Amazing experience. 2nd time doing the loop and still so much to visit & experience The drivers are all so friendly & speak great English which helps a lot. The groups are usually filled with 6-8 people and again all lovely people. Accommodation & food is good, they cater for everyone - vegetarians etc A must do experience

Although it involves a bit of travelling if coming from Hanoi as we did it was absolutely worth it . We didn’t have the time to stay overnight there but I am so glad we did this trip . Well organised , good food , not rushed whilst on the boat but the activities were perfect . Lovely boat , lovely staff , we were lucky to hear one of the crew members play a traditional flute too. I cannot recommend this trip enough. It was amazing. You’ll see a lot of ai reviews on these tours but as someone that jumps right to the negative reviews i hope you take the time to read this one. Been on countless excursions for snorkeling and this one was memorable. Small group, 10 of us, picked us up from our hotel and great communication that they’d run a few minutes late and had tons of info to give us before hand on what to bring, wear, eat etc. Super organized and as 3 be try stupid teens travelling their instructions in full english were so clear and for how many vietnamese people i’ve tried to talk to in english these guys really have been practising. Not only that, but when we got on the bus they were making super funny jokes and were so friendly and just easy to be around instead of stressed and rushed. They were so polite with us young ladies and were helping us everywhere we go (were fairly clumsy as a group) We got to the boat they helped us on gave us life vests and such careful instructions their detail on the safety was so good. I’m a big animal and wildlife girl so the way they were so kind about protecting the reefs and making sure everyone knew how to swim properly to avoid damaging the reef and wildlife was amazing. They did a mini snorkel swim lesson before our first stop in a shallow beach which a lot of the travellers definitely needed. When we got to the reefs instead of being in huge groups where it’s a free for all they split us up into smaller groups and had a guide stay in the water nearby us and lead us to good areas. Quiet spots where there were no huge crowds in site like a lot of these other tours get badly rated on. Genuinely such a sweet group of guys running it and they seem like all such close friends it was really cute. As well the reefs they brought us to were secluded, gorgeous and sooo many fish. You can choose to wear a life vest or not but i recommend wearing so you don’t get tired of swimming. They also bring tons of water bottles for you to have as many as you want! When we got to the island to eat and rest at the end the fruit was super fresh and lots of drinks to choose from as well that they offer 1 free included. Thank you guys so much for a lovely trip we would 100% book again. If you’re looking for smaller group, still so much fun and lots of fish this is the one for you. Our plane was late at arriving in, got a WhatsApp message from the agent meeting us. Walked off our plane & walked down about 200m within the airport building & met agent with our names on a sign, who we then followed to the Immigration desk (another 300m). We went into special line, other foreign passengers in queues to the right (noting this day a Sunday 10.45am it wasn't busy, other passengers got thru fast too), no queue in our line we got straight up to the desk, lovely Vietnamese Immigration worker served us, didn't need to show printed visas only passports, all fine & thru in like 2 mins. Then headed downstairs to baggage claim, our agent handed us over to another agent (a nice younger man), who then kindly assisted us with collecting our luggage & then at bag screening (spoke in Vietnamese to baggage screening), and our bags not screened, thru to the arrivals hall where he helped us find our private transfer to our hotel. This guy did not leave us till we found our transfer person, he was very helpful, polite & well presented. Honestly this "fast track" service was professional, worked extremely well & agents we had where very good. It's a seamless process & well worth the money (even tho no queues this day), to help with your luggage and transfer was awesome!! Thank you.

Our tour guide Pam/Pang was friendly, informative and so kind. We really appreciated her taking so much time answer all our questions and guiding us through the terrain at our pace. Our home stay did not have a/c. Although there was a fan we could not endure the heat so we walked across the street and booked a hotel. We had a lovely visit and would recommend this tour.

A thoroughly enjoyable morning. Picked up at my hotel and taken on the back of a scooter to the office where I met the group and we got our bikes. We then cycled off out of the city and into the countryside stopping at various points. Guides were friendly and helpful and the staff blocked all the major junctions so we always felt very safe. Nice included pho ga lunch at the end! All in all would definitely recommend this trip!

From the moment we were picked up in a luxury bus (with seats like business class plane) to getting on the boat, we were treated so well by our wonderful guide, Jake. The whole day was so well planned, with 3 fabulous stops on the cruise to explore beaches and caves. It was a busy day, with many crowds from multiple other cruise ships, but it did not impact on our day as we all really enjoyed ourselves. The food is quite nice, with a surprise sunset party on the roof while sailing home. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to have a special day out in Ha Long bay.
