (40-45F) we were given dry suits and warm socks. Our guide was excellent, and about halfway through we stopped for a short walk for cookies and tea. It lasted about 3 hours. We would absolutely do this activity again!

This was such a fun afternoon activity! Mitzi (and trainee Tim) were great teachers. I loved learning about the different types of cheeses as well as trying a variety of wine. We had a blast making the fondue. I enjoyed getting to know the others in the small group.

Without Hesitation-The BEST Guide-Christoph

We spent the most wonderful day with our private tour guide. We were paired perfectly with Christoph who loved history and geography as much as we did. This private tour gives you all the best experiences of this part of Switzerland (Interlaken,Grindewald, Jungfraujoch etc. You experience train rides, gondola rides that take you above the clouds, glaciers, an ice palace, a snow bar, and of course the Top of Europe. Its a full round trip experience with a personal guide that knows the best routes, stops, and exactly how it all originated. This wasn't just a personal tour...this was an experience! We highly recommend going in the early Fall as the pines are changing colors and its an incredible addition to the snow capped mountains and Glaciers.
