Epic full day fun and experiences you will never forget
I spent 10 days in Vietnam and this whole day adventure was the most beautiful and fun way to end it. Man was a funny and wonderful guide. We saw a temple, rode bikes on rice, did a cave tour on water and hiked the steps of the "Lying Dragon"- Epic fun!

Exceptional service all around 👏
What a superb day tour, worth all the penny. Professional from confirming my booking. Received a message from Rosie within minutes of making the booking. The night before the actual tour I received a message from Key who was our tour guide. He advised the pickup time and the colour of the bus I should look out for. The bus was on time to pick me up. Key was just so superb he made the tour fun for all of us. I don't have anything negative to say about this tour except for the extreme heat which can make you skip some of the activities. The limousine bus is out of this world, AC, onboard cooler box to keep our drinks cold and very comfortable leather seats.

You have to book this tour.
I cannot recommend this trip enough. It was amazing.
You’ll see a lot of ai reviews on these tours but as someone that jumps right to the negative reviews i hope you take the time to read this one.
Been on countless excursions for snorkeling and this one was memorable.
Small group, 10 of us, picked us up from our hotel and great communication that they’d run a few minutes late and had tons of info to give us before hand on what to bring, wear, eat etc.
Super organized and as 3 be try stupid teens travelling their instructions in full english were so clear and for how many vietnamese people i’ve tried to talk to in english these guys really have been practising.
Not only that, but when we got on the bus they were making super funny jokes and were so friendly and just easy to be around instead of stressed and rushed.
They were so polite with us young ladies and were helping us everywhere we go (were fairly clumsy as a group)
We got to the boat they helped us on gave us life vests and such careful instructions their detail on the safety was so good.
I’m a big animal and wildlife girl so the way they were so kind about protecting the reefs and making sure everyone knew how to swim properly to avoid damaging the reef and wildlife was amazing. They did a mini snorkel swim lesson before our first stop in a shallow beach which a lot of the travellers definitely needed.
When we got to the reefs instead of being in huge groups where it’s a free for all they split us up into smaller groups and had a guide stay in the water nearby us and lead us to good areas. Quiet spots where there were no huge crowds in site like a lot of these other tours get badly rated on.
Genuinely such a sweet group of guys running it and they seem like all such close friends it was really cute.
As well the reefs they brought us to were secluded, gorgeous and sooo many fish.
You can choose to wear a life vest or not but i recommend wearing so you don’t get tired of swimming. They also bring tons of water bottles for you to have as many as you want!
When we got to the island to eat and rest at the end the fruit was super fresh and lots of drinks to choose from as well that they offer 1 free included.
Thank you guys so much for a lovely trip we would 100% book again. If you’re looking for smaller group, still so much fun and lots of fish this is the one for you. Love from Leilani, Melisa and Charli ❤️❤️

Would recommend!
Our trip was great! Our guide Johnny was very knowledgable and attentive for the 7 hour excursion. Easy to find him at the cruise ship port, and quick loading on to the boat. We had 18 passengers, and could have had room for at least 30, so lots of space, which was nice. Clean, available bathrooms. Soda, beer, water available for sale ($1-2 USD), and you do get 1 free with lunch. The itinerary was different than what was on Viator, but it all ended up being great. Went to an oyster & pearl farm, Sung Set Cave, then had lunch (so much food! A set menu, and it just kept coming. After lunch, we visited Luon Cave - we had options to take a bamboo boat (included), kayak (included) or speedboat (~$17 USD), and we had enough time to do 2 of the 3! Finally, we also stopped at Titov Isle - has a viewpoint with about 450 steps, which I didn't do, but we had enough time here to allow that. We stayed at the beach/shops area, which was pretty small. Swimming was allowed, but again, it was very small, so we didn't go in. Johnny was a great guide and the boat crew were wonderful! Great way to see the cool bay area.

A Perfect Private Ninh Binh Experience – 100 Stars for Su!
I had an absolutely amazing experience on my private Ninh Binh tour, and I cannot recommend it enough! Everything was perfectly organized, and having a private tour made it even more special and flexible. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was our guide, Su.
Su is simply exceptional. She is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what she does. Throughout the day, she shared fascinating insights about the history, culture, and local life in Ninh Binh, which made every place we visited so much more meaningful.
What I appreciated the most was how attentive and thoughtful she was. Since it was a private tour, she adapted everything to my pace and preferences, never rushing and always making sure I was fully enjoying each moment. As someone who loves photography, I especially appreciated how she helped me find the best spots and even assisted with taking photos—she really understood what makes a place special.
The entire day felt smooth, relaxed, and perfectly tailored thanks to Su’s excellent organization. I felt completely taken care of from start to finish.
If there were 100 stars, I would give Su 100 without hesitation—but since the maximum is 5, she deserves every single one of them!
Thank you, Su, for making this such a unique and memorable experience. I will never forget this tour!

Best way to see Hanoi
This is an amazing tour, a great way to see Hanoi. It shows all the best bits with wonderful local knowledge. We had Tu as our guide and I can’t recommend him enough, he was so knowledgeable, friendly, funny and made us feel welcome. Special mention also to the driver Mr V (ex military) who always found parking spots nearby and managed to negotiate the chaotic traffic in Hanoi City. If you only do one tour in Hanoi then do this one, as it was memorable, educational and fun to spend time with Tu

Ha Long Bay Day Trip
Lovely trip & well executed. The boat was a good size for our small group & also very comfortable. Lunch on the boat was also good. Cruising through the bay was beautiful. Amazing to see all the rock formations. The drive to Ha Long bay was long though.

Great place, great tour, great tour guide (Tam)
Tour is well organized and great value for money.
Tam was an excellent tour guide and shared lots of knowledge about Vietname Language, History and Culture.
First Island in Halong Bay on Day 1 was pretty crowded as expected but the cave visit afterwards was good.
Sunset that night was picturesque and it was definetly worth staying overnight as the next morning it felt like we were the only boat out in the Bay which gave the whole scenery an amazing vibe.
Pearl factory next morning was interesting and a bit of kajaking on top for those who like rounded up the overall experience.
Tam also provided extra help in further organizing next steps of my trip.

Wonderful day out in Ha Long bay
From the moment we were picked up in a luxury bus (with seats like business class plane) to getting on the boat, we were treated so well by our wonderful guide, Jake. The whole day was so well planned, with 3 fabulous stops on the cruise to explore beaches and caves. It was a busy day, with many crowds from multiple other cruise ships, but it did not impact on our day as we all really enjoyed ourselves. The food is quite nice, with a surprise sunset party on the roof while sailing home. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to have a special day out in Ha Long bay.

Excellent day cruise at Halong Bay
Ideal trip for someone low on time but yet wanting to catch the best of halong bay. Every moment is fun filled and full of picturesque views. For the kayaking/ Bamboo boat part, I would recommend kayaking if no kids else the bamboo boat is after. Gets crowded. I would recommend carrying about 500000 VND in cash. A cpl 100k more if you want to tip well. Our guide Binh did an excellent job of managing the tour and explaining what was about to come. His fluency in English helped immensely.

HaLong Bay in our own ship
Excellent communication from the travel agent .
I can’t tell you how impressed we were - I booked a private trip for 4 people - we had our own boat and guide just for us and the lunch on board was restaurant quality and so much of it.
HaLong Bay is so beautiful and unexpected .
I would highly recommend this trip .
Unbelievable value for money and the scenery is just breathtaking
